CARYVILLE, Fla. -- Gwenda Lee Gaddy, 33, formerly of Railroad Drive in the Bucksport community, died Saturday, Dec. 14, 2002, at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Fla., after an illness.
Visitation will be after 3 p.m. today at McKiever Funeral Home Chapel.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Mount Mariah Missionary Baptist Church.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Elnita W. Holt
CONWAY -- Elnita Ward Holt, 95, widow of Lewis Morgan Holt, died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2002, at Conway Nursing Center.
She was born in Little River, a daughter of the late Guss S. and Mary Frances Causey Ward.
She was a member of Kingston Baptist Church.
Survivors include three sons, Willie H. Holt of Monroe, N.C., Francis M. Holt of Conway and Henry B. Holt of Columbia; a sister, Sallie Edwards of Loris; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; 20 stepgreat-grandchildren; and several stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway chapel.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The Rev. Billy Hackett and the Rev. J.T. Adams will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Richard R. Kechejian
SURFSIDE BEACH -- Richard Robert Kechejian, 66, of Prestwick Country Club, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, at home after an illness.
He was born Feb. 17, 1936, in
New York, a son of the late Michael and Sylvia Leichter Keckejian.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Massapequa,
N.Y., and worked in the deli department of Wal-Mart in Surfside Beach. He retired from the Photo Engravers Union as a graphic artist.
Survivors include his wife of 21½ years, Patricia Mae Silvia Kechejian; two sons, Alan Kechejian and his wife, Diane, of Orlando, Fla., and Frank White and his wife, Angela, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; two daughters, Lisa Kilkenny and her husband, Eddie, of Massapequa and Karen Stolarenko and her husband, Victor, of Farmingdale,
N.Y.; a brother, Tom Kechejian of Merrick,
N.Y.; and eight grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

MYRTLE BEACH -- John A. McLeod Jr., husband of Faye McLeod, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.

LITTLE RIVER -- Patricia Ann Powell, 65, died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2002, at home.

Lloyd V. Powers Sr.
LORIS -- Lloyd V. Powers Sr., 78, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, at Loris Community Hospital after an illness.
He was born Dec. 5, 1924, in Loris, a son of the late Frank Robert Powers and Ruth Todd Powers.
He was the widower of Letha Mae Cox.
He was the former owner and operator of Powers Florist and a member of Loris Presbyterian Church. He was a Marine veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a son, Venson Powers Jr. and his wife, Laura, of Loris; a daughter, Amy P. Grainger and her husband, Clark, of Tabor City, N.C.; a special friend, Lillie Grey Strickland of Nichols; two brothers, Jefferson L. Powers of Georgetown and Carl A. Powers of Everette, Wash.; and three grandchildren, Carson Grainger of Tabor City and Vince and Alex Powers of Loris.
He was predeceased by a brother, Charles F. Powers; and a sister, Rosa Mae Vaught.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Hardwick Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Hardwick Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Billy Moore will officiate. Burial will be in Patterson Cemetery.

Rosemary Rogers
MYRTLE BEACH -- Rosemary Rogers, 50, of Cornpile Road, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, at home after an illness.
She was born June 28, 1952, in Cheverly, Md., a daughter of Glenice Canady Rhodes and the late Robert Rhodes.
Survivors, in addition to her mother of Myrtle Beach, include a sister, Martha Ann Harris and her husband, James L. Harris, of Myrtle Beach; two nieces, Dawn M. Sitkowski and Deborah A. Harris; a nephew, Robert L. Harris; two grandnieces; and three grandnephews.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. today at Grand Strand Funeral Home and Crematory.
