HUNTINGDON - Ben Jerry Clark, 61, died Friday, January 12, at Methodist Central Hospital. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 17, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Dilday Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Smith officiating. Burial will follow in New Crossroads cemetery.
Mr. Clark was born November 11, 1945 in Gibson County to the late Earl and Bessie Cole Clark.
Survivors include: two sisters, Joyce (Max) Walker of Yuma and Marion (Joe) Smith of Memphis; and two brothers, Ray (Marilyn) Clark of Strawberry, Arkansas and John Clark of Huntingdon.

CEDAR GROVE - Connie Arzel Price, 78, died Sunday, January 14, at West Tennessee Transitional Care in Jackson. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 17, at 11 a.m. at Cool Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Robert Barger officiating. Burial will follow in Cool Springs cemetery.
Mr. Price was born October 15, 1928. He was a retired electrician and a Korean War veteran.
Survivors include: his wife, Denise Price of Cedar Grove; one son, Warren Price of Cedar Grove; two daughters, Nanette Gateley and Vanessa Coker, both of Cedar Grove; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Thomas Ray Wilson

McKENZIE - Services for Thomas Ray Wilson, 54, were conducted Tuesday, June 21, at 1:00 p.m. at Rawls Funeral Home with the Rev. Clarence Fowler officiating. Interment
followed at Greenwood cemetery.
Mr. Wilson, a native of Paris, died of heart failure Friday, June 17, at Henry County Medical Center.
He was born January 3, 1951 to Viola E. Porter Wilson of Paris, who survives, and the late James Ray "Bob" Wilson.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Jeanette Teague Wilson, with whom he was married
in 1972; three daughters: Cheryl Holder and Kimberly, and Shewana Reddick, all of Paris; two sons, Thomas Ray Wilson and Michael Wilson, both of Paris; five brothers: Darnell Wilson, William Wilson, Comas Tharpe, and Fred Tharpe, Jr., all of Paris, and James Wilson of Henry; three sisters: Gloria Thomas of Henry, Joy Atkinson of Paris, and Arnetta Moseley of Augusta, South Carolina; and a special friend, Arnita Jones of McKenzie.
Lee Andrew Thomas

PARIS - Services for Lee Andrew Thomas, 39, were held Monday, June 20, at 2:00 p.m. at the Sparks Street Church of Christ in Paris with Edward Howard officiating. Interment
followed at Greenwood cemetery. Trinity Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Thomas died Thursday, June 16, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville from injuries incurred in a two-vehicle collision June 12, southwest of Paris.
He was born July 14, 1965 in Lexington to the late Harvey Thelmar Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Parker Thomas. A son, Maurice D. Kendall Thomas, preceded him in death.
Survivors include two sons, Patrick Thomas of Paris and Martrice Thomas of McKenzie; two sisters, Deborah Atkins of Paris and Marqurite Adams of Toledo, Ohio; and four brothers, Richard Thomas and Larry Thomas, both of Henry, Tony Thomas of Paris, and John Harvey Thomas of Pontiac, Michigan.
John Claiborne Bowles

McKENZIE - Services for John Claiborne Bowles, 85, were conducted Saturday, June 25, at 10:00 a.m. in the McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Gary S. Collier officiating. Interment
followed in Elkhorn cemetery in Henry County.
Mr. Bowles, formerly of Paris, died Wednesday, June 22, at McKenzie Health Care. He was a Methodist by faith and a member of the VFW and Elks Lodge. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in World War II. He was a retired conductor for the L&N Railroad.
He was born September 10, 1919 to the late Fred W. Bowles and Fannie Burton Bowles. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jettie Rawls Bowles, on August 19, 1991 and two brothers, Fred Burton Bowles and Buddy Bowles.
Survivors include two daughters, Marta Manning of Lexington, Kentucky, and Nan Russell of McKenzie; a sister, Eulalia Brewer of Paris; and five grandchildren.
Charlie V. Bigham

