MADISONVILLE Services for Gertie R. Dickey, 80, of Madisonville are set for 11 a.m. Saturday at the Madisonville Funeral Home.
The Rev. Lloyd Jones will officiate. Burial will be in the West End Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to the time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Dickey died Saturday at the Madison St. Joseph Health Center in Madisonville.
Born in Madison County, she lived most of her adult life in Houston and moved to Madisonville in 1997. She was a member of the New Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Houston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleotha Dickey.
Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, William and Mattie Goodwin of Houston; a sister and brother-in-law, Mable and R.L. Franklin of Madisonville; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Mary L. Herrington

NAVASOTA Services for Mary L. Herrington, 72, of The Woodlands and formerly of Navasota are set for 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church in Hempstead.
The Rev. James Burkart of St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lindley-Robertson-Holt Funeral Home in Navasota.
Ms. Herrington died April 1 in The Woodlands Health Care Center.
She was born in Covington, Tenn., and was a retired nurse.
Survivors include four daughters, Mary Carol Herrington and Sandra Baldwin, both of Hempstead, Sheryl Jean Brown of Las Vegas, and Laura Charlotte Francis of Florence, Kan.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bobby Lynn Bice

Services for Bobby Lynn Bice, 40, of Bryan are set for 11 a.m. Monday at Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan.
The Rev. Bruce Woods of Aldersgate United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Restever Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday and from 8:30 a.m. to the time of the services Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Bice died Friday in Robertson County.
He was born in Brinkley, Ark., and lived in Bryan over 20 years. He was co-owner of T&L Auto Sales in Bryan and was a Baptist.
Survivors include a son, Matthew Bice of Austin; six daughters, Brandy Bice of Austin, Stephanie Bice of Greenville, Sandra Bice, Jessica Bice, Linda Bice and Cynthia Bice, all of Bryan; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Tommy and DeAnne Bice of College Station and Johnny Bice of Bryan; a step-brother, Willie McIver of Caldwell; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Cindy and Charles Tate of Wheatley, Ark., Samantha and John Glover of Jonesboro, Ark., and Nicki Schoonover of Brinkley, Ark.; a step-sister, Michelle Six of Bee Bee, Ark.; two half-sisters, Shelly Macik of Bryan and Melissa Bice of Proctor, Ark.; his mother and step-father, Margaret and Ronnie Schoonover of Brinkley.

ROCKDALE Graveside services for Harry A. Sump, 80, of Rockdale and formerly of Quitman are set for 1 p.m. Sunday at the Smyrna Cemetery near Milano.
Arrangements are under the direction of Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.
Mr. Sump died Friday at the Manor Oaks Nursing Home in Rockdale.
He was born in Houston and lived in Rockdale eight months. He worked as a truck driver in the oil industry prior to his retirement. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alma Mae Gillian Sump.
Survivors include six sons, Harry Sump of Alto, Gary D. Sump of Kaufman, James Sump of Milano, Braddock W. Sump and Robert F. Sump, both of Vista, Calif., and Dean C. Sump of Ottawa, Kan.; two daughters, Sharon Welch of Lindale and Karen Sump of Quitman; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Coufal died Friday at her home.
She was born in Burleson County and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Coufal.
Survivors include two sons, Sidney Ray Coufal of Nacogdoches and Larry G. Coufal of Cameron; two daughters, Kathryn Kim Coufal Fikes of Temple and Debra Kay Coufal Stone of Maysfield; a brother, Glenn Plantt of Bryan; two sisters, Hazel Broderick of Houston and Dorothy Wade of College Station; and four grandchildren.

Mrs. Gustavus died Saturday in Madisonville.
She was born in the Ten Mile community and was a lifelong resident of Normangee. She was a member of Ten Mile Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Gustavus.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Mavis Gustavus of Normangee; a brother and sister-in-law, Olen and Novella Cole of Bryan; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to the time of the services Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Ivey died Friday.
He was born and lived most of his life in Leon County. He was a restaurant worker and rancher and was a Baptist.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday at Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota.
A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Kapchinski died Saturday in St. Joseph Regional Health Center.
She was born in Chappell Hill and lived in Anderson 22 years. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Carel Joe Kapchinski of Anderson; a son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Cheri Kapchinski of Anderson; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Cindy and William H. Abbott of Shiro, Krissy Horton of Plantersville and Lisa and David Wilson of Spring; two brothers, Eugene Nowak and Kenneth Nowak, both of Houston; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Maxine and Peter Kasprzak and Shirley and James Wagner, all of Houston; her mother-in-law, Carrie Kapchinski of Navasota; eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
