Lucille G. Bullock, 77, of Bedford, Ind., died Saturday, July 4, 1998, at Dunn Memorial Hospital in Bedford.
Mrs. Bullock is survived by her husband, Robert F. Bullock; two sons, Robbie Bullock of Clinton and Trent Bullock of Valparaiso, Ind.; one daughter, Susan Green of Bedford; four sisters, Eula Phillips, Helen Rector, Mary Sharp and Margaret Ann Foster, all of Tennessee; and a brother, Robert L. Foster of Tennessee.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Day & Carter Mortuary in Bedford is handling arrangements.
Eva Bernice Coker
Worked at Miller's in Clinton

Eva Bernice Coker, 89, of Clinton, died Sunday, July 5, 1998, at her home.
In earlier years, Mrs. Coker had worked for the former Lewallen Miller's Department Store in Clinton for approximately 30 years.
She was born in Chattanooga on March 21, 1909, the daughter of John and Laura Dill. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Clinton.
Mrs. Coker is survived by her husband, Z.D. Coker; a daughter, Nancy Romero of Clinton; grandchildren, Stephen Coker, Amber Romero and Angel Romero; and by six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 7:30 tonight, July 7, in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton with the Rev. Samuel Dean officiating.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, at Mount Pisgah cemetery in Oliver Springs.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 tonight at the funeral home.
Max R. Everett
Former cab driver

Max R. Everett, 72, of Oak Ridge, died Sunday, July 5, 1998, at his home.
Mr. Everett drove a cab in Oak Ridge for several years and he had also been employed by Scott Gas Co. He enjoyed gardening, the family said.
He was the son of Newman and Mildred Everett, now deceased.
Mr. Everett is survived by his wife, Barbara Everett; a daughter, Debbie Bratcher and her husband, Mark, of Oliver Springs; two grandchildren, Mark and Adam Bratcher of Oliver Springs; and a niece, Patricia Bullock of Oliver Springs.
A sister, Doris Campbell, died earlier.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, in the chapel of McCarty-Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Copeland officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight, July 7, at the funeral home.
Linda D. Green

Linda D. Green, 41, of Fairbanks Road, died Sunday, July 5, 1998, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Miss Green was a member of Central Baptist Church.
She was the foster daughter of George and Mattie Brooks, now deceased, and the daughter of Phyllis and Lester Green Sr. of Crossville.
Miss Green is survived by her companion of 16 years, Randy Mullinix of Oak Ridge; two foster sisters, Marie Edwards of Douglasville, Ga., and Betty Singleton of Duluth, Ga.; a foster brother, James Brooks of Fort Payne, Ala.; a sister, Kathy Green of Dayton; and four brothers, Lester Green Jr., and his wife, Josephine, Richard Green and his wife, Debbie, and Robert Green, all of Crossville, and Jimmy Green of California.
Another brother, Jerry Green, died earlier.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, in the chapel of Evans Mortuary in Rockwood with the Rev. Bob Gray and the Rev. Steve McDonald officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Grove cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight, July 7, at the mortuary.

Frank H. Neill
Retired ORNL engineer

Frank H. Neill, 78, of Oak Ridge, died Monday, July 6, 1998, at his home after a short illness.
Mr. Neill was born in Oakland, Calif., and grew up in Sacramento. He attended Sacramento Junior College prior to his receiving a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
He came to Oak Ridge in 1943 after working at the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory. Mr. Neill worked on the Manhattan Project during World War II and at Oak Ridge National Laboratory for more than 43 years.
During his career at ORNL, he was awarded a Professional Engineering certification and was one of the first graduates of the Reactor School, the only program in nuclear engineering at the time. On retirement, Mr. Neill was head of quality assurance at ORNL.
He was an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers for more than 50 years and served in many capacities as an officer at the local, regional and national levels.
Mr. Neill was an active member of the American Red Cross in Oak Ridge and served on its board of directors. Through his numerous associations he was able to advance the works of the organization within the framework of the existing supporting organizations and corporations, the family said.
Mr. Neill enjoyed travel, photography and flower gardening. When the '43 Club was organized, the Neills were among the first eligible members. He and his family attended First Christian Church from its early days.
He was the son of Kathryn and Henry Fred Neill, now deceased.
Mr. Neill is survived by his wife, Erna Neill; a daughter, Barbara Neill and her husband, Larry Jones, of Portland, Ore.; a son, Richard Neill, and his wife, Barbara, of Oak Ridge; four grandchildren, Sara Neill of Oak Ridge and Christopher, Damien and Nicholas Neill-Jones, all of Portland; a sister, Elizabeth Hallum of Felton, Calif., and two nieces, Ann and Jane.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, at First Christian Church with the Rev. Laura Odiorne officiating. For transportation to the service, call the Neill family, 483-1349.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 tonight at the church.

