JEREMIAH ROY BROWN
Jeremiah Roy Brown, 2 1/2 month, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at his home.
Jeremiah was born May 2, 2011 in Crossville, Tennessee.
Jeremiah is survived by father, Jessie Lee Brown of Crossville; mother, Tonya Jo Frame of Crossville; brother, Gavin Norris; two sisters, Jordan Faith Brown and Haley Paige Brown; grandparents, Kay Hawks, Connie Brown and Lee Hawks; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, July 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clarkrange Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Buck and Bro. Benny Baragona officiating. Burial followed in the Hawks Family cemetery in Fentress County, Tennessee.
Jennings Funeral Home of Clarkrange, Tennessee was in charge of services.

EVIE MAY GAMMON
Evie May Gammon, age 96, of Lafayette, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Signature HealthCARE of Fentress County.
Mrs. Gammon was born November 20, 1914. She was a member of Days Crossroads Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed Crocheting and piecing quilts in her spare time. She loved being with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Gammon is survived by daughter, Betty Faye Choate and husband Billy of Lafayette; son, Hollis Gammon and wife Clara of Jamestown; four grandchildren, Tracey (Barry) Armour, Randy (Melanie) Porter, Troy (Gina) Gammon, Tony (Celeste) Gammon; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Ezma Trapp of Nashville.
Mrs. Gammon was preceded in death by husband, William Alvis Gammon; and parents, Leslie Monroe Reeves and Martha Littie Alice Shrum Reeves.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 25, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Barry Armour officiating. Burial followed in the Macon County Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers included Randy Porter, Tony Gammon, Troy Gammon, Zachary Armour, Terry Plunkette and Wayne Trapp. Joe Swindle served as honorary pallbearer.
Alexander Funeral Home of Lafayette, Tennessee was in charge of services.

DAVID R.L. GOODING
David R.L. Gooding, age 56, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Gooding was born May 27, 1955 in Fentress County, Tennessee. He was a truck driver.
Mr. Gooding is survived by wife, Tonya Lynn (Winningham) Gooding; three daughters, Mattea Lynn (Gooding) Ipock and husband Adam, Maleigha Lane Gooding both of Jamestown and Deletta Marie Howard of Cookeville; two grandsons, Logan Stewart and Mason Jackson; mother, Doris (Price) Gooding of Jamestown; two sisters, Ann Atkinson and husband Rodney of Clarkrange and Kathy Reagan and husband Kenny of Jamestown; brother, Richard Gooding and wife Robbin of Jamestown; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Gooding was preceded in death by daughter, Melissa (Gooding) Stewart; father, R.L. Gooding; and two sisters, Angela Gooding and Brenda Gooding.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Smith and Bro. Hoyt Looper officiating. Burial following in the Price cemetery. Pallbearers included Timmy Gooding, Andy Gooding, Dustin Winningham, Jackie Rosenbaum, Jeff Coats, Taylor Gooding, Terry Gooding and Stephen Gooding.
Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.

HERMAN EDWARD MASSENGALE
Herman Edward Massengale, age 77, of Columbus, IN, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Hospice of South Central Indiana.
Mr. Massengale was born July 12, 1934 in Jamestown, Tennessee. He was retired after 40 years of services at Cosco/Dorel.
Mr. Massengale is survived by wife, Laticia Smith Ryan; son, Harold Robert (Carolyn) Massengale of Columbus, IN; two daughters, Rhonda (John) Fewell of Taylorsville, IN and Ragina Lynn Matern of Paris, IN; sister, Frantie Raiser of Muncie, IN; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Mr. Massengale was preceded in death by parents, William Harrison and Mary Corenda Winningham Massengale; son, William E. Massengale; two brothers, Beech Massengale and Walter Massengale; and two sisters, Eva Pearcy and Faye Shelton.
Memorial services were held Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Spurgeon Funeral Home with Doug Smith officiating.
Memorials can be given to Hospice of South Central Indiana, Columbus.
Spurgeon Funeral Home of Brownstown, Indiana was in charge of services.

JEAN 'MOMMA JEAN' RAMSEY
Jean 'Momma Jean' Ramsey, age 70, of the Crossroads Community of Overton, Co., passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011 at her home.
Mrs. Ramsey was born May 11, 1941 in Monterey, Tennessee. She was a seamstress.
Mrs. Ramsey is survived by seven daughters, Valerie Padgett and husband Bernard, Vivian Johnson and husband Mark, Vickie Fuqua and husband Mark, Angela Ramsey, Anita Padgett and Marvin Gunter, Jeannie Miller and husband Bruce and Johnnie Walker and husband Rick; raised by 'Momma Jean', Micheal Bilbrey and Joseph Bunting; seventeen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Raymond Bowman and Newell Bowman; sister, Brenda Bilbrey; and cousin, Robin Hall.
Mrs. Ramsey was preceded in death by husband, John Ramsey; father, Ezra Bowman; mother, Pauline (Clark) Bowman; two brothers, Luther Bowman and Archie Bowman; two sisters, Dimple (Ann) Johnson and Ermine (Kay) Wyley; an infant grandson; grandson, John Micheal Ramsey; and son-in-law, Loyal Padgett.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.

