She is survived by; husband, Dewey King; son, Phillip Jerome King of Carrollton, Georgia; brothers, Ralph Marlow of Jellico, and Donald R. Marlow of Speedwell; sisters, Edna Ruth Partin of Wolf Creek, Kentucky, and Freida Loving of Williamsburg, Kentucky; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, September 26 at the White Oak Church of God with Rev. Paul Cox officiating. Interment
followed in Kemplen Cemetery. Harp Funeral Home, Jellico, in charge of arrangements.
Stanley E. Marlow
Stanley E. Marlow, 46, of Murrayville Road, LaFollette, died Thursday, September 23, 1999 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was a member of Ivey Dell Church of God.
He is survived by; wife, Carolyn Rutherford Marlow; daughters, Machelle Draughn, Crystal Suttles, and Judith Jackson, all of LaFollette; father, Ralph Marlow of Jellico; mother, Ligia Terry Kitts of Jacksboro; brothers, David Marlow of Whitewater, Indiana, Larry Marlow, and Ralph Marlow, both of LaFollette, and Tony Marlow of Nashville; sisters, Gale Creekmore of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Deborah McGinnis, and Darlene Marlow, both of Corbin, Kentucky, Elaine Davis of Piqua, Ohio, Ann Groley of Tampa, Florida, and Greta England of Clairfield; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, September 26 at Martin's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Junior Dilbeck and Rev. Jeff Bolton officiating. Interment
followed in Bakers Forge Cemetery.
Neoma E. Starrett
Neoma E. Starrett, 94, of South 8th Street, LaFollette, died Friday, September 24, 1999 at the LaFollette Medical Center. She was a member of the Church of God.
She was preceded in death by; husband, Andrew Honey Starrett; children, Leon and Floetta Starrett, and Bobbie Jean Mattie; parents, Thomas and Lillie Mason Edmond; and two grandsons. Survivors include; sons, A.J. Starrett, and Kenneth Starrett, both of LaFollette; daughters, Hazel Boles of Jellico, and Pauline Goins of LaFollette; sister, Betty Wells of Indiana; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Sunday, September 26 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Reynolds and Rev. Wesley Mattie officiating. Interment
followed Monday, September 27 in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Arnold Stepp
Arnold Stepp, 66, of Corbin, Kentucky, formerly of Campbell County, died Wednesday, September 22, 1999 at his home. He was a Veteran of the Korean conflict.
He was preceded in death by; father, Thomas Walter Stepp. Survivors include; mother, Grace Stepp; brothers, Eddie Stepp and Marshall Stepp; sister, Sis Lovette of LaFollette; son, Jerry Lester Stepp; daughters, Elaine Inez Stepp of Speedwell, and Annette Daugherty of LaFollette.
Interment was in the Veteran's Cemetery, Knoxville.
Roy E. Teague
Roy E. Teague, 49, of Cromwell, Indiana, formerly of Jellico, died Monday, September 20, 1999 at McCray Memorial Hospital in Kendallville.
He is survived by; father, Ben Teague of Churubusco, Indiana; son; Travis Teague of Fort Wayne, Indiana; daughter, Tracey Bair of Ligonier, Indiana; brothers, John Teague of Albion, Indiana, and Hubert (Jody) Thibodeaux of Manchester, Kentucky; sisters, Delores Markham of Jellico, Lorraine Caudill of Williamsburg, Kentucky, and Linda Hamby of Indianapolis, Indiana; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, September 22 at Woodlawn Cemetery, LaFollette with Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating. Interment
followed in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Bobby Ray Vann
Bobby Ray Vann, 54, of Jacksboro, died Monday, September 27, 1999, at the LaFollette Medical Center. He was a United States Army Vietnam veteran.
He was preceded in death by; father, Woodrow Vann. Survivors include; mother, Lucille Vann of LaFollette; brother, Bill Vann of Jacksboro; sisters, Brenda Knoll of Jacksboro, and Linda Adams of Delphia, Kentucky; son, Michael Vann of Devors, Texas; two grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held today (Thursday), September 30, 1999 at 8 p.m. at Cross Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Ray Wilson officiating. Interment
will follow Friday, October 1 at 11 a.m. in Campbell Memorial Gardens.
Bobby Lee Williamson
Bobby Lee Williamson, 62, of Duff, died Sunday, September 26, 1999 at Jellico Community Hospital. He was of the Baptist faith, a member of Melrose Masonic Lodge, Norwood, Ohio and a US Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by; parents, Robert and Virginia Williamson; and brother, James Williamson. Survivors include; wife, Eunice Williamson; son, Darin Williamson of Duff; and one grandchild.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, September 29 at Cross Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Dupuy officiating. Interment
followed in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Bobby Gene Wilson, Sr.
Bobby Gene Wilson, Sr., 63, of Knoxville, formerly of Stoney Fork, died Friday, September 24, 1999 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was a member of Beechfork Baptist Church, Post Master of Burlington Lodge #763 F.& A.M., member of Scottish Rites and York Rites. He was retired from House Hasson Hardware.
Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by; parents, Johnny H. and Dorothy Newport Wilson. Survivors include; former wife, Ida Mae Hill of Knoxville; sons, Benny Mart Wilson, and Bobby Gene Wilson, Jr., both of Knoxville; daughters, Carlene Doig of Knoxville, Tamara Stiles of Strawberry Plains, and Julia Hamilton of Maynardville; sisters, Evelyn Seiber and Wilma Byrge, both of Caryville; and seven grandchildren.

