Murlene Cunningham
LAVINIA - Murlene Cunningham, 94, died Friday, March 3, at NHC Health Care. Services were held Monday, March 6, at Bodkin Funeral Home. Burial followed in Hopewell cemetery.
Mrs. Cunningham was the widow of Andrew Cunningham and a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Joann King of Atwood and Darlene Ayers of Milan; two sons, Donald Cunningham of Lavinia and Steve Cunningham of Big Sandy; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorial be directed to Hopewell Baptist Church.

Ricky Wayne Chism
1969-2006
McKENZIE - Ricky Wayne Chism, 36, died Sunday, February 5 in an automobile accident in Middle Tennessee. Services will be Wednesday, February 8, at 3:00 p.m. in the Cedar Avenue Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Mr. Chism, a horse and bird dog trainer, was born September 19, 1969 to Dewey and Keitha Chism, of McKenzie. He was a member of McKenzie Church of Christ.
He is survived by his brother, Randy (Debbie) Chism of Union City and two nieces.

Wilma Rhea Smith Morris
1915-2006
McKENZIE - Wilma Rhea Smith Morris, 90, died Sunday, February 5 at McKenzie Healthcare Center. Services will be held Wednesday, February 8 at Grace Baptist Church in McKenzie with Bros. Fred Morris, Jimmy Horton and Dr. Dave Clark officiating. Interment icon will follow in Hollywood cemetery In Jackson.
Mrs. Morris was born August 18, 1915 to the late J.P. and Nannie McWaters Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred A. Morris.
She is survived by her son, Bro. Fred Morris of McKenzie; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to the Southside Baptist Church, 2716 Highway 45 South, Jackson, TN 38301.

Christine Gladys Wilson
1926-2006
HENRY - Christine Gladys Wilson, 79, died Saturday, February 4, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris. Memorial services will held Thursday, February 9, at 7:00 p.m. at Brummitt Funeral Home.
Mrs. Wilson was born December 25, 1926, in London, England, to John Saul and Gladys Windermere Saul, both deceased. She was a retired employee of General Motors.
She was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence R. Wilson, Jr.; one son, Keith (Linda) Murray of Florida; five daughters, Lynne Murray of Paris, Heather (Fred) Meeks of Flint, Michigan, Lorna Murray of Henry, Susan (Mark) Williams of Michigan, and Carol (Lovie) Saul of Flint, Michigan; one brother, Eon Saul of England; one sister, Heather (John) Boothman of England; 13 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, or Shriners Hospital transportation.

Terry Mitchell Gateley
1958-2006
CEDAR GROVE - Terry Mitchell Gateley, 48, died Friday, February 3, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. Services were held Monday, February 6, at Reeds Chapel Funeral Home in Lexington. Burial followed in Hickory Flatt cemetery in Cedar Grove.
Mr. Gateley was an employee of Tower Automotive.
Survivors include his father, Beford Gateley; wife, Janette Wall Gateley; one son, Phil Gateley; one daughter, Violet McPeake; one brother, Ronnie Gateley; and three grandchildren, Cody Bowman, Chasity McPeake, and Kristen Gateley, all of Cedar Grove.

Bonnie M. Sullivan
1915-2006
McKENZIE - Bonnie M. Sullivan, 90, died Thursday, February 2, at McKenzie Health Care Center.
Services were held Saturday, February 4, at Brummitt Funeral Home. Burial followed in Pilgrim's Rest cemetery in McKenzie.
Mrs. Sullivan, a homemaker, was born September 15, 1915, to Will Hodges and Icie Ross Hodges, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ira Sullivan; one son, Jackie M. Sullivan; two daughters, Pat I. Jones and Dorothy Ann Crocker; and two brothers, Thomas Hodges and Bobby Joe Hodges.
Survivors include three sons, Thomas L. (Sally) Sullivan, Harold G. (Deborah) Sullivan, and Johnny R. (Jo) Sullivan, all of Trezevant; two daughters, Judy (Danny) Cooper and Norma Jo (Jere) Cooper, both of McKenzie; two brothers, Ross Hodges of Jackson, and Carlton Hodges of Plymouth, Michigan; three sisters, Annie Huey of Plymouth, Michigan, Winnie Bargery of Ridgely, and Wilma Kemp of Eureka, Missouri; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.

Randy Lee Woods
1954-2006
CAMDEN - Mr. Randy Lee Woods, 51, died Thursday, February 2, at Camden General Hospital.
Graveside funeral services were conducted Sunday, February 5, at Christian Chapel cemetery. Brother Dan Winkler officiated the services. Dilday Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Woods was born May 6, 1954, in Carroll County. He was preceded in death by three brothers; Larry Woods, Stanley Woods, and Danny Woods; and his step-father Eulas Roark.
He is survived by his mother, Estelle Roark of Huntingdon; his father, Herman (Judy) Woods, of Toone, Tennessee; two sisters, Linda (Butch) Brinkley of Huntingdon, and Debbie (Chester) Baumgardner of Cedar Grove; one brother, Michael (Joyce) Woods of Huntingdon; a step-sister, Sue Baucom of Huntingdon; seven nieces; five nephews; five great-nieces; and six great-nephews.

