She is survived by her husband, James Ramsey ,Glendale, Az; sons, John Fuston, Jellico, Jerry Horn, Chicago, Ill, Gary Horn, Barnsville, Ga; daughter, Shirley Knuckles, LaFollette; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brothers, Elmer Parrott, Cincinnati, Oh, Ben Parrott, Jellico; sister, Bertha Milbihess of Victorville, Ca.
Funeral services were June 30 at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Willie Partin officiating. Interment
was in the Hyslope Cemetery. Harp Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Marie Caddell Sweeney
Marie Caddell Sweeney, age 77 of Williamsburg, Ky died June 27, 2004 at Beech Tree Manor.
She is survived by her husband, Eli Sweeney, Jellico; son, Ralph Ballew, Chatsworth, Ga; daughters, Ruby Emmett, New Albany, In, Flora Cox, Dalton, Ga, Fannie Williams, Warren, Mi, Mary Porter, Williamsburg, Ky; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Gerald Caddell, Biloxi, Ms, Raymond Caddell, Ok, Bob Caddell, Williamsburg, Charles Caddell, Williamsburg; sisters, Virgie Silcox, Williamsburg, Valda Sue Caddell, Williamsburg; Shirley Bray, Williamsburg; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were June 30 at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating. Interment

Howard Raymond Willoughby
Howard Raymond Willoughby, age 78 died June 23, 2004 at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
He was a resident at the St. Mary’s Health and Rehab Center.
He was retired from LaFollette Utilities (Water Department) and was of the Baptist faith.
He was a naval veteran of World War II, a member of the Masonic Lodge 623 of LaFollette, and a Shriner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Myrtle Willoughby; brothers, James Willoughby and Ernest Willoughby.
He is survived by his daughter, Connie Paul and family of LaFollette; son, Charles Willoughby of LaFollette; brothers, Sam Willoughby and family of LaFollette, Tom Willoughby and family of Clinton, Earl Willoughby and family of Texas; sisters-in-law, Betty Willoughby of Fla, Sandra Lane Willoughby of Oak Ridge; uncle, Bennie Angel and family of LaFollette; aunt, Effie Goins and family of LaFollette; other family and friends.
Funeral services were June 26 at Cross Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Cole officiating.
Masonic services were by the LaFollette Masonic Lodge #623 F & AM.
Interment was in Bakers Forge Cemetery with military Honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
Thelma Juanita Bray
Thelma Juanita Bray, age 74 of Williamsburg, KY died July 25, 2004 at her home.
She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Gail Christian and husband, Charles, Williamsburg, KY, Lisa Walker and husband, Terry, Williamsburg, KY, Barbara Cupp and husband, Rev. Troy Cupp, Black Oak, KY; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; brother, Donald Ayers, Lawrenceburg; sisters, Mae Silcox, Jellico and Bessie White, River View, MI; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were July 27 at Harp Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Woods officiating. Interment
was in the Douglas (Sunny Hill) Cemetery. Harp Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Michael Copley
Michael Copley, age 50 of Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo, formerly of LaFollette died July 20, 2004 in Kuwait.
He was a graduate of LaFollette High School, retired from the U.S. Army after 27 years and was currently working for the U.S. Government with the Bradley Company in the nation of Kuwait.
He is survived by his wife, Paulette Copley, Ft. Leonard Wood, MO; sons, Michael, Justin, Jason, Chris, Brandon, and Billy, all of Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo, Ben Copley, Knoxville; four grandchildren; mother, Alta Miller, LaFollette; father, James Copley; special aunt, Thelma Brown, LaFollette; several other relatives and friends.

will be in Ft. Leonard Wood, MO.
Virginia Thurman Dykes
Virginia Thurman Dykes, age 94, entered the gates of heaven on July 25, 2004. She was born April 15 in St. Charles, Va. She retired from LaFollette Nursing Home and was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, LaFollette Homemakers Club and the Democratic Party. She helped to establish the Campbell County Senior Citizens Center and was a member of the Indiana Avenue Baptist Church where she helped establish the Young at Hearts Club.
She was preceded in death by her infant son; ex-husband, Charles Dykes; parents, Gother and Cora McGill Thurman; brothers, Earl and Carlos Thurman; sisters, Flossie Barnes, Rosa Barnes and Zelma Ladd.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Darlyn and Edwin Jones, LaFollette, Shelby and Johnny Seal, Jacksboro; sons and daughters-in-law, Charles Dykes, Lowell and Beulah Dykes, Robert and June Dykes, Ronald and Cindy Dykes, LaFollette, Jimmy and Helen Dykes, Duff; sister, Oneda Faye, Toledo, Oh; 19 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends, including special friends Gladys Heatherly and Hazel Trowbridge, LaFollette.
Funeral services were July 27 at Cross Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Reynolds and Pastor Mark Partin officiating.
Interment was in the Green Cemetery in Speedwell. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Campbell County Senior Citizens Center.

Deborah Deloris Young Ford
After her courageous battle Deborah Deloris Young Ford, age 36, of Jacksboro went home to be with the Lord, whom she accepted into her heart in the fall of 2002 at Cherry Bottom Baptist Church. Debbie left this world behind on July 21, 2004.
She was a loving wife, daughter, sister and aunt. She enjoyed motorcycle riding, volunteering, and giving her special contributions to the shoebox ministries.
She was preceded in death by her daddy Lonie Young; niece, Tiffany Dawn Young; mother-in-law Norene Ford; grandparents, Albert and Pearl Young, and Gordon and Seattle Washington Caudill.
She is survived by her husband John Daniel Ford; mother, Della Young of Jacksboro ;father-in-law, J.B. Ford of LaFollette; brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Tina Young of Georgia, Michael and Katrina Young of LaFollette, Robbie and Patti Young; and Donnie Young all of Jacksboro; sisters and brother-in-law, Diana Ward of Caryville, Cathy and Mike Green of Caryville; brother-in-law, Jay Harold Ford of Jacksboro; Godson, Noah Michael Young; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many friends whom she loved with all her heart.
Truly the world is a better place for having known her.
Funeral services were July 23 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. David Hicks officiating.

Wallace Gibson
Wallace Gibson, age 70, of LaFollette died July 25, 2004, at St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and football.
He loved his family very much.
He retired as a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy after 23 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Audra and Clara Weaver Gibson; brothers, Paul and Quinton Gibson; sister; Elanore Buell.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Gibson of LaFollette; sons and daughter in laws; John and Lori Jones of Cookeville and Mike and Dinise Massengill of Daytona, Fl; daughter and son in law, Sherri and Jimmy Walden; daughter; Donna Gibson all of LaFollette; sister; Roberta King of Dayton, OH; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services were July 28 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Hobert McCreary officiating.
Interment was in Powell Valley Memorial Gardens and Cemetery with full military honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.

Imogene Howard
Imogene Howard age 46 of Jacksboro died July 25, 2004 at her home. She was of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Mona Wilson; brothers Junior Pennington and Harrison Pennington.
She is survived by her sons, Robbie Green and Eric Howard both of Jacksboro; grandchild, Dakota Howard of Jacksboro; sisters, Anna Phillips and Rosemary Shanteau both of Jacksboro, Willene Braden and JoAnn Pierce both of Lake City; brothers, J. L. Goins of Jacksboro, Richard Goins of Hamilton, OH, Jimmy Goins of Union Grove, AL, Willie Goins and Mack Goins both of LaFollette; special niece, Audra Orick Paha; best friend, Katie Goins; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were July 27 at Indian Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Lawrence Henegar officiating.
