DENVER - Mr. Eric Andrew Stewart Roseborough, formerly of York, died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2000, at St. Joseph's Hospital.
A memorial service will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday at White Hill AME Zion Church in York, with the Rev. W.O. Thompson officiating.
Mr. Roseborough was a son of Joe Ann Starnes and the late Willie James Roseborough. He was a stepson of the late Samuel Starnes Jr. He attended St. Margaret Catholic High School and Morris County College in Morristown, N.J. He attended Colorado Institute in Denver. He was a post office manager in Denver
Surviving in addition to his mother are two brothers, Darrell J. Roseborough of Asheville, N.C., and Michael J. Roseborough of York; and his sister, Shontyia A. Starnes of York.

RICHBURG - Mr. Michael Roy Thomason, 18, of 1904 Old Mill Road died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2000, at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
The funeral will will 3 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Kemp officiating. Burial will be at Lockhart Cemetery.
A native of Union, Mr. Thomason was a son of Roy Thomason of Richburg and Virginia Faye Revis Dawkins of Buffalo. He was of the Baptist faith. He worked for Southeastern Industrial of Rock Hill.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his stepmother, Linda Thomason of Richburg; his stepfather, Gene Dawkins of Buffalo; his son, Dylan Matthew Thomason of Union; his brother, Kelly Thomason of Union; his sister, Linda Neese of Union; three stepbrothers, Jason Katzenstein of Highland, N.Y., and Adam Katzenstein and Robbie Katzenstein, both of Georgia; his stepsister, Tina Dawkins of Jonesville; and his maternal grandparents, James Patrick and Alice Patrick, both of Lockhart.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Holcombe Funeral Home, and other times at the home and the home of his sister, Linda Nies, 408 Meansville Road, Lot No. 14, Union and at the home of his father, Roy Thomason, 1904 Old Mill Road, Richburg.
The body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Saturday until the service.
Repozell Binns
CHARLOTTE - Mrs. Repozell Binns, formerly of Chester, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000, at Saturn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Charlotte.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. today at King's Funeral Home in Charlotte. Burial will be at Hopewell Baptist Church cemetery in Rodman.
Surviving are her son, Willie B. Thompson of Charlotte; two daughters, Lottie Moore of Buffalo, N.Y., and Lillie Lockhart of Philadelphia; two sisters, Idelia Neal of Charlotte and Claudia Davis of Providence, R.I.; and her brother, Johnny Neal of Providence.
Garnett Gaffney
SPARTANBURG - Mr. Garnett Boyd Gaffney, 87, of 121 Phifer Drive, died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2000, at home.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday at Beaumont United Methodist Church, with the Revs. Susan Owens and Terry Martin officiating. Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Park. The body will be taken to the church an hour before the service.
A native of York County, Mr. Gaffney was the son of the late Hillard H. Gaffney and Pearl D. Gaffney. He retired from Beaumont Mills after 40 years of service and was a member of the Beaumont United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Men's Club, where he was named Man of the Year in 1989.
Surviving are his wife of 67 years, Sarah Morgan Gaffney of the home; two sons, Boyd W. Gaffney and Larry W. Gaffney, both of Boiling Springs; one daughter, Joyce M. Chapman of Spartanburg; eight grandchildren, 15 great - grandchildren, and one great - great - granddaughter.

THOMASVILLE, N.C. - Mrs. Annie Rhyne Glover, 94, of 120 Forest Park Drive, died Friday, Sept. 8, 2000, at home.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. today at First Baptist Church in Gastonia with Dr. Leon Smith and the Rev. Byron Barker officiating. Burial will be at Hollywood Cemetery.
A native of Gaston County, N.C., Mrs. Glover was a daughter of the late Grant Glover and Mary Jane Rhyne Glover. A member of the First Baptist Church in Gastonia, N.C., and former group leader of Inez Hair Bible Class. She was the widow of H.A. Glover.
Surviving are four sons, Lewis G. Glover, of Gainsville, Ga., Douglas R. Glover of Palm Coast, Fla., John W. Glover of Rock Hill, and Frank A. Glover of Gastonia; one daughter, Emily Walker of Thomasville; three sisters, Madge Rhyne and Elaine Sparks, both of Boone, N.C. and Virginia Rogers of Titusville, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and seven great - grandchildren.

