CHARLOTTE - Mr. Cecil "Tom" Kenley, 57, of Charlotte died Sunday, Dec. 19, 1999, at the Hospice House in Monroe, N.C.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at McEwen Pineville Chapel, with Elder Larry Austin officiating. Burial will follow at Crown Memorial Park.
A native of Charlotte, Mr. Kenley was a son of the late Cecil Kenley and Myrtle Owen of Pineville, N.C. He was a retired material handler and had been associated with Intertex Carousel Corp. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Surviving are his wife, Freeda Walden Kenley; his son, Jeremy R. Kenley of the home; his daughter, Chantel S. Kenley of the home; his sister, Joann Harwell of Mint Hill, N.C.; his brother, Eddie Owen of Mint Hil; and his grandchild.

ROCK HILL - Mrs. Leeila "Lee" Tinker Taylor, 76, of 580 Powell St. died Saturday, Dec. 18, 1999, at home.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. today at Greene Funeral Home, with the Rev. Eddie Ramsey officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Park.
A native of Sevierville, Tenn., Mrs. Taylor was a daughter of the late Lloyd McKinley Tinker and Ella McManus Tinker. She was a homemaker and was of the Protestant faith.
Surviving are her husband, Thomas Guy Taylor; her son, Billy Ray Totherow of Rock Hill; two daughters, Donna L. Taylor and Bessie M. Sharpe, both of Rock Hill; her brother, James Tinker of Rock Hill; her sister, Ruth Bennett of Lawton, Okla.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and her great-great-grandchild.

HEATH SPRINGS - Mr. Jimmy Lee Williams, Sr., 54, of 4237 Rob Neal Road died Saturday, Dec. 18, 1999, at Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Flint Ridge Baptist Church, with the Revs. Steve Neal and John Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
A native of Fairfield County, Mr. Williams was a son of the late John Williams Sr. and Martha Branham Williams. He was retired from Springs Industries in Lancaster and was a member of Flint Ridge Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Hinson Williams; two sons, Jimmy Lee Williams Jr. and Dennis James Williams, both of Heath Springs; his daughter, Tonya Robinson of Kershaw; his brother, Stanley Williams of Camden; four sisters, Bobbie Jean Greene, Ruby Nell Williams, and Katherine Williams, all of Lugoff, and Susie Threatt of Winnsboro; and five grandchildren.

MOUNT PLEASANT - Mr. James Victor "Vic" Anglin, 84, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, at a Charleston area hospital.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Unity Cemetery in Fort Mill, with the Rev. Joe Tysinger officiating.
A native of Jefferson, Ga., Mr. Anglin was a son of the late William H. Anglin and Darline Shields Anglin. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. A longtime resident of Fort Mill, Mr. Anglin was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church, the Fort Mill Lions Club and the Rock Hill Elks Club.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy D. Anglin; two daughters, Lynn Anglin Helmer of James Island and Betty Anglin Smith of Mount Pleasant; and four grandchildren.

ROCK HILL - Mrs. Mary Ansley Cassidy, 65, of 234 Columbia Ave. died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Mrs. Cassidy was a daughter of the late Wayman Ansley and Annie Moore Ansley. She was a homemaker and was the widow of Olin "Hoppy" Cassidy.
Surviving are her son, Cliff Cassidy of Rock Hill; two daughters, Deborah Nelms of Sumter and Lorie Cooper of York; two sisters, Betty Armour of Rock Hill and Edna Ashley of Indian Land; and five grandchildren.

Grady Collins
ROCK HILL -"Mr. Grady Woodrow Collins, 78, of 716 S. Spruce St. died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, at Piedmont Medical Center.
The memorial service will be 6:30 tonight at Eastside Baptist Church, with the Revs. Jimmy Holley and Leroy Cox officiating. Burial will be private.
A native of Fort Mill, Mr. Collins was a son of the late Charles W. Collins and Clarabelle Collins. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church and retired from the J.P. Stevens Argon plant after 42 years. He was a World War II veteran.
Mr. Collins was the widower of Ruby Hillaird Collins.
Surviving is his son, Dennis Collins of the home.
The family will receive friends after the memorial service and at other times at the home of Roger and Ruby Collins at 605 Post Lane in Rock Hill.

