Rachel Hylie Hill Dyke, 76, of LaFollette, died on Friday, Nov. 30, 2001 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County.
She was of Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by husband William Otey Dyke; sons Roy, Thomas, Edward and Robert; parents George Washington and Minnie Monk Hill.
She is survived by sons William Dyke of Tazewell; George and David Joshua Dyke of Sterling, Ok.; daughters Cordelia Nelson and Sarah Ward both of LaFollette; 15 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; brother Robert Hill of Middlesboro, Ky., sisters Ettie Hill of Tazewell, Edna Haun of Texas.
Funeral services were Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Interment
was in the Dyke Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made are made to Martin Wilson Funeral Home.

Arthur Green Jr.
Arthur Green Jr., 47, of Jacksboro, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2001 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County.
He was of the of Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by father Arthur Green Sr. and sister Diana Foster.
He is survived by wife Margaret Green of Jacksboro; stepson Mark A. Grant of LaFollette; step-granddaughter Amber Grant of LaFollette; mother Famah Green of Jacksboro.
Funeral services were Thursday, Nov. 29 in Jacksboro Cemetery with Minister Tim Medford officiating.
Interment was in the Jacksboro Cemetery.

Karl E. Gross
Karl E. Gross, 86, of LaFollette, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001 at LaFollette Nursing Home.
He was retired from Loby Blox and a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church,
He was preceded in death by wife Anna Margaret Gross and one sister and two brothers.
He is survived by sons Carl A. Gross (Tony) of Hampton, South Carolina, Charles C. Gross of Maynardville and Three grandchildren, Four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday at Campbell County Memorial Gardens.
Interment was in the Campbell County with prayer service conducted by Father Greg Neuzil.

Viola Lamb
Viola Lamb, 95, of Newcomb, died on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2001 at the Jellico Community Hospital.
She is survived by daughters Elden Lamb of Newcomb, Eleanor Liewellyn of Jellico, Geneva Meredith, Jellico and Wanda Lasey of Pickway, Ohio; sons Ernest Lamb Jr. of Indianapolis, Truman Lamb of Lot, Ky. and seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Llewellyn Funeral Home in Jellico with Rev. Hugh Adkins officiating.
Interment was in the Douglas Cemetery.

Reva Lloyd, 57, of Caryville, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2001.
She was a member of Church of God Faith.
She was preceded in death by parents Nathan and Delliah Layne McGowan.
She is survived by son David Crittenden; daughters Angela Barrett, Gail Sherrill of LaFollette, Dianna Whisenant of Caryville and one grandson and eight grandchildren; brother Woodrow McGowan; sisters Ruth Atterton, Dorothy Morton, Ollie McGowan, Ailene and Kitten, all of East Tennessee.

Alma Williams, 88, of Kensee, Ky., died on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2001 at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
She was preceded in death by parents Martin Florence Fuston Ross.
She is survived by daughter Nona Williams of Waterford, Mich., sister Perra Justice of Lenior City and Ruth Shirley of Willamsburg, Ky.; brother Raymond Rose of Williamsburg, Ky., grandson George Dabney of Kensee, Ky., 20 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Friday, Nov. 30 at the Cox and Son Chapel with Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating. Interment
was in the Kensee Cemetery.

Alice Marie Wishoun, 63, of Jacksboro, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2001 at the Ft. Sanders Regional Hospital in Knoxville. She was a member of the LaFollette Church of God.
She was preceded in death by parents John H. and Delphia Mae Fulkerson Fair.
She is survived by sons Leonard Wishoun of Colorado and Kelly Wishoun of Clinton; daughter Pamela McGuire of Pioneer, Janie Osborne of LaFollette, Linda Burns of Dahlonega, Ga., 7 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great-great grandchild; brothers Jim and Gary Fair of Douglasville, Ga., Elbert Fair of Kingsport, John Fair of Muncie, Ind.; sisters Dorothy Garland of Dougsville, Ga.; Ruth Meade of Kingsport.
Funeral services were Dec. 2 in the chapel Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Cordell officiating.
Interment was in the Bakers Forge Cemetery.