SIX MILE - Mr. Ernest Ralph "Mutt" Holder, 74, of 191 Aaron Drive died Friday, Sept. 8, 2000, at Cannon Memorial Hospital.

A native of Pickens County, Mr. Holder was the son of the late Clara Holder Todd. He was a retired supply clerk and was a member of Kings Grove Baptist Church.

HICKORY GROVE - Mrs. Mable Josephine Hilton McNeal, 61, of 3260 Clinzo Feemster Road died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2000, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
The chapel service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Greene Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, with the Rev. William P. Shytle officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Park.
A native of Asheville, N.C., Mrs. McNeal was a daughter of the late Ernest Hilton and Thelma Buckner Hilton. She was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal faith.
Surviving are her husband, Charles "Phillip" McNeal; four sons, Wayne Poe of St. Mary's County, Md., Rick Poe and Glenn McNeal, both of the home and Chas McNeal of Rock Hill; two daughters, Wanda Poe Kimbrell of Hickory Grove and Sandra Poe Hedrick of Fairhope, Ala.; one brother, David Hilton of Asheville, N.C.; two sisters, Rebecca Hilton Nicholson and Wanda Powell, both of Asheville, N.C.; five grandchildren; and two great - grandchildren.

VALE, N.C. - Mrs. Marie Frances Mills Peterson, 73, of 315 Dave Peterson Lane, died Friday, Sept. 8, 2000, at home.

A native of Aiken County, Mrs. Peterson was a daughter of the late Judson M. Mills and Mattie DeVore Mills. She was a retired textile employee and the widow of Dave Peterson.
Surviving are one son, James Raleigh West Jr. of York; three daughters, Sandra Orgeron of Lincolnton, N.C.; Deborah Morgan of York; and Bonnie Johnson of Bessemer City, N.C.; one sister, Betty Cosnahan of Beach Island; 14 grandchildren and 11 great - grandchildren.

A native of Kanawha, W. Va., Mrs. Spearman was a daughter of Walter Leonard Hall of Columbus, Ohio, and the late Pearl Eunice Minner Hall. She was a homemaker and was a member of Easley First Wesleyan Church for more than 40 years.
Surviving are her husband, Rufus O. Spearman Sr.; four sons, Rufus O. Spearman Jr. of Winston Salem, N.C., Gary L. Spearman of St. Peters, Mo., Victor L. Spearman of Liberty and Bobby L. Spearman of Columbus, Ohio; one daughter, Donna M. Barker of Easley; four brothers, James Green of Alum Creek, W. Va., Jimmy Hall, Ronnie Hall and Larry Hall, all of Columbus, Ohio; her step - mother, Aileen Hall of Columbus, Ohio; 14 grandchildren and six great - grandchildren.

Mr. Yarborough was the retired owner of Pete Yarborough & Associates, Engineering and Consultants for Combustion Controls. He was co - owner of Happy Acres Motorcross & Recreational Park. He was a World War II Army Air Corp veteran, where he served as a pilot. He was a member of Woodland United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Betty Jo Yarborough; one son, Ladson "Kent" Yarborough of Simpsonville; four daughters, Margaret Ellen "Penny" Morrow of Charlotte, Lydia Dianne Guyer, Linda Marie Edwards and Sandra Elizabeth Price, all of Rock Hill; one brother, Ward H. Yarborough of Charlotte; two sisters, Lorraine Y. Massey of Fort Mill and Doris Williams of Vance; and six grandchildren.
