Funeral services for Mrs. Pam Satterfield, age 52, of Joe Quick Rd., New Market, AL, who died Sunday, January 4, 2004 in Huntsville Hospital, will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the Concord Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. James Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Taylor Cemetery. Mrs. Satterfield was a native of Madison County, AL, a secretary for the Alabama Extension System where she retired after 29 years and a member of the Concord Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her husband: Gerry Satterfield of New Market, AL; 1 step-daughter: Jennifer Bartlow of Athens, AL; 2 step-sons: Troy Satterfield of Flintville, TN & Kevin Satterfield of Grant, AL; 3 grandchildren: Natalie Bartlow, Taylor Bartlow & Alex Satterfield; 1 sister: Mary Ruth & George Campbell of Gurley, AL; 1 brother: Marvin Dale & Edith Benson of Keller, TX; 4 aunts: Mary Campbell of Fayetteville, TN, Emma Benson, Rosa Benson & Vera Benson all of Huntsville, AL; 1 niece: Janet & Greg Guyette; 3 nephews: Brad Benson, Dale Campbell & Boyd & Jamie Benson. Funeral services for Mr. G.T. Robinson, age 80, of S. Vann Town School Rd., Flintville, TN, who died Thursday, January 8, 2004 in Donalson Care Center, will be held Saturday, January 10, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Benny Berry and Rev. Milton Martin officiating. The body will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mr. Robinson was a native of Lincoln County, a retired farmer and assembly line operator for Amana and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife: Annie Wilson Robinson; 1 son: Glenn & Judy Tipton Robinson; 2 granddaughters: Renai Johnson and Jann Mitchell; 4 great grandchildren: Kayla Mitchell, Kristen Mitchell, Ethan Johnson & Chelsea Johnson all of Flintville, TN. Funeral services for Mr. Buford Counts, age 92, of the Lois Community, Mulberry, TN, who died Friday, January 9, 2004 at the Lynchburg Nursing Home, will be held Sunday, January 11, 2004 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home with Johnny Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in Lynchburg Cemetery. Mr. Counts was a native of Moore County, a barrel cooper for Jack Daniels Distillery and a member of the Lois Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his wife: Wilma Tucker Counts in 1979. Mrs. Mildred Malone, age 89, of Hazel Green, AL, died Saturday, January 10, 2004. Mrs. Malone was preceded in death by her husband: Ed Malone. Survivors include 1 son: William L. ‘Bill’ Malone; daughter-in-law: Elaine J. Malone; 3 grandchildren: Joseph Malone of Dickson, TN, Anna Maria West and Jeff Malone of Hazel Green, AL; 6 great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Juanita Ables of Harms, TN, Ruby Corse of Canton, OH. Mrs. Malone was a member of the Charity Missionary Baptist Church for 65 years. Graveside services will be Monday, January 12, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Charity Cemetery with Dr. Warren Herring officiating.
