Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Sharon (Oliver) Harbin, age 64 of Flintville, will be conducted Tuesday morning at 10 AM at Flintville cemetery with Rev. Cleo Moon officiating. Mrs. Harbin passed away Saturday evening at Baptist Hospital. Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Harbin was the daughter of the late Margie Laten and Travis Oliver. She was a homemaker, florist and attended Stewart’s Chapel.
Survivors include her husband Billy Wayne Harbin, two sons Daryl (Phyllis) Hicklen of Fayetteville and Jeffery Winsett of Flintville, two grandchildren Jessica Hicklen of Pulaski and Jordan Shields of Fayetteville, two great-grandchildren Jlegna Goodwin of Pulaski and Jeremy Hicklen of Pulaski, sister Donna Quick of Huntsville, brother Gregory Oliver of Fayetteville, sisters-in-law Judy Bain, Joyce (Ray) Norman, brother-in-law Jeff (Teena) Harbin and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be Monday evening from 5-8 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
James D. (Jack) Caldwell

Funeral services for James D. (Jack) Caldwell, age 84 of Fayetteville will be conducted 1 PM Thursday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Dean Pardon and Brian Jones officiating. Special music will be provided by his grandsons Jason and Josh Caldwell. Burial will follow in Kelso cemetery beside his first wife Ovie Price Caldwell. Mr. Caldwell died Tuesday morning in Lincoln Medical Center.
He was a native of Lincoln County and the son of the late Renzo D. and Sallie B. Russell Caldwell. Mr. Caldwell was a retired truck driver with Genesco and a former employee of South Central Human Resource Agency. He was a member of the Blanche Church of God.
Survivors include his wife Edith Killian Caldwell of Fayetteville, two daughters Nell C. Jones of Fayetteville and Gayle C. Glover of Lebanon, TN, one son Jackie R. Caldwell of Fayetteville, two sisters Ealease Jeans of Kelso and Lula Bell Wallace of Antioch, TN, brother John P. Caldwell of Fayetteville, grandchildren Brian Jones, Scott Jones, Michelle Morrison, Amy Chambers, Bret Gentry, Nickie Tucker, Jason and Joshua Caldwell, and Kim Fadely, 10 great-grandchildren, step-children Ernestine Simmons, Faye Williams, and Jewell Jacobs all of Fayetteville, Sybil Dye of Lynchburg, Wanda Williams and Darlene Caldwell both of Fayetteville, Ray and Randall Hillis both of Flintville, 22 step-grandchildren, 44 step-great-grandchildren, and 1 step-great-great-grandchild. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife Ovie Price Caldwell, son James L. Caldwell, and sister Jeanette Cashion

Darrell Franklin Sadler

Memorial services for Mr. Darrell Franklin Sadler, age 82 of Kelso, will be held at 4 PM Sunday August 17th at the Sadler home at 72 Lackey Road in Kelso. Mr. Sadler passed away Monday evening at Huntsville Hospital.
A native of Smithfield, PA, he was a son of the late Tony and Wilda Mills Sadler, retired and a veteran of WW II.
Survivors include his wife Faye Sadler of Kelso, daughter Linda Kelly, sisters Marguerite Riedmann of Smithfield, PA and Ruth Dunham of Smithfield, PA, brother John R. Sadler of Smithfield, PA, and grandchildren Lesa Mann, Lori Morrow, and James Kelly III, great-grandchildren J.C., Kelly and Alex Mann, Nick, Matt, and Chris Morrow, and Jay Kelly. He was preceded in death by 4 sisters and 4 brothers.
Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation at the funeral home prior to the service.
Billy Thomas Faulkner, Sr.

Funeral services for Mr. Billy Thomas Faulkner, Sr., age 78, of Tullahoma will be conducted at 2 PM Monday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. David Wall officiating. Burial will follow in Booneville cemetery. Mr. Faulkner passed away Saturday afternoon at Southern TN Medical Center in Winchester.
A native of Lincoln County, he was a son of the late William Dixon and Vivian Rebecca Solomon Faulkner, served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict, retired from NASA in 1981, worked at Chrysler Corp. in Huntsville, was a farmer, a volunteer fireman in the North Franklin County Volunteer Fire Department, served as a water board commissioner with the Center Grove Winchester Springs Utility District, and was a member of Booneville Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife Frances Ruth Winland Faulkner of Tullahoma, son Billy T. Faulkner, II and wife Martha Louise of Tullahoma, granddaughter Maggie Reese and husband William, great-granddaughter Barbara Danyel Reese, sister Betty June Whitsett and husband Bob of Fayetteville, brothers Joe Faulkner and wife Debbie of Fayetteville, and James “Jab” Faulkner of Booneville Community.
Visitation with the family will be from 5-8 PM Sunday evening at Higgins Funeral Home.
Frances H. Moore

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Frances H. Moore, age 87 of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2 PM Saturday at Prospect cemetery, beside her husband of 50 years Arvie Moore, with Bro. Ennis Hyman officiating. Mrs. Moore passed away Monday afternoon at Lincoln Medical Center.
A native of Hazel Green, Alabama, she was retired for Jonathon Logan, and a member of harmony Hills Church of God.
Survivors include her nephew Donnie J. Moore and wife Regenia (Jean), nieces and nephews Patsy Moore Freeman, Jane Millhouse, Gayle Burdick, Ruth Derrington, Pam Welch, Joy Hereford, Joann Sutherland, Ann Lee, Sarah Frances Kitchens, Don Swing, and Jerry Hargrove, and sister Kathryn Swing, dear friend Betty Hunter, and the loving members of the Harmony Hill Church of God.
Visitation with the family will be from 12-2 PM Saturday at Higgins Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donation be made to the Harmony Hill Church of God.

