Mabel Lee Horton Bowlin
Funeral for Mabel Lee Horton Bowlin, 95, of Timpson will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Taylor Funeral Home Chapel, Timpson, with the Rev. Sammy Eldredge, pastor of Timpson Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Tennessee Cemetery, Timpson.
Bowlin died April 6, 2005, in Willowbrook Nursing Center, Nacogdoches.
Born Dec. 6, 1909, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of C.H. and Allie Roper Horton. She was a homemaker and a member of Tennessee Presbyterian Church, Timpson.
Survivors include a son, Bevie Kent Bowlin of Timpson; a daughter, Danna Hasley of Nacogdoches; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. today.

Robert McKind
Funeral for Robert McKind, 80, of Nacogdoches will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Davis Memorial Church of God in Christ with Elder Al Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
McKind died April 4, 2005, in Nacogdoches.
Born July 14, 1924, he was the son of George McKind and Mozell Jordon. He was a member of the Church of God in Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Norris Jean McKind of Nacogdoches; sons Anthony Wright and Kelvin McKind of Nacogdoches; daughter, Dorothy Nell Fields of the Sandhill Community, Ella Baxter of Douglass, Martha Tolbert, Robbie Sanders and Opal McKind, all of Nacogdoches; sister, Ezell Cook of Nacogdoches; 29 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. followed by a wake from 6 until 8 p.m.

George W. Watson
Funeral for George W. Watson, 82, of Brownsboro will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, Timpson, with the Rev. Mike Fodge and the Rev. James Williams officiating. Burial will be in Corinth Cemetery, Timpson.
Watson died April 5, 2005, in Nacogdoches Medical Center.
Born Nov. 9, 1922, in Shelby County, he was the son of Jasper and Lizzie Mae Patterson Watson. He was an SFA graduate and retired as superintendent of Brownsboro High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served during World War II, and he was a member of Timpson Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Hilda Stilley Watson of Brownsboro; son, George Stanley Watson of Granbury; daughter, Judy Harrold of McKinney; brothers, Osborn J. Watson of Huntington, Jack Watson of Tenaha and Billy Joe Watson of Tenaha; sisters, Claudia Hairgrove of Tyler and Bobbie Veatch of Shreveport, La.; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. today.

Graveside service for Howard Alvin Deloney, 80, of Garrison will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Greenwood Cemetery, Garrison.
Deloney died April 4, 2005, at his residence.
Born Jan. 5, 1924, in Garrison, he was the son of Leon and Willie Ada Ritnour Deloney. He was retired as a supervisor for the city of Dallas water department. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Garrison.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Beckerdite of Nacogdoches; son, Richard Barnhart of Nacogdoches; sister, Rachael Longacre of Garrison; and five grandchildren.

Lou Marie Waters
Funeral for Lou Marie Waters, 74, of Nacogdoches will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Davis Memorial Church of God in Christ with Elder Al Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Waters died April 3, 2005, in Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital.
Born April 4, 1930, in Nacogdoches, she was the daughter of Eula Stewart and Richard Presintine. She was affiliated with the Church of God in in Christ.
Survivors include sons, Bobby Waters of Diboll and Joe Waters of Nacogdoches; daughters, Sheila Young, Shirley Waters and Barbara Nell Waters, all of Nacogdoches; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Patsy Campanello
Memorial service for Patsy Campanello, 65, of Lake Timpson will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Garrison Funeral Home Chapel, Garrison, with the Rev. John McGuire, pastor of First Baptist Church, Garrison, officiating.
Campanello died April 3, 2005, in her residence.
Born Aug. 29, 1939, in Pacasset, Okla., she was the daughter of Pete and Dale Dunlap Gillis. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband Larry Campanello of Timpson; sons, Mickey Myers, Garye Myers of Tulsa, Okla., Larry Campanello Jr. of Derby, Kansas, and Jeffrey Campanello of Carolina Beach, N.C.; and daughters, Dana Ford of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Tina Smith of Auburn, N.Y.; brother, Pete Gillis of Atlanta, Ga.; sisters, Thelma Rainey of Tuttle, Okla., Ileta Allen of Guthrie, Okla., and Lavonne Forester of Tulsa.

Mr. Billy Frank Davis
Funeral service for Mr. Billy Frank Davis, age 74, of Flint formerly of Nacogdoches will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday April 9, 2004, at Laird Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bobby King officiating. Burial will follow in Douglass Cemetery.
Mr. Davis died Wednesday April 6, 2005, in Tyler.
He was born November 11, 1930, in Douglass, to the late Robert Franklin and Bessie Britt Davis, and lived in Nacogdoches County most of his life. He retired as a real estate developer, but also worked as electrician, in boat and mobile home sales, and at Moore Business Forms. Mr. Davis also worked for Shell pipeline for eleven years.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-one years, Hazel Faye Davis of Flint; son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Nancy Davis of Tyler; daughters and sons-in-law Paula Davis of Flint, Mary and Pete McGee of Bullard and Martha and Greg Williams of St. Roberts, Mo.; sisters, Agnes Nash of Tyler, Betty Jo Boehm of Metaire, La., and Shirley Hibbard of Chireno. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; granddaughter, Carrie McGee; and grandsons, Robert Davis, Andrew McGee, Aaron Williams, Jeffrey Davis, Corey Williams and Eric Williams.
Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his brother, Leon Wilson Davis; and sisters, Hazel Addison, Imogene Dominy and Ouida Bass.
Active pallbearers will be Pete McGee, Greg Williams, David Francis, Donnie Bass, Robert Davis and Andrew McGee
Honorary pallbearers will be Jeffrey Davis, Aaron Williams, Corey Williams and Eric Williams.

James Smithhart
Funeral services for James Garnett Smithhart Jr., age 70, of Melrose will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Sunset Chapel at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Prosperie officiating Eulogy will be given by Mr. Smithhart's son-in-law, Donnie Puckett. Interment will follow in the Melrose Cemetery.
Mr. Smithhart was born November 11, 1934, in Etoile to James G. Smithhart Sr. and Matte Ola Bentley. and he passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2005, in Nacogdoches.
He was retired from Bright Coop where he had worked for many years. He attend Melrose Baptist Church.
Mr. Smithhart married Ada Lee Goodman, April 8, 1958, and she survives him. He is also survived by his daughters, Wanda Puckett and her husband, Donnie, of Lufkin, Kim and her husband, Heath McClelland, of Martinsville; sons, Howard Smithhart of Melrose, Randy and Kelly Smithhart of Woden; one sister, Alice Butler of Pleasant Hill; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Lillie Ballow and Catherine Alvis; and one brother, Grady Smithhart.
Pallbearers will be Tom Strickland, Freddie Rudisill, Eldon Ray Partin, Gary Jones, Heath McClelland and Clint Oliver.
Honorary pallbearers will be Linvell Perkins, “Peanut” William Alvis, Carlton Ballow, Billy Perkins and the staff of Hospice of Deep East Texas.
