Kara Michelle Pack, daughter of Dean and Janice Pack of Morristown, was united in marriage with Michael Francis Baumann of Alcoa, son of David and Pam Baumann of Maryville, Dec. 18 at St. Paul Presbyterian Church, Morristown. The Rev. James Carter and Dean Pack officiated.
Nuptial music was provided by violinists Rebecca Leah and Amy Buchanan, pianists Joellyn Buchanan and Diana Carroll, and vocalists Tracy Coffey and Randy Greene.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a Casablanca ivory, silky satin, strapless A - line gown which featured bands at the neckline and rounded waistline designed by using intricately sewn pearls and beads and a split chapel - length train which revealed an inset of organza beading layer. She wore a pearl and beaded tiara and double - tiered, elbow - length veil and carried a hand - tied bouquet of ivory roses and coffee berries.
Julianne Hammond of Knoxville was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Donna Baumann and Amy Landers of Maryville, Jennifer Heath of Madison, Miss., Candance McClellan of Talbott, Laurie Meyers of Knoxville and Melissa Phillips of Wichita Falls, Texas. They wore strapless, floor - length, two - piece dresses of euro sable satin with matching shawls.

The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Alcoa High School, received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000 and a master's degree in education in 2002 from the University of Tennessee. He is a math teacher and coach at William Blount Middle School.
