Ora Lamb, age 95 of Jellico passed away March 30, 2006 at the Beech Tree Manor in Jellico. She was born October 17, 1910 at East Bernstadt, KY, the daughter of the late William and Aggie Browning Henderson. She was a member of the Kentucky Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Lamb.
She is survived by her son, Billy Lamb and wife, Jeanette of Jellico; grandchildren, Billy Lamb, Donald Lamb and wife, Penny, all of Jacksonville, FL; great grandchildren, Matthew Christian Lamb, Andrew Lamb and Jane Megan Lamb, all of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Ella Harmeling of Memphis.
Funeral services were held March 31 at the Cox and Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Willie Partin officiating. Interment
was in the Jellico Cemetery.

Daisy Marion
Daisy Marion, age 80 of Williamsburg, KY passed away March 23, 2006 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin, KY. She was a member of the Wesleyan Church of Jellico.
She was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Caudill and Nannie Back Caudill; husband, William Andrew Marion; sisters, Ina White and Gracie McGuinn; brothers, James Caudill, Raymond Caudill.
She is survived by her son, Richard Marion and wife, Mary of Williamsburg, KY; daughters, Betty Sue Huskey and husband, James of Jellico, Barbara Siler and husband, Daymon of LaFollette, Jessie Huskey of Williamsburg, KY; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Thomas Caudill of Williamsburg, KY and John Caudill and wife, Juanita of Ft. Wayne, IN; sisters, Mazle White of Jackson, KY; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were March 26 at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Daniels officiating. Interment
was in the Siler Cemetery.

Raymond McCloud Sr.
Raymond McCloud Sr., age 45 of Lake City passed away March 30, 2006 at the Methodist Medical Center. He was a member of West Side Independent Baptist Church. He loved his family very much. He also liked flea markets, C.B. radios, and car mechanics.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wiley McCloud.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa McCloud; sons, Raymond Jr. and Michael McCloud all of Lake City; daughter, Candice McCloud of Morristown; mother, Vesta Belcher McCloud; brothers, Charles McCloud of LaFollette, Wiley McCloud Jr. of Dandridge, Harold McCloud of Independence, VA, Everett McCloud of Jacksboro, Greg McCloud of Lake City; sisters, Sandra McCord of Lenoir City, Debra Ballew of Lake City; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will were April 2 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Paul Wilson officiating. Interment
was in the Powell Valley Memorial Cemetery.

Charles Parrott
Charles Parrott, age 70 of Powell passed away at 7:10 p.m. on March 27, 2006 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette; father, Charlie; mother, Viola; brothers, Johnny, Bill and Orville; sister, Shirley Marlow.
He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Julie and Jeff Cooper of Knoxville; sons and daughters in law, Roger and Charlie Parrott of Elsmere, KY, Jeff and Angie Parrott of Knoxville, Tony and Kim Parrott of New Market, Bob and Michele Parrott of Powell; grandchildren, Andrea and Stephanie Parrott of Elsmere, KY, Matthew and Karessa Cunningham and Jordan Parrott of New Market, Tre Parrott of Powell ; great grandchild, Jaida Parrott of Elsmere, KY; sisters, Jackie Waldroop of Florence, KY, Janice Osborne and Kathy Rogers of LaFollette, Judy Davis of Clairfield; brothers, R.L. Parrott of Bellevue, KY, Kenneth Parrott of Centerville, OH.
Graveside services and interment
were held March 30 at the Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev. Danny King officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 900 E. Hill Avenue, Suite 240, Knoxville, 27915.

Samuel Eugene Webb
Samuel Eugene Webb, age 69 of Oliver Springs, went to be at his home in heaven on March 30, 2006. He was a member of the Frost Bottom Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his family and friends. He was born July 17, 1937 to the late Joesph Holloway and Maysel Duncan Webb.
He is also preceded in death by his brother; David Webb.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Webb of Oliver Springs; son and daughter in law, Phillip and Misty Webb of Oliver Springs; granddaughters, Kaylee and Samantha Webb of Oliver Springs; sister, Ruby Webb of Wartburg; several nieces and nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held April 1 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Seiber and Rev. Charles Harness officiating. Interment
was in the Frost Bottom Cemetery.