Pauline Mason Winters

Pauline Mason Winters, 83, of Oak Ridge, died Monday, July 6, 1998, at NHC HealthCare of Oak Ridge.
Mrs. Winters was a member of First United Methodist Church.
She was born in Clarksville on June 19, 1915, the daughter of George H. Mason and Maud Riggins Mason.
She and her husband, William L. Winters, came to Oak Ridge in the 1940s from Clarksville. Later they moved to Knoxville and then back to Oak Ridge in the early 1950s. Her husband died Sept. 20, 1995.
Mrs. Winters' family said she was a homemaker who was completely devoted to her family.
She is survived by a son, William "Bill" Winters II and his wife, Susan, of Oak Ridge, owners of the Oak Ridge Bicycle Center; two daughters, Betty Bunn and her husband, Charles, of Port Richey, Fla., and Patty M. Winters of Atlanta, Ga.; and three grandchildren, Randy Barbour of Baltimore, Md., Shauna D. Winters, a student at Middle Tennessee State University, and John W. Winters, a rising seventh grader at Robertsville Middle School.
In addition to her parents and husband, a sister, Patty Mason, and four brothers, Robert Mason, George Mason, Russell Mason and Elliott Mason, died earlier. A grandson, Rick Barbour, died in December 1991.
The funeral will be at 8 p.m. Thursday, July 9, in the chapel of Weatherford Mortuary with the Rev. Ken Henderlight officiating.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 10, at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
Mary Magdalene Lacey

Mary Magdalene Lacey, 97, of Clinton, died Tuesday, July 7, 1998, at Windwood Health & Rehabilitation Center in Clinton.
Mrs. Lacey was born Oct. 26, 1900, in Anderson County, the daughter of Jim and Sarah Elizabeth Taylor.
She was the widow of Howard K. Lacey, who was retired from Union Carbide Nuclear Division.
Mrs. Lacey is survived by several nieces and nephews, including William Hansard Woods of Clinton.
Two sisters and seven brothers, Leona Bennett, Ida Woods, Bill Taylor, Lonas Taylor, Fred Taylor, Hugh Taylor, William Taylor, George Taylor and Bob Taylor, died earlier.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 9, in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton.
Burial will follow at McCarty Woodhaven Memory Gardens in Claxton.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Lane is survived by two daughters, Karyl J. Hall and her husband, Kenneth, of Kentland, Ind., and Patricia Lovell and her husband, Perry, of Ocala; and two sisters, Ethel Stone of California and Maude Erickson of Illinois.

Darrell Lee

Darrell Lee, 58, of Oak Ridge, died Friday, Sept. 25, 1998, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Mr. Lee was retired as a musician with Lee & Son store in Oak Ridge.
He was born in Crossville on Sept. 16, 1940, the son of Frank and Opal Lee. He was a military veteran of the Vietnam War.
Mr. Lee is survived by his wife, Artie Dunn Lee; his son, Rick Lee and his wife, Kim, of Oliver Springs; his grandson, Justin Lee; his sister-in-law, Mary Upton of Claxton; nieces and nephews Michael Upton and his wife, Georgia, of Claxton, Rhonda Clark and Joe Fenstermaker, both of Oak Ridge, and Chris and Michele Brenner of Hermitage; and grandnieces and grandnephews Billie and J.R. Upton of Claxton, Brooklyn and Bridgette Clark of Oak Ridge and Shaye Brenner of Hermitage.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Oak Ridge Memorial Park with the Rev. Rick Taylor officiating.
Friends may view the body until 5 this afternoon, Sept. 28, at Weatherford Mortuary.
