Tony Donegan
Funeral services for Mr. Tony Donegan, 72, are 1 p.m., Thursday, May 13, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Robert Cullom officiating. Interment icon will follow in Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. to service time Thursday.
Mr. Donegan, a native of Bon Aqua in Hickman County, died Friday, May 7, 2004 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich. He was a retired sales representative in automotive parts supply for L. D. Industries.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Joyce Daniel Donegan of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.; four sons, Rick Donegan and his wife, Martha, of Deland, Fla., Randy Donegan and his wife, Kathy, of Troy, Mich., Keith Donegan and his wife, Joann, of Troy, Mich., Keith Donegan and his wife, Joann, of Troy, Mich., and Kraig Donegan of Southfield, Mich.; sister, Peggy Martin of Lyles; eight grandchildren, Kristine, Richard, Holley, Jamie, Julie, Michael, Sarah and Caitlin; and one great –granddaughter, Brittney.
Memorials may be made to Beaumont Hospital, 3601 West 13 Mile Road, Royal Oak, MI, 48073.

Lorene Bowen Fielder
Funeral services for Mrs. Lorene Bowen Fielder, 96, were 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 10, 2004 from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Elder S. T. Tolley. Interment icon followed in Union cemetery.
Mrs. Fielder, of Dickson, was born in Dickson County Dec. 6, 1907. She died May 7, 2004 at NHC Health Care Center in Dickson. She was a retired inspector for Henry I. Siegel.
Survivors include her sister, Dockie Manley of Dickson; nephews, Richard and Marlon Manley of Dickson, Charles Lyndon Bowen of Dickson and Billy Donegan of Nashville; nieces, Lossie Hill and June Sullivan of Dickson, Tommy Hollingsworth of Moulton, Ga., and Mildred Allmon of Kingston Springs.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Harden and Emma Walker Bowen; husband, Wilma Fielder; brothers, Ferby, Claude and Dewey Bowen; sisters, Bessie Baker and Fannie Donegan; and half-sister, Iva Dugan Donegan.

Thomas Edward Green
Graveside services for Mr. Thomas Edward Green, 70, were 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at Middle Tennessee Veterans cemetery in Pegram with Rev. Jeff Shipley officiating. Arrangements were handled by Taylor Funeral Home.
Mr. Green, a native of Cheatham County, died Saturday, May 8, 2004 at National Health Care Center in Springfield. He was retired from the State of Tennessee Department of Corrections. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors include his brother, Elvis Green and his wife, Barbara, of Ridgetop; and two nephews, Kyle L. Winfrey and Patrick Aaron Green.

Lou Ella Hamilton
Funeral services for Miss Lou Ella Hamilton, 91, were 2 p.m., Monday, May 10, 2004, from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Sam Brown officiating. Interment icon followed in Fielder cemetery.
Miss Hamilton, of Dickson, was born in Dickson County October 5, 1912. She died May 7, 2004 at NHC. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include sister-in-law, Etta Hamilton of Dickson; nieces, Lorena Frontera of Washington, Mich., Linda Hamilton of Dickson, and Annette Story of Ashland City; nephews, Maurice Hamilton of Waverly, Kenneth Hamilton of Dickson, Buddy Christian of McEwen, David Hamilton of Dickson, Henry Hamilton of Dickson, and Ricky Hamilton of Dickson.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Lela Christian, Morelle Seymore, Addie Hamilton, Willie Hamilton; and brothers, Carl, Charles, Harry and James Hamilton.

Patsy Ann Hunter
Funeral services for Mrs. Patsy Ann Hunter, 60, were 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2004 from the White Bluff chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Butler officiating. Interment icon followed in Martin Garton cemetery.
Mrs. Hunter, of White Bluff, was born July 4, 1943 in Dickson County. She died Sunday, May 9, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Hunter of White Bluff; brothers, Billy Odell Nash and Duane Dwight Nash, both of White Bluff; and sister, Magdalene Goodman of White Bluff.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Haughty Garton Nash; sister, Jessie Lou Nash; and brother, Buel Nash.

Gertie June Choate Jones
Funeral services for Ms. Gertie June Choate Jones, 71, were 4 p.m., Sunday, May 9, 2004 at Dickson Funeral Home. Interment icon followed in McElhiney cemetery.
Ms. Jones, of Dickson, was born May 6, 1933 in Dickson County. She died Friday, May 7, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center. She was a retired insurance representative with Dickson Funeral Home.
Survivors include her daughters, Gretta June Harp and husband, Marvin, of White Bluff, Cindy Anne Bullington and husband, Mike, of Indian Trail, N.C., Edith Lynn Hall of Kingston Springs, and Jennifer Dawn Holloway and husband, Rick, of Columbia; brothers, Wilbert Maurice Choate of Summertown, Noel Shelton Choate of Dickson, and Buford Leon Choate of Dickson; sister, Mildred Juanita Walker of Bon Aqua; grandchildren, B. Scott Harp, Teela Harp Garrett, Matthew J. Bullington, Jessica R. Bullington Braswell, Leslie S. Bullington Duncan, Brittany J. and Monica L. Hall, T. Morgan and Ashton D. Rial, Corbin D. and Victor W. Holloway; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Robert and Elizabeth Coleman Choate; brothers, Walton and Farris Choate; and son, William Charlie McElhiney “Little Jack.”