Madeline Michelle Coleman-Ragsdale

BRUCETON - Madeline Michelle Coleman-Ragsdale, infant, of Bruceton, died Tuesday, January 31, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services were held Friday, February 3, in the chapel of Dilday Funeral Home with Brother J.J. James officiating. Interment icon followed in Carroll Memorial Gardens.
Madeline was born January 26, 2006 in Jackson.
She is survived by her father, William Christopher Ragsdale; her mother, Amy Michelle Coleman; maternal grandparents, Donald and Alice Coleman of Huntingdon; paternal grandparents, Carl and Paul Ragsdale of Camden; maternal great grandmother, Dorothy Coleman of Bruceton; paternal great grandparents, Nancy and Bennie Hicks of Camden; and several aunts and uncles.

Ruby May Pickler
1914-2006
GLEASON - Ruby May Pickler, 91, died Tuesday, January 31, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. Services were held Friday, February 3, in the Gallimore Funeral Home chapel in Gleason with the Rev. Philip Mitchell officiating. Burial followed in Tumbling Creek cemetery.
Mrs. Pickler, a homemaker, was born September 11, 1914 in Fulton, Kentucky, to James Preston Tucker and Unity Era (Underwood) Tucker, both deceased.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Pickler, and one son, Roger Pickler.
Survivors include one son, Jimmy Pickler of Dresden; two daughters, Brenda Stafford of Greenfield and Karen Calhoun of Union City; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Bryan M. "Don" Williams
1907-2006
McKENZIE - Bryan M. "Don" Williams, 98, died Monday, January 30, at his residence. Services were held Thursday, February 2, at Brummitt Funeral Home with the Rev. Aaron Holmes officiating. Burial followed in Pilgrim's Rest cemetery.
Mr. Williams was born November 20, 1907 in Mansfield to Robert Thomas Williams and Anna Lee Sullivan, both deceased. He was a Mason and a member of Pilgrim's Rest Cumberland Presbyterian Church where he was an elder, treasurer for 50 years and served as song leader.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Evie Lee Taylor; one daughter, Margaret Joan Williams; six brothers, John Q. Williams, Dillard Williams, Robert Williams, Bernard Williams, Fred Williams, and Aubrey Williams; and one sister, Ethel Nunnery.
Survivors include three daughters, Lois Vaughn of McKenzie, Debbie Williams of Mt. Juliet, and Bettie Scates of McKenzie; two adopted daughters, Shelly Branch and Donna Dozer, both of Mt. Juliet; two sisters, Lucille Mann of McKenzie and Mary Franks of Corinth, Mississippi; five grandchildren, Danette LaBare, Daniel Scates, Cathy Hargrove, Michael Vaughn, and Keith Vaughn; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

Edna G. Huffstatler
1947-2006
COMO: Edna G. Huffstatler, 58, died Friday, January 27 at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
Services were held Sunday, January 29, at Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden with the Rev. Bobby Shannon officiating. Burial followed in Jolley Springs cemetery near Dresden.
Mrs. Huffstatler was born August 4, 1947, in Weakley County, to Edna Loreta Summers Gallimore of Como and the late Charles Raymond Gallimore. She was a homemaker and a member of Travis Chapel United Methodist Church in Dresden.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Mink and a brother, Charles Gallimore.
She leaves four daughters, Tammy Sue Reynolds of Darden, Laura Roach of McKenzie, Stacie Hanley of Dresden and Tina Beasley of Lexington; two sons, Ray Elliott of Murfreesboro and James W. Huffstatler Jr. of Dresden; one sister, Joann Reynolds of Sharon; and seven grandchildren.

George Anderson Sellers
1942-2006
HUNTINGDON - George Anderson Sellers, 64, died Sunday, March 5, at his residence.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 7, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment icon followed in the Independence cemetery in Huntingdon. Bro. Doug Sellers will officiate.
Mr. Sellers was born February 21, 1942, to the late Alvin and Fannie Mae Sellers. He was the pastor for Independence Full Gospel Church and a truck driver for Lifsey Logging Company. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Arthur Williams, Ray Sellers, and Billy Sellers, and one sister, Mattie Cole.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda Sellers; two daughters, Linda Gail (Buddy) Wallace of Cedar Grove and Cammy (Mark) Crocker of McLemoresville; two sons, Tim (Terry) Sellers of Huntingdon and Barry Sutton of Cedar Grove; five sisters, Mildred (Max) Gregg and Dorothy Martin, both of Huntingdon, Gertie (Wayne) Dunn and Nellie Myers, both of Cedar Grove, and Shelby (John) Laws of Illinois; two brothers, Dean (Mable) Sellers and Thomas (Patty) Sellers, both of Huntingdon; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Leota Caroline Laisle
1916-2006
HUNTINGDON - Leota Caroline Laisle, 89, died Wednesday, March 1, at Life Care Center in Bruceton. Graveside funeral services were conducted on Friday, March 3, in Carroll Memorial Gardens. Bro. Charles Bennett officiated the service.
Mrs. Laisle was born May 21, 1916, in Iowa to the late Theodore McDade and Sina (Paasch) McDade. She was a retired nurse with the Methodist Hospital in Memphis and was a member of the Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Renferd Laisle, one daughter, Karen Roberts, two brothers, Rex McDade and Paul McDade.
She is survived by one daughter, Linda (Charles) Bennett of Holly Lake Ranch, Texas; three sons, Ted (Charlotte) Laisle of Omaha, Nebraska; Michael Laisle of Huntingdon, and R.E. Laisle, Jr.; one sister, Leatha Johnson of Des Moines, Iowa; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
