She is survived by daughter, Lisa Sloan of Westmoreland; grandson, Jamie Sloan of Westmoreland; granddaughters, Ashley Morris of Westmoreland, Dallas Smith of Westmoreland; sister, Frances Carter of Westmoreland; great grandchildren, Jerica Sloan of Westmoreland, Caleb Presley of Westmoreland. Ronnie Douglas Thompson, age 60, of Westmoreland, living in Goodlettsville, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2009. He is loved by his family. His daughters are Stacie Brown of Bethpage, Carisa Denise Richardson of Nashville, and Tina Thompson of Gallatin. His sons are Toby Thompson of Gallatin and Kevin Brown of Bethpage. His brothers and sisters are Rita Browner of Bethpage, Randy Thompson of Mt. Juliet, and Roger Thompson of Lafayette. His grandchildren are Tanner Thompson, Chase Thompson, Kasmin Shay Richardson, and Josselyn Cossette Sanders. His parents were Landon Thompson, Selma Brawner and Nelson Turner. Mr. Thompson was a truck driver for 42 years as well as a member of the National Guard for 12 years.