Andrew Clarence Archer, Jr., 43, of Briceville, died Monday, November 1, 1999. He was a member of the Jarigan Chapel Baptist Church and a United States Army Veteran. He was employed by the Rogers Group.
Mr Archer is survived by; parents, Andrew Clarence and Dorla Thompson Archer; wife, Sheila Seiber Archer; son, Robert Scott Archer of Briceville; daughters, Jessica Archer, and Patricia Archer, both of Briceville; brothers; Steven Archer, and Jeff Archer, both of Caldwell, Ohio, sisters, Deborah Neff, and Sharon Moonney, both of Caldwell, Ohio .

Geraldine Barnes, 58, of Toledo, Ohio, died Saturday, October 30, 1999 at the home of her daughter. She was a member of Grap Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by; parents, Hobert and Evelyn (Murray) Lay; and grandson, Johnathon Barnes. Survivors include; husband, Rev. Raymond Barnes; sons, Damon Barnes of Monroe, and Ronald Barnes of Maybee; daughter; Debbie Bray of Monroe, brothers, Jim Lay of LaFollette, and John Lay of Jacksboro; sisters, Janice Sparks of Rockledge, Florida, Carolyn Arcaro of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Nalda Smith of Monroe; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by; parents, Frank and Susie Black. Survivors include; son, James C. Black, Jr. of LaFollette; and brother, Woodrow Black of Bokeelia, Florida.

She was preceded in death by; husband, Deles Byrge; and daughter, Geraldine Wells. Survivors include; sons, Ray Byrge, and Larry Byrge, both of Jacksboro; daughters, Alice Faye Evans of LaFollette, Vivian St. John, and Brenda McQuinn, both of Jacksboro; and twenty-one grandchildren.

Martha Marie Cox, 81, of Duff, died Tuesday, November 2, 1999 at her home.
She was preceded in death by; husband, George Cox; son, George Cox, Jr.; and parents, Lee and Florida Ridenour Vanover. Survivors include; sons, Jerry Cox of LaFollette, John Cox of Duff, and Kenny Cox of Georgia; daughters, Bonnie Douglas of Chattanooga, Ann Jeffers of Georgia, Linda Evans of Jacksboro, and Patsy Milton of Duff; brother, Lloyd Vanover of Scott County; sisters, Eudeana Branam, and Katherine Coleman, both of LaFollette, and Easter Albertini of Kentucky; fifteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be today (Thursday), November 4 at 8 p.m. in the Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pat Ayers and Rev. Gary Lynn Ray officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. before services. Interment
will follow Friday, November 5 at 11 a.m. in Davis Cemetery.
