The future bride is the daughter of Victor and Patricia Kirby of Murfreesboro. She is the granddaughter of Joseph and Evelyn Kirby of Mt. Sidney, Va., Albert Nigro of Franklin, Mass., and the late Theresa Nigro.
The future bridegroom is the son of John and Nancy Howell of Maryville. He is the grandson of Ralph and Geraldine Easterday of Loudon, Jackie Robertson of St. Louis, Mo., and the late Tom Robertson.
The bride - to - be is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in public relations. She is employed as public relations coordinator at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock.
The bridegroom - to - be is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in aerospace administration. He is employed as an operations supervisor for Little Rock National Airport Commission, Little Rock, Ark.
Jenny Love Welch, daughter of Glenn and Linda Welch of Maryville, was united in marriage with Anthony Lynn Morgan, son of Rickie and Sandra Morgan of Maryville, July 20 at Hillview Baptist Church. The Rev. Rick Morgan and the Rev. Arkie Baker officiated.
Nuptial music was provided by pianist and vocalist Wendy Hipps.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white, sleeveless, empire waist gown with five satin bands around the bodice with an open back and chapel - length train. She wore a fingertip veil with three satin bands that matched the dress. She carried a bouquet of yellow and white daisies.
Dara Scarbrough of Louisville was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jasmine Lowe of Maryville, Rachel Ward of Maryville and Nikki Welch of Alcoa.
They wore royal blue sleeveless floor - length gowns and carried smaller versions of the bride's bouquet.
Courtney Harrelson was flower girl. Chance Porter was ring bearer. Program attendant was Kameren Byrd of Tiger, Ga. Amanda Rod of Charlotte, N.C., kept the bride's book.
Derrick Gideon of Maryville was best man. Groomsmen were Melvin Hipps of Maryville, Neal Porter of Maryville and Micah Welch of Alcoa.
A reception given by the parents of the bride was held in the church fellowship hall. Assisting hostesses were Christine Byrd, Johnnie Rod and Doris Shudan, all aunts of the bride, and Kim Schnicke, special friend of the bridegroom.
After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, the couple are living in Maryville.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless gown designed by St. Patrick and made of white satin overlaid with hand - embroidered beaded English net which flowed into a mermaid skirt with chapel - length train. The gown was complemented by a two - layered fingertip veil attached to a pearl headband. The bride carried an all - white array of Casa Blanca lilies, delphinium, roses and freesia with greenery.
Rachel McCulley of Maryville was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lindy Russell of Walland and Marquita Porter, Lori Cate, Alison Garner, Julie French and Leslie Talbott, all of Maryville. Hannah McCulley of Maryville was junior bridesmaid. They wore sleeveless two - piece, floor - length, baby blue dresses with ribbon and carried pale yellow lilies and roses with white delphinium.
Elizabeth Johnson was flower girl. Prater French was ring bearer. Jessica Anderson kept the bride's book.
Ned Coker of Maryville was best man. Groomsmen were Jeff French, Stephen McCulley and Jake Jones, all of Maryville, Calvin Blevins of Friendsville, Matt Hamilton of Seymour and Steve Plumlee of Chattanooga.
