Funeral services for infant Krista Nicole Jones were Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004 at Cook cemetery in Erin with Rev. James Huff officiating. Services were under the direction of Taylor Funeral Home.
Infant Jones was born Sunday, Sept. 12, 2004 and died the same day at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
Survivors include her mother, Lena Tomblin of Dickson; father: Adam Jones of Waverly; grandparents, Eddie Marrs and Gail Marrs, both of Waverly; Karen Tomblin and Robert Tomblin Sr., both of Dickson; great-grandparents, Helen Tomblin of Dickson and Thelma Beasley of Ohio; aunts, Tammy Huff of Charlotte and Amanda Jones of Waverly; uncles, Robert Tomblin Jr. of Charlotte and Alan Jones of Alabama.
She was preceded in death by grandfather, Richard Jones; and great-grandparents, Virginia Davis, Lake Davis, Virgil Tomblin and Everett Beasley.
Paul Allen Norman
Funeral services for Mr. Paul Allen Norman, 48, were 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004 from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.
Mr. Norman, an auto technician who was born in Davidson County, died Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004 at NHC Health Care Center in Dickson.
Survivors include his wife, Carole Pate Norman of Dickson; son: Robert Norman of Dickson; daughters, Audrey Norman of Clarksville and Avery Norman of Dickson; brothers, Robert and Howard Norman of Dickson; sister: Kathy McCollum of Lee, Fla.; and grandchild, Lorelei Norman of Clarksville.
Jared Kyle Redden
Funeral services for Jared Kyle Redden, 20, of Bon Aqua were 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004 at the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Rev. Roy West officiating. Interment
followed at Parker-Fowlkes cemetery.
Jared Kyle Redden died Saturday, Sept. 11 in Dickson County.
He was a 2002 graduate of Dickson County High School and a block layer.
Survivors include his parents, Randy and Pam Redden of Burns and Dale and Cindy Cranfield of Bon Aqua; his grandparents, Marvin (Sleepy) and Liz Lewis of Dickson, Arnett and Allee Greer of Kingston Springs, Mary Cranfield of Vanleer; a step-sister, Lori Jones and her husband, Dave, of Manchester; stepbrothers, Jeff Cranfield and his wife, Edie of Ashland City, Chris Cranfield and his wife, Ann of Manchester, Jeremy and Joey Eleazer, both of Burns; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his girlfriend, Kaila Seals.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William (Bill) and Norma Ferguson Redden.
George August Holle Jr.
Graveside services for George August Holle Jr., 68, were 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004 at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens in Nashville. Services were under the direction of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson.
Mr. Holle was born in Davidson County. He died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He was retired from AT&T’s management department. He was a member of the Baptist Church and National Guard.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Tune Holle of Bon Aqua; son, George Michael “Nick” Holle and wife, Maxine of Richmond, Va; and grandson, George Nickel Holle Jr.
His parents, George A. Holle, Sr. and Bessie Cox Holle, preceded him in death.
Hugh Bates Lewis Jr.
Funeral services for Mr. Hugh Bates “H.B.” Lewis Jr., 78, are 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004 from the White Bluff Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Hutcheson officiating. Burial will follow in Gillin cemetery in White Bluff.
Mr. Lewis was born in Dickson County July 20, 1926. He died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004 at Life Care Center of Centerville. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Jenette Stringfield Lewis of White Bluff; sons, Randall (Melody) Lewis of White Bluff and Barry (Rhonda) Lewis of Burns; daughters, Judy (Chris) Moore of Burns and Lori Ann (Scott) Hall of White Bluff; brother, Marvin Thetis Lewis of White Bluff; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Kay Johnson.
Joseph Michael Moize

Joseph Michael, a student at Dickson County High School, died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004 in Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
Survivors include his parents, Jimmy and Annie Mae Dotson Moize of Dickson; brothers, Arnold Leon Moize and wife, Cathy of McEwen, Billy Ray Moize of Dickson, Jimmy Ray Moize and wife, Stacie of Dickson; sisters, Mary Ellen Peters and husband, Steve and Alesha Ann Moize, all of Dickson.
Montana Aaron Mote

Infant Mote died Monday, Aug. 23 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville.

Mrs. Tidwell, a homemaker, was born in Dickson. She died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004 at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly. She was a member of Colesburg Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, William Arthur (Lee) Crow of Dickson; sister, Edna (Bernard) Kasica of Dickson; grandchildren, Steve Crow, David (Jamie) Crow and Christy (Mike) Hines; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey and Eliza Luther; brothers, Hubeit and Frank Luther; sisters, Elizabeth Redden and Maypell Work; and husbands, Leonard Crow and Monroe Tidwell.
Leonard Leon Warren

Mr. Warren, a native of Lyles, died Sunday, Sept. 12, 2004 at his home. He was a retired supervisor with Tennessee Tufting. He was a member of New Spring Creek Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Margie Goins Warren of Lyles; son, Terry Warren of Lyles; daughter and son-in-law, Treba and Earl Fielder of Lyles; sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Johnny Brewer of Lyles; two granddaughters, Amy Warren of Centerville and Andrea Ragsdale of Lyles; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be at Buckner Chapel in White Bluff on Friday, Sept. 10 from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 11 from 9 a.m. until service time. Arrangements are being handled by Spann Funeral Home.
Mrs. Baker of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2004 in Ohio.
Survivors include her son, Alan Baker of Kingston Springs; daughter, Pam Heinbaugh of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; brother, Paul Shaver of Cleveland, Ohio; three grandchildren, Matthew Baker, Savannah Baker and Angie Neely; and two great-grandchildren, Camille and Eric Hempel.
James Felts Jr.

Mr. Felts, a retired machine shop foreman with Civil Service at Fort Campbell, died Monday, Sept. 6, 2004 at his home (under care of Trinity Hospice). He was born in Dickson County. He was a member of Miller’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Emma Jean Jackson Felts of Charlotte; children, Loretta Spears of Vanleer, Vernell Finch and her husband, Aaron of Slayden, Billy Ray Felts and his wife, Pat of Dickson, Bertha Felts of Springfield, Donnie Thiel and his wife, Sherri of Charlotte, Diane Luster and her husband, Darroll of Ridgetop, Neil Felts and his wife, Theresa of Erin, Andy Felts and his wife, Tammy of Vanleer, and Shelia Herity and her husband, Mike of Coopertown; brothers, Virgil Felts of Vanleer and Donald Felts of Hendersonville; sisters, Verbal Walker of Hendersonville and Maybell Fuller of Cedar Hill; 30 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James L. and Dorandy Waynick Felts; son, Buford Felts; daughter, Martha Heath; and brother, Lloyd Felts.
Homer Jones
Mr. Homer Jones, 55, of Charlotte died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2004 at his home. Mr. Jones’ remains will be cremated. Arrangements were handled by Spann Funeral Home.
