Brick was a native of Knoxville, and a graduate of the Old Knoxville High School and the University of Tennessee. Highlights of Brick’s career include: an Elder of Lake Hills Presbyterian Church, owner of Autosport Specialty, a member of Riders of the Silver Screen, International Studebaker’s Drivers Club, Founder and President of Screen Art, Inc., a Korean War Veteran, leader of Scout Troop 11, and an Eagle Scout. Preceded in death by his parents Lawrence Paul and Myrtle Brichetto, and first wife Ann Grogan.

He is survived by Jean, his wife of 43 years; brother L.P. Jr. “Bunny” Brichetto; sisters Yvonne Hanes, and Celeste Millen; children John Jr., Jan, Maria, and Joanna Brichetto; grandchildren Claire, Thad and Alex Brichetto Brown; Margaret Rose, Anna, and Maisy Brichetto.

Preceded in death by parents, Scott and Gertie Palmer; sister, Velma Webster; brothers, Frank, Tom and John Palmer; grandson, Wayne Shown and son-in-law Boyd Wilson.
