MARIA E. DIAZ, 45, of Oak Grove Avenue, died Thursday in Sunbridge Nursing Care Center.
Born in Puerto Rico, a daughter of Edelmira (Pagan) Diaz in New York and the late Carmalo Diaz, she had lived in Fall River for several years.
Besides her mother, she leaves two daughters, Yahaira Cruz of Fall River and Lillivette deJesus in Puerto Rico; and a son, William Cruz of New Bedford.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m. in the Cherry Place Home of Waring Sullivan, Ashton, Coughlin, Driscoll, 178 Winter St.
Burial will be in St. Patrick's cemetery.

ANA L. AZEVEDO - Coventry
ANA L. AZEVEDO, 57, of Main Street, died yesterday at Kent County Memorial Hospital, Warwick.
Born in San Turce, Puerto Rico, on April 29, 1944, a daughter of the late Luis and Jacinta (Ruiz) Hernandez, she had lived in West Warwick for 15 years before moving to Coventry 12 years ago.
She leaves two daughters, Josephine Casillas of Coventry and Lucy M. Baez of Warwick; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
The funeral will be on Thursday at 8 a.m. from the Prata Home, 78 Providence St., West Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 in St. Mary Church, Church Street, West Warwick.
Burial will be in St. Mary cemetery, West Warwick.

DAISY ROSE - Cranston
DAISY ROSE, 75, of Abalone Way, Las Vegas, Nev., a retired analyst, died Sunday at Elmhurst Extended Care Facility, Providence.
She was the wife of the late Maurice Rose.
Born in Cranston, a daughter of the late Seraph and Esther (Sarkissian) Talanian, she had lived in Cranston for 21 years before moving in 1947 to Washington, D.C., and in 1950 to California, where she had lived for 30 years before retiring to Las Vegas.
Mrs. Rose had worked as an analyst for Northrop Inc., in California, for 30 years before retiring, and previously had worked for the U.S. State Department, in Washington.
She leaves a son, Bryan Rose of Hinesville, Ga.; a brother, Hidy Talanian, and two sisters, Mary Talanian and Irene Swiney, all of Cranston; and three grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Dana Rose, and a sister of the late Herbert, Gerald and Armenouhi Talanian.
The funeral service and burial will be private.

PATRICK L. MULVEY - Coventry
PATRICK L. MULVEY, 50, of 11 Torch Lane, owner of Mulvey Tile, died Friday at home.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Leo B. and Annie Lois (Pearson) Mulvey, he had lived in Warwick before moving to Coventry in 1981.
He owned Mulvey Tile for many years.
Mr. Mulvey is survived by two sisters, Susan Arruda of Coventry and Ann F. Sevigny of Warwick; two brothers, Bernard L. Mulvey of Port Orange, Fla., and Michael J. Mulvey of Coventry; 11 nieces and nephews and 10 grandnieces and grandnephews.
The funeral and burial will be private.

FELICE M. BOUSQUET - Coventry
FELICE M. BOUSQUET, 74, of George Street, a retired textile worker, died yesterday at Kent Regency Eldercare Genesis, Warwick.
She was the wife of the late Joseph J. Bousquet.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Napoleon and Olga Marie (Parenty) Blais, she had lived in Coventry for 41 years.
Mrs. Bousquet was a lace winder for area textile mills for many years before retiring.
She leaves two daughters, Kathleen M. Gill of Warwick and Cynthia A. Bousquet of Coventry; a brother, Paul Blais of East Providence; two sisters, Theresa O. Blais of East Providence and Gloria A. Mederios of Swansea; and two grandchildren and a great-grandson.
She was the sister of the late Edward J. Blais.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 9:45 a.m. from Robert A. Iannotti & Sons Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 in St. Rita Church, Oakland Beach Avenue, Warwick.
Burial will be in the Rhode Island Veterans cemetery, Exeter.

CHARLES W. KELLY JR. - Coventry
CHARLES W. KELLY JR., 46, of New London Turnpike, a retired tugboat engineer, died yesterday in Kent County Memorial Hospital, Warwick.
He was the husband of Patty A. Dion-Kelly.
Born in Warwick, a son of Patricia (Hawkins) Skokan of Aurora, Colo., and the late Charles W. Kelly Sr., he had lived in Coventry most of his life.
Mr. Kelly was a tugboat engineer out of the Port of New York for 15 years, retiring in 1999 due to illness.
He was a Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiast.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Besides his wife and mother, he leaves two sons, Charles J. and Christopher R. Dion-Kelly, both of Coventry; three sisters, Denise M. Kelly of Longmont, Colo., Lisa C. Mol in Japan, and Kathleen Cashman of Warwick; two brothers, Peter A. Kelly and Dennis P. Kelly, both of West Warwick; and a granddaughter.
He was the father of the late Melissa Kelly.
A committal service will be held today at 11 a.m. in the Chapel at St. Mary cemetery, Church Street, West Warwick.
Burial will follow.

CECILE A. LAVIGNE, 80, of 181 Davis Drive, a homemaker, died Saturday at Bayberry Commons Nursing Home.
Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Henry J. and Marie (Descheneaux) Bonin.
She was a communicant of St. Agatha Church, and a member of the Forever Young Club.
She leaves a son, Ronald A. Lavigne of Woonsocket; three daughters, Anita Lalime and Susan Dutcher, both of Woonsocket, and Diane Aubin of Hamden, Maine; a brother, Henry Bonin of Wakefield; a sister, Theresa Capacci of Columbus, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and her former husband, Roland J. Lavigne of Bellingham, Mass.
She was the mother of the late Roland H. Lavigne.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 11 a.m. in St. Agatha Church, 34 Joffre Ave., Woonsocket.
Burial will be in St. John the Baptist cemetery, Bellingham.
