Sharon Hildebrand Spires, 44, of 202 Misty Glen Road, St. George, died Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at Colleton Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday evening, March 13, in the Duncan Chapel United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Bob Lee officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of her mother, 9623 Charleston Highway, St. George from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening.
Sharon was born on August 1, 1963 in Columbia, a daughter of Meredith Huff Hildebrand and the late Walter E. Hildebrand. She was a member of Duncan Chapel United Methodist Church, a 1981 graduate of St. George High School and a 1982 graduate of Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College. She was a respiratory therapist technician and a certified nursing assistant.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas G. "Bubba" Spires Jr.; one son, Jacob Spires; her mother, Meredith Hildebrand; sister, Carol (Jethro) Stroman; niece, Hope Clark and a nephew, Jarod Stroman, all of St. George.

Mattie Lou Bradley, 84, of 458 Bay St., Elloree, died Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at the Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be announced by Williams Funeral Home of Elloree.

Funeral services for Mrs. Maybell Morton Jackson, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2008, in the Mount Hebron Baptist Church in Parler, with the Rev. Dennis White officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Jackson died Friday, March 7.

CAYCE: Sara Francis Brabham Eastman died peacefully, at her home, on Friday, August 24th, 2007 after a long illness. Mrs. Eastman was born in Denmark, SC on May 30, 1922. She was a graduate of Denmark High School and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Columbia College, class of 1942.
