Funeral Services for Pamila Darlene Clemons Yoder, age 51, will be held Thursday, November 11, 2010, at 11:00am from the chapel of Cookeville Funeral Home with interment
in West cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm and on Thursday, November 11, 2010, from 9:00 am until time of the services. Pam passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2010, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born November 4, 1959, Lou Duke Randolph of Cookeville and the late Alpha Clemons. Pam grew up and attended school in Putnam County before moving to Florida after graduation. She worked for many years with her husband in the dental profession in Florida. After selling the business five years ago she became a homemaker. Pamila spent many happy years raising and enjoying her children, both the human and animal variety. Pamila was a loving daughter, wife, mother and a friend to many. She was free spirited and lived life to the fullest with great joy and passion. She is survived by her husband Daniel Yoder of Florida, her mother and step-father Lou and Clodus Randolph of Cookeville; two daughters: Tavy Wells and Madison Yoder and a son Jesse Yoder all of Florida; sister, Linda Clemons of Cookeville and brother, Kenny Clemons of Seymour, Indiana. She had many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins both here and across the country. Pall Bearers will be family and friends. Pastor David Eldridge will officiate at the services.
Ted W. Dudley
Services for Mr. Theodore (Ted) Washington Dudley, 63, of Dickson, are 2 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2001 (today), in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Brother Newton Baggett officiating. Burial follows in the Edgewood cemetery in the Yellow Creek Community.
A native of Michigan and the son of the late Jacob Claude and Lennie Mae Tucker Dudley, Mr. Dudley died Tuesday, June 26, 2001, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He was a retired carpet mechanic and a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of VFW Post 4641, American Legion Post 115, and the Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Mr. Dudley was preceded in death by his wife, Gerry Dudley, and a granddaughter, Misty Dawn Choate.
Mr. Dudley is survived by a daughter, Claudette Dudley, of Dickson; a son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Pam Dudley, of Dickson; a sister, Claudia Peters, of Dickson; two brothers, Bob and Jim Dudley, of Dickson; two grandsons, Curtis and Cory Dudley; and a great-granddaughter, Sarah Dudley.
Willa Edwards
Services for Miss Willa Mai Edwards, 49, of Nashville, are 11 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2001, in the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Warren Medley officiating. Burial follows in Walnut Grove cemetery.
Visitation is noon until 9 p.m. Friday, June 29 (today), at the funeral home.
A native of McEwen born to Martha Ann Keith Edwards, of Dickson, and the late Virgil Lee Edwards, Miss Edwards died Wednesday, June 27, 2001, at Cheatham County Health Care Center in Ashland City. She worked in packaging at Colonial Bakery in Nashville.
In addition to her mother, Miss Edwards is survived by three sisters, Lois Ann Edwards, of Dickson, Dora Mae Tidwell, of Dickson, and Margaret Goforth, of Nashville.

