Funeral services for Mr. James Lester Breeden Sr., 78, are 4 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2004 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Jackson and Bro. Michael Richardson officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment
will follow in Big Springs cemetery.
Mr. Breeden of Charlotte died Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center. He was a member of Central Church of Christ for more than 40 years where he served as an elder. He was a Boy Scout leader and very instrumental in starting Little League in Dickson County.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Foster “Tess” Breeden of Charlotte; sons, Jimmy Breeden and wife, Rachel of Charlotte and Garland Breeden and wife, Connie of Charlotte; daughter, Donna Breeden Allen and husband, Donnie of Charlotte; sisters, Lorene Waddell of Nashville and Elaine Baxter of Charlotte; seven grandchildren, David Morgan and wife, Julie, Michael Morgan, Deana Clapper and husband, Chris, Randall Allen, Rebekah Allen, Andrew Breeden and Olivia Breeden; and two great-grandchildren, Taylor and Makenzie Morgan.
Noel Stuart Marsh
Funeral services for Mr. Noel Stuart Marsh, 58, are 11 a.m. Friday, July 16, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Randy Clark officiating. Interment
will follow at Williams cemetery in White Bluff.
Mr. Marsh, a retired offset pressman, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. He was a member of the White Bluff Masonic Lodge, a Scottish Rite Mason and member of Al Menah Temple. He was with the Tennessee National Guard and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Lois Whitfield Marsh of White Bluff; daughter, Kasie Marsh of White Bluff; mother, Pearl Stuart Marsh of Pegram; brother, Wayne Marsh and his wife, Sheila of White Bluff; eight nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kellie Marie Marsh and his father, Noel Marsh.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
James Bernard Tidwell
Funeral services for Mr. James Bernard Tidwell, 86, are 2 p.m. Saturday, July 17, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. David Peeler officiating. Interment
will follow in the Five Points Church of Christ cemetery.
Bro. Tidwell, a retired farmer and Church of Christ minister, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at his home. He served the Five Points Church of Christ, where he was a member and many other congregations. He was a U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army veteran with a total of 22 years service.
Survivors include his wife, Hilda Lampley Tidwell of Bon Aqua; daughters, Winnifred E. Tidwell Thomas, Sandra G. Johnson and Molly Tidwell, all of Bon Aqua, Anita T. Cain of Lawrenceville, Ga., Linda Beale of Tulsa, Okla., Berna Sovine-Percival and Jessica Armstrong, both of Lyles; sisters, Allene Saeger and Mary B. Fowlkes, both of Dickson; 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Rebecca Melinda McCord Tidwell.
Lorene Wilkins

Mrs. Wilkins of Madison was born July 5, 1913 in Dickson County. She died Monday, July 12, 2004 at Alive Hospice. She was a retired seamstress.
Survivors include her daughter, Julie Darlene Kinsolving and husband, Charles of Madison; stepbrother, Lee M. Beckham of Nashville; sister, Melba Williams of White Bluff; and grandson, Charles Lee Kinsolving and wife, Chark of Nashville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Wilkins; and sister, Claytie Williams.
Patricia Archey
Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia J. “Pat” Archey, 49, were 10 a.m. Saturday, July 10, 2004 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Jack Stone officiating.
Mrs. Archey died July 7, 2004.

Christopher William Black
Graveside services for Mr. Christopher William Black, 28, of Brandon, Fla., were 11 a.m. July 13, 2004 from the family cemetery graveside in Bon Aqua. Arrangements were handled by Taylor Funeral Home.
Mr. Black, born in Charleston, S.C., to Marion Ray and Linda Sue Hospelhorn Black, died Thursday, July 8, 2004 in Brandon, Fla. He was a self-employed contractor. He was a member of the Baptist church.

Mrs. Garton, a homemaker, was born in St. Joseph, Mo., to John T. and Flossie Carrington Noret. She died Saturday, July 10, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. She was a member of the Eastside F.C.E. Club for over 50 years and a member of Brown’s Chapel Church of Christ.
Survivors include her two sons, Donald M. and Stanley Garton, both of Burns; daughter, Jacqueline Crouch and her husband, Ned Crouch of Clarksville; sister, Aleene Noret of St. Joseph, Mo.; grandchildren, Kevin Garton and Kim Reynolds; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luke Martin Garton; and parents, John T. and Flossie Carrington Noret.

Mr. Gilliam of Charlotte died Thursday, July 8, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Gilliam.
Donnie Glenn Grimes

Mr. Grimes of Clarksville was born Sept. 20, 1960 in Las Vegas, Nev. He died July 4, 2004 at Gateway Medical Center. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Parker Grimes of Clarksville; parents, Robert and Mae Proctor Grimes of Clarksville; sons, Donnie Grimes Jr. and Joshua Grimes, both of Clarksville; brothers, Bobby Grimes, Mickel Grimes and David Grimes, all of Clarksville; and one grandchild.

Richard Harl Johnson

Mr. Johnson of Burns was born Nov. 6, 1933 in Dickson County. He died July 10, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center. He was a retired landscaper.

Margaret Ann McClearen

Mrs. McClearen of Lyles was born April 6, 1949 in Lyles. She died July 10, 2004 at her residence. She was a member of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of Lyles. She was employed as an LPN nurse at NHC of Dickson.
Survivors include her husband, William McClearen of Lyles; mother, Flossie Ferguson Walls of Nunnelly; daughter, Bridgett Walls of Nunnelly and Christy Williams of Dickson; brother, Tony Booker of Chicago, Ill.; sister, Wanda Graham of Centerville; half-brother, Freddy Walls of Nunnelly; half-sister, Robin Rochelle of Hohenwald; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carlton Booker.
Ronald Wayne McGahey