Mr. Bigham died Tuesday, June 21, at Baptist Memorial Hospital.
He was born January 5, 1933 in Carroll County to the late George Bigham and Ella Luter Bigham. He was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.
Survivors include his wife, Patty Phillips Bigham; four daughters, Rebecca Kirby of Milan, Pearlie Love of Trezevant, Mary Blair of Atwood, and Alfreda Chism of McLemoresville; three sons, Charles Bigham and Verner Bigham of McLemoresville and Donald Bigham of Atwood; two sisters, Luvergene Adkisson of Trezevant and Earline Williams of McLemoresville; and ten grandchildren.
Jacqueline Lei "Jackie" Rich

Miss Rich died of injuries sustained in an automobile accident Tuesday, June 21, in Huntingdon. She was a 2001 graduate of Big Sandy High School and a recent honors graduate of Tennessee Technology Center in Paris in surgical technology.
She was born May 12, 1983 in Paris to Lorrie J. Presson Kall, who survives, and the late Jack Rich. Her grandmother, Roxine Rich, preceded her in death.
Survivors, in addition to her mother, include a sister, Jennifer Elliott; her grandparents, Phil and Shirley Presson and Alvis Rich; a niece and nephew; and a special friend, Matthew Draper.
Lester Leon Holmes

HUNTINGDON - Services for Lester Leon Holmes, 94, were conducted Tuesday, June 28, at 11:00 a.m., at Long Rock United Methodist Church with Brother Wayne Holmes officiating. Interment

Mr. Holmes died Saturday, June 25, at Baptist Memorial Hospital.
He was born December 18, 1910 in Graves County, Kentucky to the late Luther Leon and Ara Bennett Holmes. He was a retired employee of Ford Motor Company with 35 years of services, a member of the Long Rock United Methodist Church, a Mason and a member of the Eastern Star. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Marie Holmes Cochran and Ruby Holmes Dickerson.
Survivors include his wife of 74 years, Mildred Pugh Holmes of Huntingdon; two sons, Patrick Holmes of Trenton, Michigan and Jim Holmes of Dearborn, Michigan; one sister, Martha Holmes Traylor; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Mr. White died Wednesday, June 22, in Rock Hill from injuries incurred in a motorcycle accident.
He was born August 15, 1961 in Maywood, Illinois. He was a 1979 graduate of Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central High School and attended avionics school in Oklahoma for two years. He was a Baptist by faith and a 20-year employee of U.S. Airways.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Catharine Long White; two stepdaughters, Hayley Drennon and Corey Drennon, both of Rock Hill, South Carolina; one sister, Tracy Dunlap Williams of Hollow Rock; his grandparents, Nelson and Edith White of Cottage Grove; and his parents, Glenn White of Paris and Judy Carol Page of Hollow Rock.
Kenneth "Wogo" Edward Walters

BRUCETON - Services for Kenneth "Wogo" Edward Walters, 43, were conducted Sunday, June 26, at 2:00 p.m. at Bruceton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Hollingsworth officiating. Burial was in Barren Springs cemetery near Vale.
Mr. Walters, an electrician, died Wednesday, June 22, at his home.
He was born February 21, 1962 in East Chicago, Indiana, to Kenneth Lee Walters and Catherine Ledergerber Walters of Bruceton.
Besides his parents, he leaves one sister, Venus Lynn Scott of Murfreesboro.
Clara Marie Rochelle Stewart

ATWOOD - Services for Clara Marie Rochelle Stewart, 78, were conducted Friday, June 24, at 2:00 p.m. at Bodkin Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Dickerson officiating. Interment
followed at the Pisgah cemetery.
Mrs. Stewart died June 22 at Milan General Hospital.
She was born February 4, 1927, in Atwood, to the late Fred Rochelle and Sula Fite Rochelle. She was a retired employee of Milan Shirt Factory and the widow of Windol Alfred Stewart.
She was a Methodist by faith. Memorials should be addressed to the charity of the donor's choice or to the Atwood United Methodist Church.
There were no immediate survivors.

Mrs. Traywick, formerly of Carroll County, died on Saturday, June 25, at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green.
She was born in Carroll County to the late Silas E. Grissom and Flonnie E. Simmons Grissom. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ephesus Missionary Baptist Church and the Vale Quilting Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde A. Traywick.
Survivors include two daughters, Virginia Durrwachter and Judy Lisak, both of Bowling Green; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
