Amy Denise Turner is engaged to marry Thaniel Fields at 4 p.m. April 9 at Friendship Baptist Church. Friends and relatives are welcome to attend.
The future bride is the daughter of Lloyd Turner of Maryville and Chris Turner of Daytona Beach, Fla. She is the granddaughter of Juanita Turner of Walland, the late Rev. Earnest Turner, and the late Charles and Patricia Sohm.
The future bridegroom is the son of James Thaniel Fields Sr. of Maryville and Debbie Tyler-Fields of Greenback. He is the grandson of Willie Mae Fields of Greenback, the late Lee O. Fields Sr., the late G.B. Tyler Sr., the late Helen Jones Tyler and the late Sue Tyler.
The bride-to-be received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing with a minor in business law from Warner Southern College. She is marketing specialist/print broker for Curtis 1000.
The bridegroom-to-be is a graduate of William Blount High School. He is employed with ALCOA Inc.
"My love is like a sweet blue flower/That's uniquely bloomed in February," wrote June bride Dana Kagley.
On June 26, Kagley will marry Coty Lynn McClurg.
"When the exciting day in June shall come/Our families and friends will join together/To witness us vow our lives as one/And to begin our walk in love forever," Kagley wrote.
Dana Reneé Kagley of Maryville, daughter of Marvin and Ramona Kagley of Maryville, will marry Coty Lynn McClurg of Maryville, son of Spencer and Nita McClurg of Maryville, at 1 p.m. June 26 at Field of Dreams on Middlesettlements Road in Maryville. Pastor Jason Word will officiate.
Nuptial music will be provided by musicians Jason Word, Coty McClurg, Michael McClurg, Jake Deputy and others, all of Maryville.
Danielle McClurg of Maryville will be maid of honor. Bridesmaids will be Kelly Satterfield, Hollie Emert and Heather McClurg, all of Maryville. Kayla Word of Maryville will be flower girl.
Michael McClurg of Maryville will serve as best man. Groomsmen will be Chad Nuchols, Jake Deputy and Steve McKenzie, all of Maryville. Jonathan McKenzie of Maryville will be ring bearer.
A reception will held at Field of Dreams immediately following the ceremony.
A wedding trip to Andrews, N.C., is planned.
The future bride is a graduate of William Blount High School and is a full-time student at Pellissippi State Technical Community College pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering technology. She is employed as a sales associate at Tractor Supply Company.
The future bridegroom is a graduate of William Blount High School. He is a pipefitter and welder with Engert Construction Company.
Paris Ehrhardt is engaged to marry Tom Longmire at 1:30 p.m. March 12 at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Maryville. Invitations have been sent.
