RAPID CITY — ElRoy A. Brownson, 80, Rapid City and Kaylor, died Monday, July 24, 2000, at a Rapid City nursing home.
Survivors include two daughters, Janae Herman and Luann Brownson, both of Rapid City; two stepsons, Larry Hall, Rapid City, and Michael Hall, Yankton; four stepdaughters, Diane Herrboldt, Kaylor, Paula Weber, Parkston, Patsy Herrboldt, Scotland, and Linda Bak, Black Hawk; one grandson, 16 step-grandchildren, and 16 step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, July 28, at Osheim Catron Funeral Home with the Rev. David Schwan officiating.
Inurnment and a second memorial service will be held in Scotland.

BELLE FOURCHE — Thomina Alice Niles Frink, 93, Belle Fourche, died Sunday, July 23, 2000, at Belle View Assisted Living Home.
Survivors include one son, Thomas Frink, Aladdin, Wyo.; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, and one hour before services, which will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 27, at White Lake Methodist Church, with the Rev. Tracy Rae Frink and the Rev. James W. Rose officiating. Burial will follow at White Lake Cemetery.
Martha M. Black Feather-Shorting
PINE RIDGE — Martha M. Black Feather-Shorting, 52, Pine Ridge, died Monday, July 24, 2000, at Rapid City Regional Hospital.
Survivors include her mother, Jessie Yellow Boy-Black Feather, Pine Ridge; one brother, John Black Feather, Tempe, Ariz.; two adopted brothers, Edward Cole, Portland, Ore., and Terry Button, Sacaton, Ariz.; and three sisters, Estella Rowland, Irma Bad Wound and Mary Condon, all of Pine Ridge.
First-night wake services will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 27, at Wolf Creek Church Hall, Wolf Creek. Second-night wake services will begin at 3 p.m. Friday, July 28, at Pine Ridge High School Gym, Pine Ridge.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 29, at Pine Ridge High School Gym, with the Rev. Marlin Hunt and the Rev. William Red Bear officiating. Traditional Lakota services will be by Wilmer Mesteth and Francis Thunder Hawk. Burial will be at Wolf Creek Community Cemetery.

CAPITOL, Mont. — Jerry Teigen, 58, Capitol, and formerly of Belle Fourche, S.D., died Monday, July 24, 2000, at his daughter's home in St. Onge, S.D.
Survivors include his wife, Sandi; two sons, Tait and Ty; one stepson, Chauncy Holm; one stepdaughter, Lori Cipollini; one daughter, Tawny Tetrault; one brother, Jack Teigen; two sisters, Barb Wintermute and Norma Jardee; and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 28, at Missouri Lutheran Church in Capitol.

Survivors include her husband, Richard E. Legner, Rapid City; her mother, Ella Ruth Courtney, Rapid City; one son, Chris A. Legner, Rapid City; one daughter, Rebecca J. Moser, Monument, Colo.; one brother, Donald Courtney, Salida, Colo.; and two grandchildren.

PINE RIDGE — Thomas M. Yellow Boy, 82, Pine Ridge, died Monday, July 24, 2000, at Pine Ridge Hospital.
Survivors include three sons, James Yellow Boy, Calico, Alysious Yellow Boy and Philip Yellow Boy, both of Oglala; four daughters, Mary Mousseau, Theresa Claymore and Darlene Yellow Boy, all of Calico; and Lorraine Richards, Pine Ridge.
One-night wake services will begin at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 27 at Wakpamni CAP Building in Pine Ridge.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday, July 28, at Sacred Heart Church in Pine Ridge with the Rev. Earl Kuth, S.J., officiating. Burial will be at Holy Rosary Mission Cemetery in Pine Ridge.

Survivors include one daughter, Mickee Rarick, Spearfish; one son, Marvin Matkins, Hill City; one sister, Marilyn "Tiny" Poss, Gainsville, Fla.; one brother, Dr. Galen Quinn, Raleigh, N.C.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at Osheim-Catron Funeral Home.
Christian wake services will follow at 7 p.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Hill City.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 27, at the church. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.

Survivors include eight children, Reino Tilus, Scotts Valley, Calif., Carl Tilus, Mansfield, Ohio, Edna Tufte, Black Hawk, Ruth Worlin, Saxon, Wis., Donald Tilus, Buffalo, Minn., David Tilus, Waukegan, Ill., Darrell Tilus, Gold Canyon, Ariz., and Rhea Glasson, Stitzer, Wis.; two sisters, Tyyne Tilus, Buffalo, and Helen Worlin, Waukegan, 30 grandchildren; and 50 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 1 p.m. until service time at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, at Cave Hills Lutheran Cemetery, with the Rev. Richard Tufte and the Rev. Reino Tilus officiating.
Burial will be at Cave Hills Cemetery.

NEWELL — William P. "Bill" Stolnack, 91, Newell, died Sunday, July 23, 2000, at Lookout Memorial Hospital in Spearfish.
Survivors include two daughters, Annitta Stolnack, Newell, and Janet Hardy, Dunedin, Fla.; one granddaughter and one great-grandson.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 27 at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis, and one hour before services at the church.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 28, at Independent Congregational Church in Newell, with the Rev. Melvin Dietz officiating. Burial will follow at Hope Cemetery in Newell.

RAPID CITY — Verdin E. "Bud" Liddell, 77, Rapid City, died Tuesday, July 25, 2000, at his home.
