Services for Columbus Wiley Jr., 61, of College Station are set for 2:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Mark Baptist Church in the Brushy community. The Rev. Robert Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, followed by a wake service from 7 to 8 p.m. at Jones & Washington Mortuary in Bryan.
Mr. Wiley died Friday at his home.
He was born in Burleson County and lived in College Station most of his life. He was a deacon at St. Mark Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ozell Wiley of College Station; two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Deloise Young of Bryan and Columbus Wiley III and his wife, Felicia of Dallas; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Lillie and Kirby Limbrick III of Mesquite, Dina and Christopher Nutall of College Station and Frankie Hawkins of Little Elm, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Dona Mae Honea
March 22, 1907 — Feb. 11, 2002
FRANKLIN — Services for Dona Mae Honea, 94, of Franklin are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Bobby Sullivan will officiate. Burial will be in the Franklin Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Honea died Monday in Bryan.
She was born in the Beck Prairie community in Robertson County, and was a lifetime resident of Franklin. She attended school in New Baden and was a homemaker. Mrs. Honea was a member of the Franklin Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Dewitt Honea.
Survivors include three sons, Roy Ellis Honea, William Howard Honea and Rufus Gilbert Honea; a daughter, Dorothy Doris Dagen; 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Tommy Dorrell Snell Sr.

BREMOND — Services for Tommy Dorrell Snell Sr., 60, of Bremond are set for 2 p.m. Thursday at Bremond Funeral Home. Chad Nichols of Houston Vineyard Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Bremond Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. to the time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Snell died Monday at his home.
He was born in Hearne, and lived in Bremond for 21 years. He was a maintenance mechanic and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Dottie Snell of Bremond; two sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy Snell Jr. and wife Cherie of Leander, Texas, and Billy Joe and Elyshea Snell of College Station; two daughters and sons-in-law, Delinda and Dewitt Grych of Bremond and Bonita and Troy Baker of College Station; a brother, T.C. Snell of Stockton, Calif.; five sisters, Elouise Griffin of Houston, Bernadine Morgan of Brenham, Katie Browning of Bryan, Judy Johnson of Brenham and Ann Witt of South Carolina; and six grandchildren.
Mary LoFaso

Services for Mary LoFaso, 98, of Bryan are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Bryan. The Rev. Victor Robles will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.
Mrs. LoFaso died Monday at St. Joseph Regional Health Center.
She was a lifetime resident of Brazos County.
Mrs. LoFaso was a homemaker and a member of St. Anthony’s Altar Society and St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tony LoFaso.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Julia Bonifazi of Bryan, and Josephine and Walter Brandstetter of Crockett; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Rosie and Charlie Lazerone of Houston and Julia Malacco of San Francisco; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Rose Marie Williams

Rose Marie Williams, 71, of Bryan died Tuesday at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan.
A private family burial will take place at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan.
Mrs. Williams was born in Chicago and lived in Bryan for the past 20 years. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond James Williams.
Survivors include two sisters, Laverne King of Bryan and Delores Vader of Chicago; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rebecca Marie Kelley McCutcheon

AUSTIN — Services for Rebecca Marie Kelley McCutcheon, 81, of Austin are set for 2 p.m. Thursday in the Lexington Methodist Church in Lexington. Burial will be in the Lexington Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale. The Rev. David White will officiate.
Mrs. McCutcheon died Tuesday in an Austin nursing home.
She was born in Lee County and was a case agent for the Internal Revenue Service for 16 years.
Survivors include her husband, A.J. McCutcheon of Austin; two sons, John and Kelley McCutcheon, both of Houston; five sisters-in-law, Georgia Kelley of Houston, Eunice McCutcheon of Durant, Okla., Jewel Galbreath of San Antonio, Hazel Massey of San Antonio and Irene Yeary of Austin; and six grandchildren.
George Elmer Shaeffer ‘G.S.’ Pierce

Services for George Elmer Shaeffer “G.S.” Pierce, 84, of Navasota are set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Navasota. The Rev. J.W.L. Adams, a retired Baptist minister, will officiate. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery in Navasota.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Nobles Funeral Chapel, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m.
Mr. Pierce died Monday at College Station Medical Center.
He was a lifelong resident of Navasota and the owner of Turner, Pierce & Fultz in Navasota. He operated the business for 50 years after serving in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.
Mr. Pierce served as deacon of the First Baptist Church for 55 years and as trustee of the Navasota Independent School District. He was also past director of Navasota Industrial Foundation and Kiwanis Club president.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jane Walker Pierce.
Survivors include his wife, Suzanne Deeslie Pierce of Navasota; two daughters and a son-in-law, Dian Fultz of Navasota and Marian and J.P. “Rusty” Fabian of Navasota; five stepchildren; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.

MADISONVILLE — Graveside services for Pete Parker, 69, of Madisonville are set for 2 p.m. Thursday at the Greer Cemetery in Madison County. The Rev. Charles Heath will officiate.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Madisonville Funeral Home.
Mr. Parker died Tuesday at his home.
He was lifetime resident of Madison County. Mr. Parker worked for Lone Star Gas Company for 20 years and as a maintenance supervisor for the Madisonville Independent School District for 11 years. He also was a farmer and rancher.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Parker of Madisonville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Roy and Donna Parker of Madisonville and Jerry and Tasha Parker of Madisonville; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Gayle Parker, Sarah and Jim Williams and Barbara and Ken Price, all of Madisonville, and Kay Detlefson of Huntsville; a brother, M.J. Parker of the Elwood community; a sister, Marie Ferguson of Leona; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Barnes died Tuesday at her home.
She was born in Oakwood and lived in Bryan for the past 37 years. Mrs. Barnes was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Bryan.
Mrs. Barnes was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Barnes.
Survivors include two sons, Gary Lynn Wimberly of Bryan and Ricky Wimberly of Somerville; a daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Patrick Krepps of Phelps, N.Y.; a brother, Edward Holloway of Palestine, Texas; three sisters, Dee Dees of Kyle, Texas, Hazel Fee of Michigan and Ruby Woods of San Marcos; and two grandchildren.

Mrs. Sweetin died Tuesday in Bryan.
She was born in Enid, Okla., and lived in Normangee for nine years. Mrs. Sweetin was a teacher and a member of Disciples of Christ Church.
Survivors include her husband, David W. Sweetin of Normangee; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Coby and Jennifer Kirkpatrick of Fort Worth and David Cody Sweetin and Kim Kirkpatrick, both of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a daughter and son-in-law, Kris and Greg Clanton of New Braunfels; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Billy Burt of Seattle, and Kay and Stan Hagadone of Coppell; her parents, the Rev. and Mrs. Bruce Harper of Tyler; and four grandchildren.

She was born in Leon County and was a retired dietician. She was a member of Reliance Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel John Manthei.
Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, Ruth and Cecil Crocker, Joy and Bruce Ramsey, and Clarice Fulton, all of Bryan; two brothers, V.C. “Skip” Sheffield of Houston and Melvin “Shorty” Sheffield of Bryan; two sisters, Maurine West and Glynnora Pachall, both of Bryan; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
