He was the son of the late Earlie and Ruth Massey Wix. The Lawrence County native was employed with the Natchez Trace Wilderness Preserve.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Wix of Florala, Ala.; daughters, Melissa Coubert of Birmingham, Ala., and Terri Hunter of Pueblo, Colo.; a brother, Houston Wix of Pena, Ill.; a sister, Flora Jean Gray of Hohenwald; and four grandchildren.

The Lawrence County native was the son of the late Alvora Beeler and Delbert Lee. He was a U.S. Army World War II veteran and Purple Heart recipient. He was retired from DuPont. He was a member of Pulaski Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Edna McDonald Lee of Lawrenceburg; sons, Gary W. Lee of Decatur, Ala., and Robert E. Lee of Newport Beach, Calif.; a daughter, Peggy Fuqua of Dickson; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

will be at the Myers Family Plot at the Mimosa Cemetery in Lawrenceburg.
He was the son of the late Ella Sutton and Ulysses Simpson Myers. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Homer Myers, Foster Myers and Lindsey Myers; and sisters, Lacy Smith, Bessie Martin and Virgie Holcomb.
Survivors include sisters, Alma Shearer and Margaret Gaddes of Nashville.

The Lawrence County native was the daughter of the late Burdella Hatley and William Albert McMahan. She was retired from Kay Windsor.
Survivors include daughters, Memra Surles of Summertown, Lynda Hawkins of Memphis and Marta Philhower of Crossville; a brother, William McMahan of Huntsville, Ala.; and three grandchildren.

She was the daughter of the late William Steward and Murlen Brown. She is a homemaker and member of Fairfield Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Rivers of Centerville; daughters, Jeanette West of Monticello, Ill., Gelene Fleener of Decatur, Ill., and Linda Smith of Centerville; brothers, Andrew Steward and Bennie Steward, both of Dyersburg, Dean Steward of Sullivan, Ill., J.W. She was the daughter of the late Ben and Mamie Price Laws. She was a homemaker and member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noonon Sudduth; two brothers, Clinton and Arvil Laws; and two sisters, Imogine Wix and Marie Adams.
Survivors include a daughter, Sheila Spears of Lawrenceburg; and a sister, Lela Wilburn of Leoma.

He was the son of the late Willie and Effie Harwell Johnson. He was a retired truck driver.

Mr. Wallace C. "Buddy" Mayberry, Jr.

Services for Mr. Mayberry will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Williams Funeral Home of Columbia with Wendell Robinson and Andy Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by Herbert Griffin American Legion Post # 19. The family will visit with friends from 6-9 p.m. Friday and from 4-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the son of the late, Wallace Childress, Sr. and Katherine McMeen Mayberry. He was the husband of 56 years to Mrs. Opal V. Thigpen Mayberry. He attended McDowell School before entering the United States Army. He was in the 227 Antiaircraft Artillery Searchlight Battallion during World War II. He was a plumber and pipefitter for Buchi Heating and Plumbing of Nashville and was a former employee at Stauffer Chemical in Mt. Pleasant for many years. He was a member of Union Local #572 in which he was affiliated with various plants Middle Tennessee. He was of member of the Herbert Griffin American Legion Post # 19 and a member of Graymere Church of Christ.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Donald C. (Linda) Mayberry of Smyrna and Suzanne M. (Carlton) Scott of Columbia; grandchildren, Stacey M. (Rob) Huey of Lewisburg, Lorie Mayberry of Brentwood, Jessica Scott and Hunter Scott of Columbia; one great-grandchild, Alex Huey of Lewisburg; two sisters, Dot Roberts of Lewisburg and Mrs. J.E. (Frances) Davis of Columbia.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Tomab Mayberry of Columbia and a sister, Mildred Hutcherson of Columbia.
Pallbearers will be Sammy Walters, Mike Frakes, Daniel Goad, Danny Poland, Gary Poland and Tommy Ray Mayberry.
Honorary pallbearers will be past and present TLC Caregivers of Centerville, friends at Graymere Church of Christ, members of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local # 572, co-workers; James Davenport, Frank Buchanan, Bob White, Jack Curtis, and Bob Curtis.