Andreas Gebhardt
STUART, Fla. - Mr. Andreas Gebhardt, 87, of Stuart, formerly of Rock Hill, died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at Martin Memorial Medical Center.
A funeral mass will 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Entombment will be at Forest Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum.
A native of Romania, Mr. Gebhardt moved to Stuart 15 years ago from Rock Hill. Prior to his retirement, he was a cabinetmaker for Hartman and Sanders, a furniture manufacturer in Chicago, for more than 25 years.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara Gebhardt; three sons, John Gebhardt and Wally Gebhardt, both of Stuart, and Otto Gebhardt of Rock Hill; his sister, Rosalia Hollich of Germany; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City, Fla., with a vigil prayer service at 7 p.m.

DECATUR, Ga. -"Mrs. Elizabeth "Lizzie" Adams Hancock, 92, formerly of Rock Hill, died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at DeKalb Medical Cente.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Northside Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Jerry Sosebee officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Park.
A native of Lancaster County, Mrs. Hancock was a daughter of the late Oscar Adams and Ella Snipes Adams. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school. She was retired from J.P. Stevens.
Mrs. Hancock was the widow of James L. "Luke" Hancock.
Surviving are her daughter, Evelyn H. Arnn of Decatur; and three sisters, Julia Moon and Margaret Thompson, both of Rock Hill, and Edith Boone of Spartanburg.

SAN DIEGO - Mr. James Hinton Sr. of 714 Pyramid St., formerly of Chester, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 1999.
The funeral will be today at California Cremations Burial Chapel. A memorial service will be 8 p.m. Friday at the Hinton Estate, 1577 Hinton Road, Chester, with the Rev. Charles E. Robinson Sr. officiating.
A native of Chester, Mr. Hinton was a son of the late Lewis Hinton and Annie Hilton. He joined Cedar Rock Baptist Church at an early age and in 1967 moved to San Diego. He was a master brick mason and employed at Vic Ross Masonary.
Surviving are his wife, Sharon Bankhead Hinton; two sons, James Hinton Jr. and Christopher Lewis Hinton, both of San Diego; his daughter, Allison B. Taylor of Charlotte; three brothers, Isaiah Hinton of Great Falls, Andrew Hinton of Phoenix and Joseph B. Hinton of Henderson, N.C.; nine sisters, Frances M. Hinton, Nancy A. Corker, Dorothy L. A native of Heath Springs, Mrs. Mackey was a daughter of the late William Palmer Cole and Daisy Cauthen Cole. She was the widow of the late Harold Benny Mackey. A homemaker, she was a member of Pleasant Hill ARP Church.
Surviving are her son, H. Benney Mackey Jr. of Lancaster; four daughters, Harriett M. Croxton of Heath Springs, Ernestine Baker and Diane Vincent, both of Kershaw, and Carol Hinson of Lancaster; her sister, Mildred Blackmon of Kershaw; her half-sister, Onie Morris of Staunton, Va.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

The funeral was Wednesday at Greene Funeral Home in Rock Hill, with the Rev. Michael Ford officiating. Burial was at Grandview Mem-orial Park.
A native of Chester County, Mrs. Walker was a daughter of the late William C. Hargett and Larah Sexton Hargett. She was the widow of Worth Thomas Walker. A homemaker, she was a former resident of Kimbrell Street in Rock Hill and was a member of Garden Sanctuary Church of God. She worked in the weaving department of Industrial Mill.
Surviving are her son, Jack V. Walker of Catawba; her brother, McNeal Hargett of Rutherfordton, N.C.; two daughters, the Rev. Florence W. Ayers and Allie Mae Bolin, both of Blacksburg; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Arnold Chapman
ROSSMOOR, Calif. - Mr. Arnold B. Chapman, 83, died May 26, 1999, at home.
A native of Charlotte, Mr. Chapman was a son of the late Ed Chapman and Clementine Chapman. He was a graduate of Rock Hill High School, where he chosen as an All Star to represent South Carolina in the annual All-State football game held in Charlotte. He earned a scholarship and attended Appalachian State University in North Carolina.
He worked for 23 years at North American-Rockwell as a system analyst during the Apollo program. He then owned a coin-operated laundry business until his retirement in 1979.
Surviving are his wife, Marjorie Chapman; his son, Robert Chapman of of Bridgehampton, N.Y.; two daughters, Stacy Laputz of Longmont, Colo., and Cindy Cossiart of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
