John Nunnelley
John Paul Nunnelley died Monday, Jan. 11, 1999, in a local hospital. He was 57.
He had been a resident of the Chattanooga area for the past 40 years, a 1959 graduate of Kirkman High School and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Vietnam era. He was retired from TVA and a member of Morris Hill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Nunnelley.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Nunnelley; three children, Roby Lynn Nunnelley, Chattanooga, William Ray McCurry, Jasper, Tenn., and Linda Collins, Ringgold, Ga.; his father, B.H. Nunnelley, Sylacauga, Ala.; one sister, Martha Catchings, Alabaster Ala.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Mason officiating.
Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

John Park
John L. Park Jr., formerly of Chattanooga, died Saturday, Jan. 9, 1999, at his home in Borrego Springs, Calif. He was 83.
He was a former member of Central Presbyterian Church and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, having served in the South Pacific during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Smith Park; one son, two daughters, and a sister, Leona Park Cooper of Chattanooga.
Graveside services will be held today at noon at Ramona cemetery in Ramona, Calif.

William Perkins
William Perkins died Sunday, Jan. 10, 1999, in a local hospital. He was 53.

Bruce Ringer
Bruce L. Ringer of Ooltewah died Sunday, Jan. 10, 1999, in a local nursing home. He was 76.
He was a native of Marion, Ind., and had lived in the Collegedale area for more than 45 years.
H was retired from Southern Adventist University, was a member of Ooltewah Seventh-day Adventist Church and a veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Ringer, and his second wife, Bobra M. Ringer; and three brothers, Glen, Gilbert and Carl Ringer.
Survivors include two daughters, Lynda Kirk, Jasper, Tenn., and Ruthie L. Johnson, Ooltewah; four sons, Timothy E. Crosby, Hagerstown, Md., Kenneth R. Crosby, Ooltewah, Brian Ringer, Stuarts Draft, Va., and Bruce Ringer, Mobile, Ala.; four sisters, Wilma Centers, Greenfield, Ind., Dorothy Cutter, Lawrenceburg, Tenn., and Louise Benson and Edna Mae Cox, both of Fletcher, N.C.; three brothers, Lawrence Ringer, Higdon, Ala., Omar Ringer, Cypress Inn, Tenn., and Kenneth Ringer Lakeland, Ga.; six grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Ooltewah Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Burial will be in Floral Crest cemetery in Bryant, Ala.
Visitation will be today from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Frank Rogers Jr.
Frank Rogers Jr. died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, in a local hospital. He was 74.
He was a retired insurance agent from Independent Life Insurance Co., a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of Valley Brook Golf Course and a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Valeria Rogers; two sons, Steve and Michael Rogers, all of Harrison; two stepdaughters, Pamela Ann Wilkey, Asheville, N.C., and Sharon Stuman, Florida; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Chattanooga National cemetery with the Rev. Billy Brown and the Rev. Tracy Daniels officiating.
The family will receive friends today from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home.
Patricia Shull
Patricia N. Shull of Fairport Harbor, Ohio, died Monday, Jan. 11, 1999, in a local hospital. She was 64.
She was a Protestant and was preceded in death by her father, Kinsey Clarence Webb, and a brother, Don Webb.
Survivors include her husband, William Shull; three sons, Houston Gary Gibson, and Robert Lee and Charles R. Shull, all of Fairport Harbor; two daughters, Karen Lumpkin, Battle Creek, Mich., and Vickie Moore, Hixson; her mother, Hattie Webb, Chattanooga; three sisters, Joyce Bell, and Beverly Mahaffey, Chattanooga, and Sherry Phillips, Mississippi; two brothers, Ralph Webb, Fairport Harbor, and Bobby Webb, Chattanooga; and five grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with minister William Nave officiating.
Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

John E. Walker died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Willie Mae Walker; and a daughter, Geraldine Jones.
Survivors include one grandson, Leslie Walker Jones, Chattanooga; five other grandchildren.
Graveside services will be today at 11 a.m. in Highland Memorial Gardens.
