BRENHAM Services for Mildred Doris Mayer Williams, 95, of Shelby, Texas, are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Shelby.
The Rev. Virgil Pecht will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Garden in Wharton, Texas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham.
Mrs. Williams died Sunday in Brenham.
She was born in Shelby and was a retired teacher. She attended Nassau School, Waller High School, Blinn College and Sam Houston State University. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and the Eastern Star Wharton Chapter 389.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Olaf Williams.
Survivors include five sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, Clara Mayer of Plano, Esther Williams of Port Lavaca, Texas, Lawrence and Ruth Williams of La Grange, Tom and Eileen Barnes of Coldsprings, Texas, and Alida Williams of Brenham.
Alice Frances Koole

PASADENA, Texas Graveside services for Alice Frances Koole, 82, of Pasadena are set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Suggs Cemetery in Black Jack.
Charles Renfroe of Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints will officiate.
Local arrangements are under the direction of Heartfield Funeral Home in Hearne.
Mrs. Koole died Monday at Bayshore Hospital in Pasadena.
She was born in Elliott, Texas, and graduated from Franklin High School in 1937. Mrs. Koole was a retired secretary and member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orrin Thomas Tom Koole.
Survivors include a daughter, Gail Magers of Pasadena; a sister and brother-in-law, Loraine and Rex Jackson of Austin; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Josephine Cavitt Washington

Services for Josephine Cavitt Washington, 71, of Bryan are set for 1 p.m. Thursday at Brazos Valley Community Church of God.
The Rev. Warren Roberts will officiate. Burial will be in the Wheelock Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Peoples Mortuary, followed by a wake service from 6 to 8 p.m.
Mrs. Washington died Saturday at St. Joseph Regional Health Center.
She was born in Wheelock and was a longtime resident of Bryan. Mrs. Washington was a nurse and a member of the Brazos Valley Community Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Hutchinson.
Survivors include two sons, Arthur Washington Jr. and James Charles Hutchinson Jr., both of Bryan; five daughters, Rachel Harris, Josephine Phillips, Diana Hutchinson and Sandra Washington-Coleman, all of Bryan, and Servillia Seymore of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 21 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. Services for Jimmy Jackson, 60, of Twentynine Palms, Calif., are set for 2 p.m. Thursday at Mount Nebo Baptist Church in Bryan.
The Rev. C.L. King will officiate. Burial will be in the Hammond Colony Cemetery in Hearne.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Jones-Washington Mortuary in Bryan.
Mr. Jackson died March 11 in California.
He was born in Brazos County.
Survivors include two brothers, Elijah Jackson of Hillsboro, Texas, and Cledis Jackson of Bryan; three sisters, Shirley Crummie of San Antonio, Eva Gilbert of Bryan and Glenda Johnson of San Antonio.
Memorials may be made to the Mount Nebo Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund.

BURTON, Texas Services for Emmit Erwin Schultz, 86, of Burton are set for 10:30 a.m. Friday at Wesley Brethren Church in Wesley.
The Revs. Nello Strickland and Milton Maly will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham, with a devotion at 7 p.m.
Mr. Schultz died Tuesday in Brenham.
She was born in Wesley, he attended County Line School, was a retired farmer and rancher and a member of Wesley Brethren Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Leona Koehler Schultz.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Emmit Jr. and Faye Schultz of Cypress, Texas, and Jerry and Dinell Schultz of Burton; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Deloris and Lee Eckermann of Dickinson, Texas, Annell and Bobby Meyer of Burton and Evelyn and Gary Bertling of Round Rock, Texas; a sister and brother-in-law, Elsie and Ben Meyer of Industry, Texas; two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Esther and Alvin Schulze of Bleiblerville, Texas, and Elda and Henry Dusek of Wesley, Texas; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchldren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Jack Robert Young

NAVASOTA Services for Jack Robert Young, 80, of Navasota are set for 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Houston National Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lindley-Robertson-Holt Funeral Home in Navasota.
Mr. Young died March 5 at his home.
He was born in Silverton, Texas, and lived in Navasota for 10 years. He was an entrepreneur.
Mr. Young served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean War and earned a Purple Heart.
Survivors include two daughters, Jerrilynn J. Plagens of Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, and Jacquelynne M. ODell of Turin, Italy.
Ernest Lee Ofczarzak

CALDWELL Services for Ernest Lee Ofczarzak, 73, of Caldwell are set for 3 p.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Frenstat.
The Rev. Dimitrij Colankin of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and St. Marys in Caldwell will officiate. Burial will be in the Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery in Frenstat, Texas.
Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Ofczarzak died Monday in Bryan.
He was born in the Birch community in Burleson County. He was a longtime resident of Caldwell and retired from Dow Chemical. He was a pipefitter and also worked as a carpenter and a park ranger at Somerville State Park. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of V.F.W. Post #4458 in Caldwell, the K.J.T. and the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Frenstat.
Survivors include his wife, Vlasta Beran Ofczarzak of Caldwell; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Ernest D. and Kerri Ofczarzak, Joseph and Bridget Ofczarzak and Michael Ofczarzak, all of Caldwell; two daughters and sons-in-law, Julie and Charlie Eubanks of Caldwell and Patricia and Kelly Kelm of Brenham; a brother and sister-in-law, Alton and Janette Ofczarzak of Somerville; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Esther Keese of Brenham, Julie Houston of Houston and Magdalene and Pete Matelski of Houston; and 11 grandchildren.
