Services for Charles K. Morgan, 57, of Bryan are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Callaway-Jones Chapel in Bryan.
The Rev. Henry Sanders of Faith Outreach Christian Center will officiate. Burial will be in the Bryan City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Morgan died Saturday at Brazos Oaks.
He was born in Bradenton, Fla., and lived in Bryan since 1981. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era and formerly worked as an RV technician with Country RV and Anderson Trailers.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Morgan of Bryan; two sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Dedra Morgan of Bryan and Sgt. Michael and Heather Morgan of Fort Campbell, Ky.; a daughter, Christina Morgan of Bryan; a brother and sister-in-law, Conley and Carolyn Morgan of New Bern, N.C.; a sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and John Albright of Palmetto, Fla.; and two grandchildren.

Ruby E. Rice
July 25, 1925 — Feb. 7, 2003
Services for Ruby E. Rice, 77, of Bryan are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.
The Rev. Terry Roberts will officiate. Burial will be in the Bryan City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday and from 8 a.m. to the time of services Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Rice died Friday at Colton Inn.
She was born in Yell County, Ark., and lived in Bryan for 40 years. She was an assembly line worker for Alenco and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Worley Rice.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, James Thomas and Peggy Rice of Kilgore; two daughters and a son-in-law, Betty and Mike O’Banion of North Zulch and Mary Rice of College Station; a sister, Lillie Mae Collins; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Mathilde ‘Hilda’ Weathers

CAMERON — Services for Mathilde “Hilda” Weathers, 71, of Cameron are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Kathryn W. Green Chapel of the Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron.
The Rev. Elizabeth Hanley will officiate. Burial will be in Pebble Grove Cemetery near Cameron.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Weathers died Sunday in a Temple hospital.
She was born in Nuremberg, Germany, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church in Cameron.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Weathers.
Survivors include a son, John F. Weathers of Lake Forest, Calif.; a daughter, Marion “Sissy” Hughson of Radcliff, Ky.; a sister, Erna Norris of Las Cruces, N.M.; and seven grandchildren.
Frances Carroll Collins

ROCKDALE — Services for Lilly May Koch, 92, of Austin are set for 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.
The Rev. Charles Cox, retired, will officiate. Burial will be in the Rockdale I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Koch died Sunday at the Gracy Wood II Nursing Home in Austin.
She was born in the Gay Hill community near Rockdale and lived in Austin 4 1/2 years. She formerly lived in Rockdale. She was a seamstress and was a member of the First Christian Church in Rockdale.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fritz W. Koch.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Dorothy Koch and James Cryer of Hico and Peggy Koch Rains of Austin; two brothers, Jim Doss of Brunswick, Ga., and Robert Doss of Lake Jackson; two sisters, Bonnie Brannon of Rockdale and Nellie Partee of New Braunfels; a sister-in-law, Irma Doss of Rockdale; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Muriel Burns Wood

NORMANGEE — Graveside services for Muriel Burns Wood, 88, of Bryan are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hopewell Cemetery in Normangee.
Bro. Kip Riley of the First Baptist Church in Normangee will officiate.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Cozart Funeral Home in Normangee.
Mrs. Wood died Sunday in College Station.
She was born in Burnsville in Madison County and was a Methodist. She was a retired banker and educator.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Wood.
Survivors include a niece, Sandra Burns of Dallas; and a nephew, Scott Burns Terrell of Dallas.

Rosie Pauline "Polly" Van Dell

Polly VanDell, 73, passed away February 12, 2003. She was born March 23, 1929 in Jacksboro, Texas.. Funeral services for Polly Van Dell will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan with Rev. Jerry Russell officiating. Burial will be at Rest-Ever Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. and Friday from 8:00 A.M. until time of the service at the funeral home.
Polly had many hobbies where she loved to camp, fish , and work in the yard. She loved to sew was quite the seamstress, making all her children's clothes when they were young. She also had a love for animals, especially horses and her little dog "Troubles." Polly had lived in both Kansas and Texas, and while in Ulysses, Kansas she owned operated the Circle C Western Wear and Shoe Repair.
Polly was survived by her Brother; Dean McLean of Bridgeport, TX, Sister; Irene Holeman of Amarillo, TX, Three Sons; Cary VanDell of Amarillo, TX, Gary Carson of Bowie, TX, and Mitch Carson of Bryan, TX, Three Daughters and Sons-In-Law; Barbara and Darrell Johnson of Cypress, TX, Charlotte and Lt. Col. James Doty of Fredricksburg, VA, and Carolyn and David Lightsey of Benchley, TX, Eighteen Grandchildren and Thirty Great Grandchildren.

Virginia Lantz Booher

NAVASOTA — A memorial service for Virginia Lantz Booher, 95, of Navasota will be held at First United Methodist Church in Fairfield, Calif. at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lindley-Robertson-Holt Funeral Home in Navasota.
Mrs. Booher died Saturday at College Station Medical Center.
She was born in Hildereth, Neb. and lived in Navasota the past seven years. A retired teacher, she graduated from Cearney State Teachers College and was a member of the California Retired Teachers Association. She belonged to the First United Methodist Church of Fairfield, Calif.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Booher of Temecula, Calif., and James Booher of Santa Rosa, Calif.; a daughter, Janet Hart of Navasota; a brother, Richard Lantz of Savannah, Ga.; a sister, Jean O’Neill of Las Gatos, Calif.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the California Retired Teachers Association or a favorite charity.
Marcellino Martinez

SOMERVILLE — Graveside services for Marcellino Martinez, 56, of Somerville are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Mexican Cemetery in Somerville.
Deacon Glen Wearden will officiate.
Visitation will be from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Strickland Funeral Home in Somerville.
Mr. Martinez died Monday at his residence.
He was born in Hempstead and was a carpenter and farmer.
Survivors include his mother, Susie Martinez of Somerville; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Isabell and Jesse Guillen of Somerville, Janie Chavez and Martin Munoz of Dallas, Mary and Larry Martinez of Somerville, Beatrus and Ricky Brinkman of Bay City and Matilda and Bob Bibby of LaMarque; five brothers and two sisters-in-law, Ambrose and Betty Martinez of Somerville, Natalio Martinez of Brenham, Lupe Martinez of Somerville, Ray and Donna Martinez of Lexington and Richard Martinez of Somerville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