Rylee Alexis Parker
Graveside services for Rylee Alexis Parker, infant daughter of Ricky and Julie Wheeler Parker, were 2:30 p.m., Saturday, May 8, 2004 at Dickson County Memorial Gardens in Dickson with Bro. Steve Baggett officiating. Arrangements were handled by Taylor Funeral Home.
Infant Parker was born and died Saturday, May 1, 2004 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville.
Survivors include her parents, Ricky and Julie Wheeler Parker; grandparents, David and Evonne Fisher, Richard and Jennifer Wheeler and Dewey and Patsy Parker; aunts and uncle, Amy Smalley, and her husband, Michael, Haylee Wheeler, and Teresa Wren.

Cleaton J. Pate
Funeral services for Mr. Cleaton J. “Cactus Pete” Pate, 80, were 2 p.m. Friday, May 7, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Brother Wilson Jenkins officiating. Interment icon followed in McElhiney cemetery.
Mr. Pate, a native of Dickson County, died Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He was a member of Mars Hill #129 Masonic Lodge. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He was retired from AVCO in Nashville.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Brazzell Pate of Dickson; stepdaughters, Carol Petigo of LaVergne, Connie Brown of Camden, S.C., and Kay Sawyer of Dickson; sister, Frances Hamilton of Dickson; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Daly Thompson Pate, and daughter, Wanda Pate Coleman.

Hazel Evelyn Yates
Funeral services for Mrs. Hazel Evelyn Yates, 91, were noon, Monday, May 10, 2004 from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Darety officiating. Interment icon followed in Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Yates, of Dickson, was born Nov. 9, 1912 in Hickman County. She died May 8, 2004 at NHC-Health Care Center in Dickson. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include four daughters, Darris Jean Kearley and husband, Wayne, of Talladega, Ala., Delores Jane Edmission and husband, Thomas, of Dickson, Treva Caskey and husband, Charles, of Dickson, and Becky Devandry and husband, Perky, of Talladega, Ala.; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents, Lawrence and Myrtle May Christy Seals; and husband, James Alton Yates.

Dola Martin Ferrell
Funeral services for Mrs. Dola Martin Ferrell, 91, were 2 p.m., Thursday, May 6, 2004 at Slayden Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Bateman officiating. Interment icon followed in Slayden Baptist Church cemetery. Arrangements were handled by McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ferrell, of Cumberland Furnace, was born Sept. 19, 1912 in Montgomery County. She died Tuesday, May 4, 2004 at Spring Meadows Health Care Center. She was a homemaker and a member of Slayden Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Betty Jarman and Marie Hutchison, both of Slayden, Margie Baggett and Norma Pedder, both of Palmyra; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank “Dutch” Ferrell; parents, Jesse Martin and Laura Clark Martin; and son, James Howard Ferrell.

Drew Helen Hughes
Funeral services for Ms. Drew Helen Hughes, 82, are 11 a.m., Saturday, May 8, 2004 at Worley Furnace Baptist Church with Elder Nathaniel Humphrey Jr. officiating.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the church from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. Interment icon will follow in East Dickson cemetery. Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson is handling arrangements.
Ms. Hughes, a native of Dickson County, died Sunday, May 2, 2004 in County Nursing Home in Bordeaux. A Nashville resident, she was a retired housekeeper at Baptist Hospital. She was a member of Clifton Avenue Primitive Baptist Church in Nashville, where she was a member of the church choir.
Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Bowman of Nashville; sister, Juanita Henderson of Nashville; six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 10 step great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kirk and Dora Hall Hughes.

Frank Lee Jenkins
Funeral services for Mr. Frank Lee Jenkins, 59, were 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 5, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Alvin Jones and Bro. Gary Riley officiating. Interment icon followed in Hudgins cemetery in Fairview.
Mr. Jenkins, an employee of Highway 47 Lumber Company, died Monday, May 3, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He was a member of the Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Jenkins of White Bluff; brothers, Wilson Jenkins of Bon Aqua and Wayne Jenkins of Smyrna; sister, Doris Powell of Nunnelly; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Wilson and Gladys Aron Martin Jenkins; brother, Carl Jenkins; and sister, Margarite.