RALPH JACKSON REAGAN
Ralph Jackson Reagan, age 81, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011 at his home.
Mr. Reagan was born January 10, 1930 in Fentress County, Tennessee. He was a factory worker for Borg-Warrner.
Mr. Reagan is survived by wife, Zula Delk Reagan of Jamestown; son, Timothy V. Delk of Nashville; daughter, Kimberly Strange and husband James of Knoxville; two grandchildren; three brothers, Hoyt Reagan and wife Cenya of Fresno, CA, Oren Reagan and wife Vina of Muncie, IN and Tom Reagan and wife Carolyn of Allardt, TN; two sisters, Mary Francis Cravens and husband Pete and Linda Watson and husband Bill both of Jamestown; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family.
Mr. Reagan was preceded in death by father, John Dayton Reagan; mother, Zora Ann (Cantrell) Reagan; and sister, Naoma Rankin.
Funeral services were held Monday, August 1, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Bro. Chester Rhoad officiating. Burial followed on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Fentress Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers included Ethan Davis, James Strange, Brian Beaty, Cameron Duncan, Colby Duncan, Shane Davis, Roger Davis, Tim Delk, Brandon Rankin, Jason Watson, David Rankin, Japheth Reeder, Aaron Hodge, Micheal Reagan, Ronald Reagan, Logan Jones, Kevin Beaty, Noah Emery, Kason Watson and Tyler Reagan.
Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.

CHARLOTTE MARIE CONATSER
Charlotte Marie Conatser, age 93, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, September 23, 2011 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Conatser was born June 6, 1918 in Fentress County. She married Fred Conatser on January 10, 1936. Charlotte was a faithful member of New Hope Baptist Church. She was a homemaker until 1970 when she began working at Arnold Wright's Store. During her time there she made many friends that she cherished throughout the years. Her greatest pleasure in life was spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family members. Even at the age of 92 she still enjoyed planting her flowers and feeding the birds.
Mrs. Conatser is survived by two sons, Charles Conatser and wife Judy and Steve Conatser both of Jamestown; two daughters, Lillian Starks and Sandra Pearce Bailey and husband Joe both of Jamestown; four grandchildren, Charles Starks and wife Dina, Sherri Smith, Trent Pearce and Nicholas Conatser; three great-grandchildren, Jeremy Starks, Casey Smith and Alyson Starks; sister, Leeta Houston of Crossville; brother-in-law, Quentin (Buster) Conatser and wife Joyce of Jamestown; and two sisters-in-law, Lynnie Richardson and Jean Stevens. Also a host of nephews, nieces, other family members and friend to mourn her passing. She also leaves behind her faithful and loving canine companion, Missy.
Mrs. Conatser was preceded in death by husband, Fred Conatser; parents, Leonard and Dosha (Rains) Stephens; two brothers, James and Noble Stevens; sister, Alene Patton and husband Lester; and brother-in-law, Othel Houston.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Mundy Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Duncan officiating. Burial followed in the Conatser cemetery. Active pallbearers included Charles Stark, Trent Pearce, Jeremy Starks, Casey Smith, Bob Reagan and Tom Houston. Honorary pallbearers included Ronne Patton, Roger Patton, Gary Patton, Greg Houston, Donnie Stevens, Larry Stevens, Ronald Conatser and Gary Conatser.

PRISCILLA COOPER
Priscilla Cooper, age 48, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Cooper was born November 18, 1962.
Mrs. Cooper is survived by mother, Carolyn Crabtree; father of her children, Bud Cooper of Jamestown; son, Jason Cooper of Jamestown; daughter, Monica Walker of Jamestown; two brothers, Wayne and Robert Crabtree both of Jamestown; two sisters, Amy Stephens and Janice Ramsey both of Jamestown; and three grandchildren.
Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by father, Dewey Crabtree; daughter, Kimberly Ann Cooper; sister, Becky Burchfield; and brother-in-law, Jerry Wayne Cooper.
Funeral services were held Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. at King Mountain Baptist Church with Bro. Ray Smith officiating. Burial followed in the Turner cemetery. Pallbearers included Ken Lander, Jamie Taylor, Kennedy Cooper, Bill Ledbetter, Jordan Crabtree, James Walls and Ron Peters.
Mundy Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.

RAYMON NORRIS
Raymon Norris, age 76, of Crossville, passed away Monday, September 26, 2011 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Norris was born June 4, 1935.
Mr. Norris is survived by wife, Rosalie Norris of Crossville; two brothers, Sonny Norris and wife Diana of Crossville and Jimmy Ray Norris and wife Glenna of the Armathwaite Community; two sisters, Mary Lou Henry and Betty Miller and husband Jerry both of the Banner Springs Community; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Mr. Norris was preceded in death by parents, Conrad and Edith Brown Norris; brother, Pete Norris; and brother-in-law, James Henry.
Funeral services were held Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clarkrange Chapel of Mundy Funeral Home with Bro. Lonnie Cook and Rev. Jim Gruber officiating. Burial followed in the Spring Chapel cemetery. Pallbearers included Wimpy Atkinson, Joel Smith, Jerry Wilson, Ed Wilson, Terry Dixon and Chad Norris.

NANCY WILSON
Nancy Wilson, age 91, of Sparta formerly of Clarkrange, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2011 at N H C Health Care in Sparta, TN.
Mrs. Wilson was born October 23, 1919.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by son, Jere Wilson and wife Joan of Sparta; two sisters, Treva Atkinson of Jamestown and Beatrice Neely of Clarkrange; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by parents, Robert and Vesta Bray Taylor; husband, Solan Wilson; son, Ronnie Wilson; four brothers, Emmet, Hollie, Clarence and Carlis Taylor; and four sisters, Margie Farley, Marie Taylor, Beulah Lafever and Monnie Baldwin.
Funeral services were held Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in the Clarkrange Chapel of Mundy Funeral Home with Bro. Dewey Young officiating. Burial followed in the Martha Washington cemetery. Pallbearers included Clarence Brown, Kenneth Neely, Ricky Neely, Wyatt Baldwin, John Neely and Mark Wilson.