Joyce Oneida Baker
Joyce Oneida Baker, age 71 of Monroe, MI passed away on the morning of April 7, 2006 in Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit. Her loving family surrounded her as she went home to be with the Lord. She had fought a courageous battle with Scleroderma for more than 30 years. She was seriously ill for two months. She was born to Claude and Arletta (Leach) Brown on April 20, 1934 in Clairfield. She married Sidney L. Baker on December 24, 1957 in LaFollette. Their union of marriage of marriage would last 48 years. She not only loved her family, but also her God and her church. She was a member of the Church of Mountain Assembly. She was active in the church choir and the Willing Workers. Her favorite hobbies were quilting and gardening.
She was preceded in death and joined her parents and two sisters, Sally Jones and Bonnie Fay Hubbard.
She is survived and deeply missed by her husband; sons, Greg (Joy) Baker of Erie, MI and Randy (Tammie) Baker of Monroe, MI; she not only enjoyed spending time with her family, but adored her grandchildren, Craig, Jason, Britni and Brandon Baker. She will be sadly missed by brothers, Cletus (Loretta) Brown of Monroe, Charles Brown of Coldfield and Claude (Mary) of LaFollette; sisters, Juanita (Damon) Barnes of Ida, MI and Barbara Rudbal of Jacksboro; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held April 11 at the Church of God Mountain Assembly with the Rev. Cornelius and Rev. Rick Massengill. Interment
was in the Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle, MI. Memorials may be made in her honor to the Church of God Mountain Assembly.
Florence Lowe Byrd Lawson Boshears
Florence Lowe Byrd Lawson Boshears, age 86 of Jacksboro passed away April 9, 2006 at the U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She loved gardening and her family very much.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Alfred Byrd, Joe Delus Lawson and Gifford Harold Boshears; children, Uneeda Pearl Duncan, Lydia Bessie Phillips, Harold Dean Lawson, Arthur Artemus Lawson, Pauline Lawson, James Clarence Lawson, Samuel Thomas Lawson; infant girl Lawson; brothers, Posey and Delois Lowe; sisters, Kizzie and Mary Carroll, Kansa Jordan and Perna Sharp; grandsons, George Gary Phillips, Thomas Daniel Lawson; granddaughters, Belinda Lawson and Debra Sue Chambers; great grandson, Gary Lee Jeffers.
She is survived by her sons and daughter in laws, JL and Anna Rose Bowling Lawson of Norma, Alonzo and Anna Ruth Bowling Lawson of Helenwood; daughters and son in laws, Arlene and Luke West of Helenwood, Mildred Otter of Maynardsville, Willie Anna Bailey of KY, Jennifer and Edward Junior Boshears of Norma; 22 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services were April 11 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Tommy Reese and Rev. Jeffrey Phillips officiating. Interment
was in the Antioch Cemetery.

Pearl Christine Bowman, age 88 of Winston Salem, NC, formerly of Jellico passed away April 3, 2006 at the Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. She was born March 7, 1918 at Norma, TN the daughter of the late John Thomas Williams and Betty Sharpe Williams.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Ben Bowman.
She is survived by her son, Wendell J. Selvia and wife, Jay of Winston Salem, NC; grandchildren, Steve Selvia of Atlanta, GA Eric Selvia of Wilmington, NC, Jason Gamble of Winston Salem, NC and Anna Christina White of Denver, CO; great grandchildren, Tyler Selvia and Austin Selvia, both of Atlanta, GA, Emmett Gamble and Ella Gamble, both of Winston Salem, NC; niece, Joyce Hale and husband, Bill of Arcadia, Fl; nephew, Roy Bowman and wife, Anne of San Antonio, TX.
Funeral services were held April 6 at the Cox and Son Chapel with the Rev. Jim Hurst officiating. Interment
was in the Campbell Memorial Gardens.
