ROCKDALE — Graveside services for Cleo Pennington, 92, of Rockdale are set for 11 a.m. Monday at the Milford Cemetery in Milford, Texas.
The Rev. Weldon Belew of the Rockdale Christian Church will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.
Miss Pennington died Friday at her home.
She was born in Italy, Texas, and lived in Rockdale since 1973. She formerly lived in Waco and worked as a general clerk for Central Freightlines. She was a member of the Rockdale Christian Church.
Survivors include a niece and her husband, Lynna and Tommy Stewart of Kilgore, Texas; and numerous cousins.
Iva S. Broussard

PATTISON, Texas — Services for Iva S. Broussard, 74, of Pattison, Texas, are set for 3 p.m. Tuesday at Christ Lutheran Church in Pattison.
The Rev. Bill Schwertlich will officiate. Burial will be in the Pattison Methodist Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Schmidt Funeral Home in Brookshire, Texas.
Mrs. Broussard died Sunday in Katy, Texas.
She was a longtime banker.
Survivors include her children, Albie Horn of Brookshire, William Skrivanek of Bryan, Bubba and Rindi Broussard of Cherokee, Texas, and Mimi and Fritz Neumann of Sealy; and nine grandchildren.

Joyce ‘Jurhee’ Kesler

LINDALE, Texas — Graveside services for Joyce “Jurhee” Kesler, 72, of Lindale are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Restever Memorial Cemetery in Bryan.
Brother Raul Infante will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Burks-Walker-Tippit Funeral Directors in Tyler, Texas.
Mrs. Kesler died Saturday at her home.
She was born in Italy, Texas, and formerly lived in Hearne and Bryan. She was the retired owner of the Turquoise Shop and was a member of the Tyler Christian Fellowship.
She was preceded in death by her husband, McIntosh Leroy Kesler.
Survivors include two sons, David John Kesler of Lindale and Mark Lynn Kesler of Bryan; a daughter, Kathy Lee Ashburn of Austin; and seven grandchildren.

Roberta Peggy Ford

FRANKLIN — Services for Roberta Peggy Ford, 90, of Calvert are set for 1 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Calvert.
The Revs. Jeffery Riley and Joe Weldon Bailey of Calvert will officiate. Burial will be in the Franklin Cemetery.
Visitation with the family present will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin.
Mrs. Ford died Friday in Bryan.
She was born in New Baden and lived in Calvert for 60 years. She formerly lived in Huntsville. She received her master’s degree from Sam Houston State Teachers College and taught in Cypress, Texas, and Calvert. She was a member of the Calvert Eastern Star and First Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.R. Ford.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Norma Jean and Larry Gordon of Houston; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Hulen Ford of Irving and Charles and Susan Ford of Kemp, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Julia Elaine Myers

Memorial services for Julia Elaine Myers, 59, of Bryan are set for 4 p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan.
The Rev. Monsignor John McCaffrey of St. Joseph Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will be in Corpus Christi.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan.
Ms. Myers died Sunday at her home.
She was born in Corpus Christi and lived in Bryan since 1970. She was retired as circulation district manager for The Bryan-College Station Eagle newspaper. She was a Brazos County Democratic Party precinct chair and was an executive committee charter member of the Ann Richards Capitol Council. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was a lifetime member of the K.J.Z.T. and N.A.A.C.P. She received a master’s degree in English from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas.

NAVASOTA — Services for Jean W. LeFevre, 84, of Navasota are set for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Grimes-St. Joseph Health Center Activity Room in Navasota.

Mrs. LeFevre died Sunday in Grimes-St. Joseph Health Center.
She was born in Hollis, Okla., and lived in Navasota for 27 years. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, James W. “Bill” LeFevre of Navasota; a son, Ronald Hawkins of Riverside, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Mary “Pat” Jenkins of Houston; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Louis Christian ‘L.C.’ Prenzler

BURTON — Services for Louis Christian “L.C.” Prenzler, 97, of Burton are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Burton.
The Rev. Glen Schoeneberg will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Foehner Funeral Home in Burton.
Mr. Prenzler died Saturday in Brenham.
He was born in Burton and was a retired farmer and rancher. He was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, the Burton Volunteer Fire Department, the Farm Bureau and the Sons of Hermann. He served on the Washington County Fair Hog Committee for more than 20 years.
Survivors include his wife, Olita Matthies Prenzler of Burton; a son and daughter-in-law, Glenwood and Shirley Prenzler of Burton; a sister, Hulda Korthauer of Brenham; three brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Gus Korthauer, Howard and Olefa Matthies, Otto and Felba Schatz and Johanna Matthies; a grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.

Betty Zou White

MADISONVILLE — Graveside services for Betty Zou White, 80, of Madisonville are set for noon Friday at the Fairview Cemetery in Nacogdoches.
Dr. Bill Parsons will officiate.
Visitation will be at Madisonville Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, with the family present from 4 to 6 p.m., and from 10 a.m. to noon Friday at Fairview United Methodist Church in Nacogdoches.
Mrs. White died Saturday in Madisonville.
She was born in Woden, Texas, and lived most of her life in Nacogdoches. She was a member of the Fairview United Methodist Church and taught school in Woodville, Thorndale, Timpson and Woden.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston White.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, the Rev. Dick and JoAn White of Madisonville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, George Barham and Alice Sisco Jr. of Water Valley and Frank and Anna Mae Sisco of Nacogdoches; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