Funeral services for Mrs. Katie Lou Groce, age 90 of Fayetteville will be
conducted at 11AM Wednesday at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Booneville cemetery beside her husband W.E. Groce who died in 1998. Mrs. Groce passed away Monday morning in Donalson Care Center.
She was a native of Bedford County, TN and the daughter of the late Bruce and Audrey Hart Rees. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mulberry Church of Christ.
Survivors include three sons Rees Groce and wife Judy of Mt. Juliet, TN, Randy Groce and wife Jane of Fayetteville and Rodney Groce and wife Betty of Fayetteville, one sister Evelyn Marshall of Fayetteville, seven grandchildren Brent Groce, Brian Groce, Glenna Groce, Janet Harris, Marty Groce, Audrey King, Todd Groce and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ollie Mae Wright Wheeler Carter, age 80, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama formerly of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2PM Sunday at Higgins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill cemetery. Mrs. Carter passed away Thursday December 4th in Tuscaloosa.
She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Charlie J. and Ophelia Peppers Wright. She was a former employee of Chrysler and was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons Rodney Wheeler of Madison, AL and Gary Wheeler of Tuscaloosa, AL, grandchildren Michael Wheeler of Athens, AL, Paul Hanley of Atlanta, GA, Joe Thomas of Tuscaloosa, AL, William “Chris” Wheeler of Huntsville, AL, Arissa Wheeler of Huntsville, AL and Renee Wheeler of Raleigh, NC., brother Holly Shelton Wright of Decatur, AL, sister-in-law Velma Wright of Flintville and niece Brenda Wright of Flintville.

Raymond Preston Wallace
Funeral services for Mr. Raymond Preston Wallace, age 83, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 11 AM Saturday at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Bert Watkins and Bro. David Sain officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hills cemetery. Mr. Wallace passed away Wednesday morning December 24, 2008 at his residence.
A native of Lincoln County, he was the youngest son of the late Odie Benton and Pearlie Hargrove Wallace, owned and operated Shell Service Station on West Washington Street, Fayetteville Kleen-Rite Dry Cleaners, and Wallace Auto Parts, retired from Huntsville Ford Tractor, was a WWII veteran, served 4 years in United States Navy where he was a First Class Navy Seaman aboard USS Amsterdam in the South Pacific and aboard the USS Flynt, a Gospel Preacher and Bible Teacher for 45 years, and a member of West Fayetteville Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife Naomi Stewart Wallace of Fayetteville, daughter Wanda Williams and husband Bob, grandchildren Allison Williams Heffington and husband John, Tyler Lewis Williams and wife Paula of Hazel Green, AL, Katie Williams Stromei and husband Shane of Nashville, great-grandchildren Coleman, Allie, Chandler, Hannah, Hillary, and Maggie Heffington, and Carson Williams, special sister-in-law and brother-in-law Willa Dean and Bruce Lauruhn, beloved sister Ruby Wallace Beech, sister Clintelle Bates of Birmingham, AL, brother Clay Wallace, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-mother Omah McLemore Wallace.

Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Dane Wiser, age 47, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2 PM Monday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Milton Martin and Bobby Bankston officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia cemetery. Mr. Wiser passed away Friday morning in Huntsville Hospital.
A son of Thomas (Tom) Edward and Reba Richardson Wiser, who survive, he was a native of Lewisburg, a long time resident of Fayetteville, and owned Volunteer Machine and Tool where he was a machinist.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife Brenda Wiser of Fayetteville, daughters Amanda Marie Sawyers and husband Brian of Fort Hood, TX, Crystal Leann Hollis, Dana Rose Ables and husband Terry, and Reba Janel Wiser all of Fayetteville, grandchildren Thomas Bradley Sanders, Kevin Dee Hollis III, and Ryan Cole Ables all of Fayetteville, brothers Kipp Patrick Wiser and wife Judy and Edward Bret Wiser all of Fayetteville, sister Abbe Wynn Walden of Flintville, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Anna Ophelia Wiser and grandparents William Loyd and Tommie Edna Richardson.
Visitation with the family will be from 5-9 PM Sunday evening at Higgins Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Phillip Sanders, Andy Cline, Bobby Bankston, Glen Leavers, Ricky Jones, and Jeff Cates.
Priscilla Christine Deal Ashby

Burial will follow in Booneville cemetery. Mrs. Ashby passed away Sunday February 15th at Lincoln Care Center. She was a native of Moore County, TN and the daughter of the late Oscar Andrew and Susie Fanning Deal. Mrs. Ashby was a homemaker and a member of the North Side Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband William C. Ashby of Fayetteville, daughter Jo Ann Purvis and husband John of LaBelle, Florida, two sisters Alline Groce of Fayetteville and Peggy Luna of Alabama, one brother Joe Deal and wife Brenda of Huntsville, AL, grandchildren Deirdre Purvis and husband Doug of LaBelle, FL and Timothy E. Smith and wife Tara of Madisonville, TN, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters Louise Sprouse, Virginia Gutherie and Martha Jean Carter. Visitation with the family will be Thursday from noon until 1PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
Helen Marie (Lanier) Fetters

Funeral services for Mrs. Helen Lanier Fetters, age 67, of Fayetteville will be conducted Saturday at 11AM at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Hooper and Rev. Tim Shields officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland cemetery beside her husband Donald Fetters. Mrs. Fetters passed away Thursday morning March 26th at her residence.
She was a native of Madison County, AL and the daughter of the late Johnny and Maple Cobb Lanier. She was employed by Teledyne and a member of the Brown Teal Baptist Church.
Survivors include four daughters Donna Smith, Betty Fowler, Donna (Doug) Humphrey and Tina (Jeff) Sisk, sixteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three sisters, one brother, nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Linda Payne.
Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
