followed at New Independence Full Gospel cemetery in McLemoresville.
Mr. Traywick, self-employed, died Friday, February 20 at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis. He was a member of the Union Academy Baptist Church.
He was born April 27, 1949 to the late Marvin Traywick and Jean Rogers Traywick, who survives.
Survivors also include his wife, Vickie Robison Traywick; one son, Terry Traywick of McKenzie; one daughter, Christy Wren of Greenfield; one sister, Debbie Smith of McKenzie; and two grandchildren.

McKENZIE - Services for Marie Russell Simpson, 81, were on Wednesday, February 18 at 2:00 p.m. at Brummitt Funeral Home in McKenzie with Bro. Keith Pence officiating.
Mrs. Russell, a homemaker, died Monday, February 16 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was a member of the Community Grove Methodist Church.
She was born August 1, 1922 to the late Musie Claris Wilson Russell and Laphe Franklin Russell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Simpson; two brothers, Dempsey Russell and Bobby Russell and one sister, Leola Taylor.
Survivors include two daughters, Retta M. Spring of McKenzie and Rebecca Cook of Jackson; one brother, Walter Verdell Russell of Springville; four sisters, Margie Pate, Sylvia Cox and Betty Anderson, all of McKenzie and Regina Taylor of Nashville; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Tessie Beatrice MeBane Scott

Mrs. Scott, a former employee of Quality Cleaners, passed away on Sunday, February 15 at Henry County Health Center in Paris. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness faith.
She was born on June 7, 1930 in Huntingdon to the late Marion Mebane and Mamie Hughes. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Scott, Sr., who died July 26, 1971; one daughter, Mamie Teague; and three brothers, Matthew Mebane, Curtis Mebane and L.S. Williams.
Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Teague and Paulette Strickland, both of Paris; two sons, William Scott, Jr. of Paris and Terry M. Scott of McKenzie; one sister, Ella Mae McCollough of Cedar Grove; one brother, Nathaniel Mebane of Huntingdon; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Elmer Williams

PARIS - Services for Elmer Williams, 52, will be held on Wednesday, February 25 at Wingo Missionary Baptist Church in Trezevant at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. John Williams officiating. Interment
will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will take place from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Wingo Missionary Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 24.
Mr. Williams, an employee of International Paper, was born in Trezevant on July 17, 1951 to the late James Hilliard Williams and Jaggie Boyland Williams. He was a member of the Wingo Missionary Baptist Church, a graduate of Trezevant High School and the vocational school in McKenzie.
Survivors include two daughters, Centralia Williams of Los Angeles, California and Sheronda Rivers of Jackson; three sisters, Clarice Sturdivant of Paris, Gloria Hunt of McLemoresville and Emma Lee Williams of Trezevant; three brothers, James 'Bud' Williams, Anthony Williams and Rev. John Williams, all of Trezevant and one granddaughter.

WILDERSVILLE - Services for Danny 'Satch' Derryberry, 54, were at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 21 at Reed's Chapel with burial in Jones cemetery.
Mr. Derryberry died Thursday, February 19 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Survivors include two stepsons, Jimmy Kelly and Kirk Kelly of Yuma; two sisters, Susie Nichols of Wildersville and Tami Hayes of Yuma; two brothers, Larry Derryberry of Wildersville and Eddie Derryberry of Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tollie and Pauline Derryberry and three brothers, Bob, Lanny and Terry Derryberry.
Ruthie D. Smith

MEMPHIS - Mrs. Ruthie D. Smith, 91, formerly of Carroll County, died on Wednesday, May 21 at Senior Service Health Care in Memphis. Family graveside services were conducted at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, May 25 at the New Hope cemetery in Vale with Bro. Mike Mays officiating.
Mrs. Smith was born on October 2, 1911 in Carroll County to the late Marion P. and Ad Foster Mizzell. Her husband, Marvin A. Smith also preceded her in death. She was a member of the East Fraysier Church of Christ.
She is survived by one son, Dr. James R. Smith of Germantown; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Drinkard, the daughter of the late Granville and Jeanettie Noles was born on November 19, 1915 in Benton County. She was a homemaker and member of the New Crossroads Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Baker, who died in 1970. She later married
Glenn Drinkard, who died in 1995. She was also preceded in death by a son, Donald O'Neal Baker, a sister, Lula Ellis and two brothers, Luther Noles and Walter Noles.
Survivors include two sons, Billy Baker and Gerald Baker, both of Huntingdon; one sister, Alma Linane of Camden; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Mr. Biggart was born January 1, 1922 in Carroll County to the late Lucian and Mary Louise Merritt Biggart. He was a member of the Huntingdon First United Methodist Church, Huntingdon Elks Lodge, VFW of McKenzie and was a World War II army veteran. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Deborah Ann Biggart, three sisters, Lessie Carroll, Ethel Carroll, and Nellie Lawrence and two brothers, Teddy Biggart and Leon Biggart.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen Tucker and Barbara McLain, both of Huntingdon; one son, Doug Biggart of Westport, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. McGuire was born on October 9, 1937 in Kellyville, Oklahoma. He was a retired conductor for CSX Railroad Company, a veteran of the army and a Methodist by belief. His father, Lorn McGuire preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Martha Walton McGuire; his mother, Denzyl McGuire of Depew, Oklahoma; one daughter, Marty French of Bruceton; two sons, Jerry McGuire of Bruceton and Larry McGuire of Cumberland Furnace; one sister, Trela McKinzie of Depew, Oklahoma; two brothers, Leon McGuire of Kellyville, Oklahoma and Richard McGuire of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mr. Springer was born June 28, 1918 in Carroll County to the late Clarence and Lillian Simpson Springer. He was a farmer and a member of the Clarksburg Church of Christ. A brother, Henry Springer, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Raymell Dill Springer; a daughter, Pansy Cary of Huntingdon; a son, Billy Wayne Spring of Nashville; one brother, Harlon 'Pete' Springer of Huntingdon; seven sisters, Hester Scott of Bemis, Lola Rosser of Hollow Rock, Vera Collins, Mildred Bridges, Polly Simpson, Lorene Spring and Alva Jean Boyd, all of Huntingdon; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was a retired employee for Publix Shirt Corporation and a member of the Westport Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Enloe Reed, a granddaughter, two sisters and two brothers.

Julian "Jim" Hubbard McInnis

HUNTINGDON - Mr. Julian "Jim" Hubbard McInnis, 64, died on Thursday, July 3 at his home. Memorial services will be Wednesday, July 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Faith in Christ Ministries with Wayne Burton officiating.
Mr. McInnis was born on October 2, 1938 in Longbranch, New Jersey to the late Daniel McGillvary and Mabel Hubbard McInnis. He was a material manager for Pan American Airlines and a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Carolyn Callahan McInnis; one daughter, Donna Miller of West Palm Bay, Florida; three sons, Steve McInnis of Jensen Beach, Florida; David McInnis of Cedar Grove and Gregory McInnis of Crawfordville, Florida; four sisters, Pat Himsly of Charlotte, North Carolina, Phyllis Slocum of Conyers, Georgia, Dana Dearce and Marie Pyeatt, both of Miami, Florida; one brother, Dan McInnis of Manchester, Tennessee and seven grandchildren.
