Life member of Royal Oak Lodge #464 F&AM, Royal Arch Chapter #167, Knoxville Scottish Rite Bodies, Areme Chapter #466 Order of the Eastern Star. Retired from Ford Motor Company, Sterling Heights, Michigan after 31 years of service. He is preceded in death by mother, Maydel Self Ellis; father, Sam Wilson Ellis; step-mother, Daisy Bryant Ellis; step-brothers, Rudolph, Orman and Wilbur.

Loving and devoted wife of 48 years, Lucy McCammon Ellis; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Eugene Ellis and Beth Strobeck Ellis of Wheaton, Illinois; grandchildren, Cindy Ruth Ellis and Karl Strobeck Ellis; niece, Crystal Marie McCammon, guardian of 1999; sister, Linda Hill of Salon, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.

She was a long time member of Second United Methodist Church, where she was active in the Methodist Women, the Joy Club and the Abundant Life Sunday School Class. Thomas Clayton Trousdale

Trousdale, Thomas Clayton –age 88, passed away at home on Sunday, October 17, 2004. A devoted husband and loving father and grandfather, Mr. Trousdale was born in Oxford, MS and grew up in Culleoka, TN. Serving in the United States Navy as a recruiter during World War II, he moved to Knoxville in the mid 1940’s. During a 37-year career with Sears Roebuck & Co. he worked as manager of the service department, security, customer service and credit. After retiring in 1983, he enjoyed many years of traveling with his family and tending to his yard and vegetable gardens. Mr. Trousdale was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Clayton Trousdale and Eura Harriet Thurman Trousdale; his brothers, Maury, Ralph and Jim; and his best friend and beloved wife of 52 years, Margaret Irwin Trousdale in 2003.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Doug Griswold and grandchildren, Robert and Molly, all of Freehold, NJ; son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Victoria Trousdale and Kaitlyn and Thomas, all of Knoxville. He is lovingly remembered and greatly missed by all.

Whether it be in songs, music or poems, granny’s main goal in life was telling others about her Lord Jesus Christ and his love for them. Preceded in death by husband, Henry E. Bellamy; father, William Long; mother, Kate Stout Long; brothers, Theodore, Corbit and James Long and sisters, Dixie and Irene Long .

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertha Pack; sisters, Thelma Wheatley, Mary Elizabeth Russell and Lurah Jones.