A native of Dickson County born to the late Nathan Edgar and Elenor Davis Miller, Mr. Miller died Wednesday, June 27, 2001, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. A retired iron worker, he was a U.S. Army veteran and member of the Masonic Lodge and Walnut Street Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Wilson Daniel Miller, and a sister, Evelyn Whedbee.
Mr. Miller is survived by a son, Gene Thomas Miller Jr., of Inkster, Mich.; a daughter, Sharon King, of New London, Ohio; a brother, Raymond Miller, of Charlotte; three sisters, Estelle Batey and Janelle Bradford, both of Charlotte, and Betty Mutchler, of Memphis; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services for Mr. Clarence Chester Deal, 94, of Dickson, are 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2001, in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Rev. Roy West and Rev. Phil Ross officiating. Burial follows in Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
A native of Lewiston, Ill., the son of the late Alonzo and Dallas Mae Grigsby Deal, Mr. Deal died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2001, at National Health Care Center in Dickson. He was a retired engineer and supervisor at Gale Products, formerly Johnson-Evinrude Motors. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dickson. In addition to his parents, Mr. Deal was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil W. Deal and Cress G. Deal.
Mr. Deal is survived by his wife, Evelyn Hope Cummins McFadden Deal, of Dickson; a stepson, Franklin Pierce McFadden Jr., of Lakewood, Colo.; a daughter, Marilyn Howe, of Monmouth, Ill.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Euna Hooper
Services for Mrs. Euna Butler Hooper, 90, of Charlotte, were 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, 2001, in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Rev. Roy West and Rev. Jay Shoup officiating. Burial followed in Liberty cemetery.
A native of Dickson County born to the late Ed and Fannie Corlew Butler, Mrs. Hooper died Monday, Aug. 6, 2001, at National Health Care in Dickson. The widow of Paul Daniel Hooper, the couple was among some of the county’s early pioneers. A longtime correspondent for the Dickson County Herald reporting the Liberty news for some 50 years, Mrs. Hooper was an 80-year member of Liberty United Methodist Church. She was a mother and a homemaker.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Hooper was preceded in death by a son, Paul Wesley Hooper, a granddaughter, Cynthia Jean Hooper, and brothers and sisters, Burgess B. Butler, Clarice B. Kengott, Willie B. Hooper, Bonnie B. Coleman, Carl E. Butler, and Ruth T. Butler.
Mrs. Hooper is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Christine Hooper, of Dickson, and Gene and Vera Hooper, of Cookeville; four grandchildren, Paul B. Hooper, of Nashville, John S. (Beth Palk) Hooper, of Dallas, Texas, Tina M. (Greg) Brake, of Redmond, Wash., and Tracy L. Hooper, of Franklin; and two great-grandchildren, Callaway Hooper and Abbey Hooper.

A native of Hickman County born to Henry Jackson Morgan and the late Thelma Jane Martin Morgan, Mr. Morgan died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2001, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He was a self-employed logger.
In addition to his father, Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife, Julia Ann Morgan, of Charlotte; two daughters, Carolyn Combs, of Decatur, and Virginia Morgan, of Charlotte; a sister, Rose Warren, of Primm Springs, Tenn.; two grandchildren; and a special family member, Sherry Tummins, of Charlotte.

A native of Dickson born to the late George Washington Harrell and Ocie Adcock Harrell, Mrs. Puckett died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2001, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. A homemaker, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Puckett, a sister, Allie Hudson, and two brothers, Dalton and Herman Harrell.
Mrs. Puckett is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Frances and William Burgess, of Iron City, Tenn., and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

A native of Dickson County born to Bennie and Docia Reynolds Robertson, Mr. Robertson died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2001, at Dickson County Nursing Home. A farmer and delivery man for the former Valley West Furniture Company, Mr. Robertson was a World War II veteran and member of the Church of Christ.
Mr. Robertson is survived by a brother, Austin Robertson, of Vanleer; a sister, Madge Brewer, of Franklin; and several nieces and nephews.

Services for Mr. Dewey H. Duke, 76, are 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2001 [today], in the White Bluff Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Burial follows in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
Visitation is 10 a.m. until the service today at the funeral home.
Preceded in death by a son, Danny H. Duke, Mr. Duke is survived by his children, Darlene (Thomas) Vaughn, Gail (Jimmy) Lyle, Debbie (Johnny Travis), Ronnie (Melody) Duke, Joseph Duke; a sister, Mildred Parker; and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Nobie Irene Evans, 76, of Vanleer, were 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2001, in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Brother Jerry Jenkins officiating. Burial followed in Browning cemetery near Vanleer.
A native of Dickson born to the late Braden and Irene Winford Browning, Mrs. Evans died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. She was an employee of Acme Blind and Awning Company. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband, Delbert Evans, of Vanleer; a daughter, Patricia Ann Groves, of Clarksville; three sons, Ronnie, Ricky and Danny Evans, all of Vanleer; and four grandchildren.
