Mark Edward Tinius was born July 18, 1956, in Pratt, Kan. He was a 1974 graduate of Arlington Heights High School. He graduated from Abilene Christian University and received his master's degree in 1996 from Texas Woman's University. He was a member of West Freeway Church of Christ and a deacon and was also a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. He was a marriage and family therapist with The Richland Hills Counseling Center and West Freeway Family Ministry.
Survivors: Wife, Deatra Tinius; sons, Matthew and Luke Tinius of Fort Worth; daughter, Bethany Tinius of Fort Worth; parents, Bob and Peggy Turner Tinius of Fort Worth; brothers, Michael Tinius and his wife, Debby, of Fort Worth and Dan Huggins and his wife, Kim, of Abilene; sister, Marla Touchstone and her husband, Stephan, of Abilene; and nieces and nephews.

Jory Trimble was born Feb. 10, 1955, in Meridian, Texas. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Glen Rose. He was a horticulturist and carpenter. He earned a master's degree in chemistry and science at TSU and also earned his pre-med degree at TSU.

Norma Bellows Ulery was born in Blue Ridge and moved to Arlington as a young girl and attended Arlington schools, graduating from Arlington High School in 1946. She attended NTAC, graduated from UT at Austin in 1950 and moved to California in 1962.

Opal Buffington White was born Feb. 11, 1913, in Bransford. She was a member of Keller Church of Christ.

FORT WORTH -- Joseph "Joe" Zenick, 76, died Monday evening, May 5, 1997, at a Fort Worth hospital.

Joseph "Joe" Zenick was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and was raised in Denver, Colo. He worked for many years for Gachman Metals before owning and operating a fashion store with his wife, Frances. Joe was a veteran of World War II and was a member of the Jewish War Veterans Post No. 755. He was a member of Congregation Ahavath Sholom and was a past president of the Men's Club.

FORT WORTH -- Ray Gene Blanton, 63, an industrial electrician, died Monday, May 5, 1997, at a Fort Worth hospital.

Ray Blanton was born Feb. 15, 1934, in Breckenridge, Texas. He was an area resident for the last 40 years. He worked for Texas Steel for 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Blanton, in 1995; his son, Danny Blanton, in 1983; and his father, Roy Blanton, in 1996.

Kenneth Browne IV was born May 7, 1958, in Bryan. He was a member of Smithfield United Methodist Church and was active as a lay leader, in the Chancel Choir, The Men's Group and the Seekers Class. He was an Eagle Scout and a previous Scoutmaster. He was a soccer coach at the N.E. YMCA. Upon his death he made a gift of his organs, so that others may live.
