Randy Hall officiating. Burial was in Memphis Memory Gardens in Memphis with Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of Marianna, AR, in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Keisling, a retired farmer, died Thursday, January 13, 2000, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Forrest City, AR.
Born February 18, 1909, in Pickett County, he was the son of the late Emitt Keisling and Sally (Ledbetter) Keisling.
He was affiliated with First Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Eula Dale Keisling, Marianna, AR; his step-mother, Hettie Keisling, Livingston; three sons, Bennie Ceciel Keisling, Nashville, Terry Keisling, Ola, AR, and Ronnie Dale Keisling, Water Valley, MS; a daughter, Ann Peterson, Eudora, MS; a sister, Edna "Tootsie" Smith, Livingston; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bennie Keisling, Teddy Keisling, Randy Skinner, John Peterson III, Trent Keisling, Thale Keisling, Ricky Keisling, Don Williams, Bob Hutcheson, and Randle Wright.

Mrs. Knobloch, an employee of Riverside Avenue Baptist Church in Muncie, IN, died Friday, April 14, 2000, at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN.
Born in Monroe, she was the daughter of Earl T. and Hattie Ann (Garrett) Carter. She was preceded in death by three brothers.
She was a member of Riverside Avenue Baptist Church in Muncie, IN.

Mrs. Taylor, a homemaker and mother, died Friday, April 14, 2000, at Livingston Regional Hospital.
Born March 15, 1909, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late James G. and Sarah (Sells) Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Taylor; a son, James Kenneth Taylor; three sisters, Nova Clark, Lee Clark, and Maggie Barnes; and four brothers, Halton Taylor, Hulbert Taylor, Haskell Taylor, and Jackie Taylor.
She was a member of the Plain Grove Church of Christ.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Faye and Walter McDaniel, Antioch; a son and daughter-in-law, Gene and Irene Taylor, Monroe; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Derek Taylor, Joe Ramsey, Michael Duke, Charles Ronald Duke, Ed Clark, and Don Clark.
Billy Max Cobble Sr.

Mr. Cobble died Sunday, April 22, 2001, at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was a truck driver, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and affiliated with the Aarons Chapel Church.
Born May 18, 1947, in Monterey, he was the son of Olga Roy of Largo, FL, and the late Strother Cobble.

Willie D. White
Masonic rites for Mr. Willie D. White, 80, of Monroe, were held at 7 p.m. Sunday, April 22, 2001, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2001, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Irwin officiating. Graveside military services with burial was in Overton County Memorial Gardens with Speck Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. White died Saturday, April 21, 2001, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. He was a farmer and a member of Monroe Christian Church, Livingston Masonic Lodge # 259, and a founding member of the Monroe Volunteer Fire Department. He was a World War II veteran and a 50-year member of the American Legion Bohannon Post #4, as well as a past member of the Overton County Court.
Born January 23, 1921, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Albert and Ida (Smith) White. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Corbit White and Orbit White, infant twins, Willard White, and J.D. White; and four sisters, Linnie Allred, Tissie Brown, Ellavee Smith, and Udean Hoover.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Dean (Gunter) White, Monroe; two daughters, Beth Payne, Atlanta, GA, and Susan Asberry, Monroe; a brother, Dick White, Monroe; two sisters, Bobbi Maynard, Monroe, and Nettie Jane Johnson, Sacramento, CA; and a grandson, Thomas Ledford, Monroe.
Pallbearers were Michael Hoover, Rick Hoover, Jerry Melton, Travis Gore, Tim Nolan, and Mike Hoover. Serving as honorary pallbearers were members of the Monroe Volunteer Fire Department.

Born September 26, 1959, in Overton County, she was the daughter of Nancy Louise Ramsey of Ridge Top and the late William C. Langford.

Betty Ann Hicks

Leonard Marion Deck

Born October 3, 1933, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Johnny and Fannie Mae (McDonald) Deck. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Thelma Deck; three brothers, Raymond C. Deck, William Roy Deck, and Richard Deck; and a sister, Phelia Rae Barnes.
He served in the United States Air Force.

She was a member of Pleasant View Church of the Nazarene.
