CALDWELL — Services for Ronald Glen Hovorak, 62, of Caldwell are set for 2 p.m. Friday at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Caldwell.
The Revs. Tony Taylor and Henry Beseda will officiate. Burial will be in the New Tabor Cemetery.
Mr. Hovorak died Monday at his home.
He was a native of Burleson County and was a rancher. He was a member of the New Tabor Brethren Church.
Survivors include numerous cousins.
Gerald Jaeger
Nov. 7, 1936 — Dec. 24, 2002
Graveside services for Gerald Jaeger, 66, of Bryan are set for 2:15 p.m. Monday at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery in San Antonio.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Monday at Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan.
Mr. Jaeger died Tuesday at St. Joseph Manor.
He was born in Chicago and lived in Bryan three years. He was retired as a security officer for the Internal Revenue Service. He was also retired from the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of sergeant first class. He was a Lutheran.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Jaeger of Bryan; two sons, Phillip Jaeger of Round Rock and Mark Jaeger of Shilo; a stepson, Michael Meister of Dallas; a brother, Chris Jaeger of Maryland; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Linda Kronin
July 21, 1949 — Dec. 25, 2002
NAVASOTA — Private memorial services for Linda Kronin, 53, of Navasota will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota.
Mrs. Kronin died Wednesday at her home.
She was born in Madisonville and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Patrick Kronin of Navasota; two daughters and a son-in-law, Misty and Brent O’Neal of Pearland and Stephanie Viator of Houston; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Dennis and Stacey Patterson of Austin, Johnny Patterson of Huntsville and Carroll Wayne Williams Jr. of Dallas; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Betty Martin of Navasota and Michelle and Martin Kotinitz of Magnolia; her mother, Emma Lou Williams of Navasota; and a grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Rosia Lee McDade

NAVASOTA — Services for Rosia Lee McDade, 87, of Lancaster are set for 11 a.m. Saturday at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Millican.
The Rev. Anthony Brown will officiate. Burial will be in the Weaver Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Friday at Jones Funeral Home in Navasota.
Mrs. McDade died Saturday at Westridge Nursing Home in Lancaster.
She was born in Grimes County.
Survivors include four sons, Rossie Lee McDade, Earnest Marshall, James Kenneth McDade and Darron Devon McDade; a stepson, Henry McDade; a stepdaughter, Matilda Strahn; a brother, Early Marshall; a sister, Ida Mae Anderson; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Edith Patrick

MADISONVILLE — Services for Edith Patrick, 91, of Madisonville are set for 2 p.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church of Madisonville.
The Rev. Vaughn Tatum will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Tabor Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Madisonville Funeral Home.
Ms. Patrick died Thursday in Madisonville.
She was born in Shelby County and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was a member of the LLL Choir.
She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Lee Patrick.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Willie and Myra Patrick of Madisonville and Donald Ray and Pamela Patrick of Conroe; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Esther Viola Standridge

Graveside services for Esther Viola Standridge, 85, of Bryan are set for 10 a.m. Saturday at the Bryan City Cemetery.
The Rev. Ted Bosworth of Onion Creek Baptist Church in Austin will officiate.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home in Bryan.
Mrs. Standridge died Wednesday in St. Joseph Regional Health Center.
She was born in Detroit and was a member of Northview Baptist Church and the Martha Sunday school class.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Verl Standridge.
Survivors include a daughter, Betty Lou White of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a brother, Robert June of Southgate, Mich.; grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Vela Ozelle Todd

MADISONVILLE — Services for Vela Ozelle Todd, 93, formerly of Madisonville, are set for 2 p.m. Saturday at the Madisonville Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Evans Chapel Cemetery near Leona.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Todd died Sunday in Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colo.
She was born in the Old Bowling Community and lived in Fort Collins since 1986. She graduated from Jewett High School and earned a teaching certificate from Jacksonville Baptist College. She taught briefly before her marriage and returned to teaching in 1955, teaching 25 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Sam Houston State Teachers College in 1957.
As a minister’s wife, she traveled throughout Texas, Louisiana and Kentucky. She was song leader at the Second Baptist Church in Madisonville for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Aubrey Neal Todd.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Marion Thomas Maness of Fort Collins; a brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Mattie Jo Neyland of Centerville; a sister, Marguerite Neyland Loveless of Waco; a brother-in-law, Reece Price of Waco; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Guadalupe Jaime Ybarra

Services for Guadalupe Jaime Ybarra, 69, of Bryan are set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Hillier Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to the time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
A prayer service officiated by the Rev. Lupe Ybarra will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home
Mrs. Ybarra died Wednesday at her home.
She was born in Robertson County and lived in Bryan 19 years. She was a homemaker and was a member of Unida En Cristo Iglesia de Pentecostes in Mumford.
Survivors include her husband, Pete Ybarra of Bryan; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Charlie and Cheryl Zavala of Tyler, Simon and Antoinette Zavala, Pete and Corina Ybarra and George Ybarra, all of Bryan; four daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa and Tony Sanders of Santa Fe, Sandra and Tony Bosquez of Bryan, Frances and Leroy Vicencio and Celia and Juan Maciel; three brothers, Isaac James of Jacksonville, Daniel James of Donie and George James Jr. of Carlos; two sisters, Magdelena Flores of Bryan and Ruth Navarro-Garcia; 33 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Virginia Marie Snow

NORMANGEE — Services for Virginia Marie Snow, 76, of Normangee are set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Cozart Funeral Chapel in Normangee.
Bro. Horace Milton Fletcher will officiate. Burial will be in the Bethesda Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Friday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Mrs. Snow died Thursday in St. Joseph Regional Health Center.
She was born in Groveton and lived in Normangee 16 years. She was a retired secretary for All-State Insurance and was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Snow.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Dena Snow of Normangee; a daughter, Jacque Snow of Houston; a brother, James Prothro of Houston; and two grandchildren.
