JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jerry Dan Livingston, age 59, died Monday, May 24, 2004 at his home in Jacksonville, Fla., after an extended illness. The funeral was Friday, May 28, at Fraser Funeral Chapel. officiating. Interment followed in Oak Grove Cemetery in Glen St. Mary. Fraser Funeral Home of Macclenny served the family.

HOLIDAY, Fla. -- Ana Gonzalez DeRueda Mandia, 73, died Wednesday, May 26, 2004. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Hilarion; a son, Roberto of Jacksonville, Fla.; three daughters, Ana Isabel Mandia of Holiday, Fla., Jacqueline Todd of Conway, and Elena Mandia of Ft. Myers, Fla.; a sister, Antonia Gonzalez DeRueda of Spain; and four grandchildren. Dobies Funeral Home of Tarpon Springs, Fla. is serving the family.
John Joseph O'Leary
MYRTLE BEACH -- John Joseph O'Leary, 70, husband of Evelyn Lee O'Leary, died Friday, May 28, 2004 at Conway Medical Center. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, in Silver Springs, Md. McMillan-Small Funeral Home is in charge of the services.
Henry Warren Rogers
MULLINS -- Henry Warren Rogers, 83, widower of Robena Jolly "Robbie" Rogers, died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at Marion County Medical Center after an illness.
Mr. Rogers was born December 29, 1920 in Marion County, a son of the late Henry L. and Edith Rogers Rogers. Mr. Rogers was an electrician and owner of Warren Rogers and Sons Electrical Co. He was a US Army veteran, having served during WWII. Mr. Rogers was a member of American Legion Post #89 for 57 years. He was a 1939 graduate of Mullins High School and a member of the Scotch Community Club and Wahee Gun Club. He was a former City Councilman for the City of Mullins. He was a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church, where he was a member of the Wesley Sunday school class.
Surviving Mr. Rogers are his children, Gayle Fowler of Mullins, Paula Jones and her husband, Griff of Sharpsburg, Ga., and Henny Rogers and his wife, Janice of Mullins; grand-children, Kim Peavy and her husband, Tom of North Myrtle Beach, Hank Rogers of Mullins, Hollie Rogers of Mullins, and Lee Heaberlin of Sharpsburg, Ga.; a great-grandchild, Wesley Peavy of North Myrtle Beach; a brother, Phillip Rogers and his wife, Meda of Clinton; a sister-in-law, Josephine Rogers of Mullins; several nieces and nephews; and many good friends. Mr. Rogers was pre-deceased by two brothers, Howard Rogers and Herman Rogers.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 29, at Macedonia United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Millers United Methodist Church Cemetery, directed by Cox-Collins Funeral Home of Mullins.

Thomas M. Schneiders
LONGS -- Thomas Mathias Schneiders 83, died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at his home.
He was born January 30, 1921, in Omaha, Neb., a son of the late Henry Joseph and Mary Martha Talbert Schneiders. He was married to the late Rita Schneiders for 57 years.
He was a former executive assistant for Legislative Affairs and Rehabilitation at the American Legion in
Washington, DC and a former active choir member of St. John the Evangelist Church in Silver Spring, Md., St. Gregory the Great in Virginia Beach, Va., and Prince of Peace in Chesapeake, Va. He was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Mr. Schneiders attended St. Louis Preparatory School in 1938. He was a seminarian until 1941, when he left to join the military. During World War II, he served in the Army Air Forces as an aircraft mechanic and was awarded the following medals: European, African and Middle Eastern Campaign; Good Conduct; National Defense; American Campaign; and World War II.
Survivors include two daugh-ters, Catherine A. Galeano and husband, George of Woodbine, Md. and Susan M. Gartner and husband, Jack of Longs; two brothers, Charles Schneiders of Hemet,
Calif. and Joseph Schneiders of Metairie, La.; a sister, Elizabeth Kraly of Hemet,
Calif.; four grand-children; five great-grand-children; and his Scottish Terrier, MacGregor.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, July 23, at Arlington National Cemetery with military honors.

Leone 'Bunny' Slotchin
MYRTLE BEACH -- Leone "Bunny" Slotchin, age 79, of Deerfield Plantation died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at her home.
Born October 18, 1924 in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Harlow and Leone Hilton Halliday. Mrs. Slotchin was a retired director from the American Institute of Graphic Arts in
New York City and prior to retirement, she had taught children in the "Chapter One" program. Mrs. Slotchin had originated the Reach To Recovery program in Myrtle Beach and had served on the board of directors at Deerfield Plantation where she also served as the welcome person.
Surviving are her husband, Ira Slotchin; daughter, Judy DeRose of Surfside Beach; and granddaughters, Heather Luce and Michele DeRose.
Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Wednesday at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel with visitation after the service.

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH -- Margaret H. Stafford, 83, of North Myrtle Beach, died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at Autumn Care Nursing Center.
She was born March 8, 1921 in Jonesville, a daughter of the late Joseph and Clara Stehle Hubbell.
Survivors include two daughters, Jerry Mabry and her husband, "Pep" of North Myrtle Beach and Sherri "Teesie" McClure and her husband, Greg of St. James, N.C.; a brother, Joseph Hubbell, Jr.; a sister, Betty Hughes, both of Charlotte, N.C.; four grand-children, Tracy Ashley Long of North Myrtle Beach, Heath McClure and his wife, Misty of Raleigh, N.C., Pepper McCarthy and her husband, Michael of North Myrtle Beach, and Todd Stafford McClure and his wife, Jennifer of Philadelphia, Pa.; and seven great- grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Lee Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at Bible Fellowship Baptist Church. The Rev. Jack Rowan will officiate.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, at Sharon Memorial Park, Charlotte,
NC. The Rev. Jon DeBell will officiate.

GEORGETOWN -- Thomas E. "Tom" Wagner, 63, died Thursday, May 27, 2004 in Georgetown.
He was born September 8, 1940 in Miamisburg,
OH, a son of Carrie Miller Wagner and the late James Leroy Wagner Sr. He was associated with Wedgefield Plantation Golf Course. He was a member of PGA of America and formerly served as PGA Professional at Seabrook Island, Ole Monterey Golf Club in Roanoke, Va., and Ridgefields Country Club in Kingsport, Tenn. He attended The
Ohio State University and was a member of the ELKS.
Surviving are his wife, Audrey C. Wagner of Georgetown; his mother of Middletown,
OH; three nieces; and one nephew. He was pre-deceased by a brother, James Leroy Wagner Jr..
