Bernard P. Lynch Jr., 74, of Bear Hill Road, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2008 at Miriam Hospital, Providence.
Born, February 10, 1934, he passed away, surrounded by loved ones, after a protracted illness.
He was a man who wore many hats, ranging from real estate agent, to one of Rhode Island's earliest recycling endeavors, as owner of Lynch Waste Paper Co., back in the 1960's. In later years he enjoyed the world of antiques and spent many happy hours trolling yard sales with his wife of 53 years, Anne-Louise (Garbo). His good natured persona was a great catalyst for easy friendships and a relaxed view of life.
He was an army veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict. He was a realtor for 25 years in the Blackstone Valley area for 25 years, retiring in 2005.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Bernard and Blanche (Doyon) Lynch.
Besides his beloved wife, he is survived by three sons, Mark, Eric, and Alex; a daughter, Leslie, a brother, Daniel three grandchildren, Victoria, Nicolas, and Matthew. He also leaves a great granddaughter Ashlei. A Service will be held Wednesday at 7:30pm in the O'NEILL FUNERAL HOME, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Wednesday 5-7:30pm, prior to the Service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association of RI, 260 W. Exchange Street, Suite 102B, Providence, RI, 02903, would be appreciated.

Lillian R. Allard, 87, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 13, 2008 at South County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Maurice Allard.
Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Lefebvre) Brennan.
She is survived by two sons, Paul and Michael Allard, a daughter, Linda Anderson, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A Service will be held Friday, July 18, 2008 at 10am from the HOEY-ARPIN-WILLIAMS-KING FUNERAL HOME, 168 Academy Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Thursday 6-8pm.
Joseph Vento, Jr.

Joseph Vento, Jr., 55, of Johnston died Tuesday at home surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Donna (Hoskins) Vento for the last 17 years.
Born in Providence he was the son of Joseph Vento, Sr. and the late Beatrice “Pauline” (Carnevale) Vento.
Mr. Vento was a machinist for Electric Boat in Quonset for 25 years retiring in 2007 due to illness.
Besides his wife and father, he leaves two children: Joseph Vento, III of Johnston and Krystal Vento of Providence and two grandchildren Joseph Vento IV, of Johnston and Sebastian Gaul of Providence. He was also the Son-in-Law of Barbara Hoskins of Johnston and the late Lee R. Hoskins. He also leaves his best friend “Buddy”.
Joe was a member of the Smithfield Rod & Gun Club and enjoyed Cooking, Hunting, and Fishing, Outdoor Sports and was the biggest Patriots Fan ever.
His Funeral will be held Saturday at 7:30 am from the Hoey-Arpin-Williams-King Funeral Home, 168 Academy Avenue with Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco's Church Atwood Avenue at 9 am. Visiting Hours will be Friday 5-8 pm. Relatives & Friends are invited. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. In lieu of flowers donations to Hasbro Children's Hospital, PO Box H, Providence, RI 02903 would be appreciated.
Beatrice Leclerc

Beatrice Leclerc, 86, of Woonsocket, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Oakland Grove Nursing Home, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Roger Leclerc.
Born in West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Odile (Magnan) Leclerc.
Beatrice will be remembered by family and friends for her courage, her zest for life and her desire to bring sunshine and happiness to everyone she knew. Her children were her first and last thought of every day. Her door was always open to all of her friends and family.
She is survived by her children, Dennis and Debra Leclerc, her sisters, Theresa Comtois and Valenda Girard, her brother, Paul Chabot, her grandchildren, Kevin, Kenny, Kayla, Justin, and Haley.
The funeral will be held Monday, July 21, 2008 at 8:45am from the O'NEILL FUNERAL HOME, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Saint Joseph Church, Mendon Road, Woonsocket. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Cumberland. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Sunday 3-5pm.
Eddie Tetreault

Eddie Tetreault, 64, passed away July 17, 2008, at Mt. St. Francis Nursing Center Woonsocket, after a long illness. He is survived by his loving wife Kathy. They were happily married for 38 years.
Born in Central Falls, he was the son of the late Nazaire and Alice (Theberge) Tetreault. Mr. Tetreault was an Auto Technician at Stas' Auto in South Attleboro for many years. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Army as an Aircraft Mechanic and Co-Pilot from October 1965 to November 1966.
Besides his wife he is also survived by one son Steve Tetreault and a daughter in law Kelley, both of Harrisville, a brother Lee Tetreault of Providence, and a sister Alis Bires of Glastonbury, CT.
Eddie enjoyed traveling and going to car shows. He was a member of Otter Caribou 57AVN with 5 Oak Leaf Clusters and The American Legion, Post #86.

Albertina Dion

Albertina Dion, 107, formerly of Johnston, passed away July 23, 2008 in Palmetto, Florida. She was the wife Philippe Dion. The daughter of the late Joseph and Edith (Descoteaux) Tondreau, Mrs. Dion had lived most of her life in Johnston before moving to Florida 12 years ago.
She was an inspector for the former US Rubber for several years, retiring in 1963.
She is survived by two grandsons, Charles and Robert Dion, her daughter-in-law and caregiver, Arline Dion, and a great granddaughter, Trisha Dion. She was the mother of the late William Dion.
The funeral will be held Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 8:30am from the Hoey-Arpin-Williams-King Funeral Home, 168 Academy Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Saint Thomas Church, Fruit Hill Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Saturday 8:30am – 9:30am, prior to the mass. Germaine (Ruhle) Matracia went to be with the Lord on July 25, 2008.
She is survived by one son Pastor Leon Ruhle and his wife Jean.
Germaine had three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
