ATKINS - Dr. Richard Travis Atkins Jr.,
age 87, of Chatham, MA, formerly of Newport, RI, passed away after a short illness on Monday, October 18, 2004. WEATHERLY - Patricia Anne Weatherly, of 5426 Alteza Drive,
Colorado Springs, CO, sister of G. Gaye Weatherly, passed away at home Tuesday, December 7, 2004.
Patricia was 46 years old.
Patricia leaves behind her beloved husband Ralph Morris and son, Jared. Daughter of the late Jerome W. Weatherly, her mother, Mary E. Weatherly; her brother John W. Weatherly, of Orting, WA, sister Margaret Moffitt, Flat Rock, MI and sister G. Gaye Weatherly, Newport, RI and a niece and nephew.

Kevin M. Duggan, 65 of 21 Elmwood Drive, the owner of Duggan Associates for 12 years, died Tuesday (11/30) in Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket. He was the husband of Nancy (Hannah) Duggan.
Born in Rockland Mass., he lived in Cumberland for 30 years. Mr. Duggan's company Duggan Associates, recruits employees to work in the computer field. He was previously employed by Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, N.J. for 12 years, working the New England region.
Mr. Duggaan was a 1951 graduate of Rockland High School and a 1952 graduate of Hunington Prep School for Boys in Weston, Mass., where he received the Francis Ouimet Scholarship in 1952. He graduated from Boston College in 1958.
He was a member of the sons of Irish Kings of Rhode Island and the New England Country Club, Bellingham, Mass., Mr. Duggan was active in the Army Reserves from 1958 to 1964.
Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Lanette M. Duggan of Annapolis, Md., and Colleen A. Manning of North Reading, Mass.; a brother, Dr. John A. Duggan of Worcester, Mass.; a sister, Phyllis Robichaud of Chesterfield, Mo.; and two grandchildren. He was the son of the late John and Helene (McSweeney) Duggan.

Louis R. Gauthier, 82 of Nate Whipple HIghway, Cumberland, RI, a retired electronic technician, died Friday at Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of Leona (Goyer) Gauthier. They were married for 54 years.
Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Louis and Odina (Pelletier) Gauthier, he lived in Cumberland for 39 years.
Mr. Gauthier was an electronics technician for Raytheon Corp. Mansfield, Mass., for 28 years, retiring in 1982.
An ArmyAir Force veteran of World War II, he served with the Eagle Squadron, the first air group sent to England during the war He was a life member of the Walter Gatchel VFW Post 306, Pawtucket
Mr. Gauthier was a communicant of St. John Vianney Church. He was a member of the Raytheon 25 - Year Club and the Notre Dame Seniors.
Besides his wife he leaves a daughter, Elaine M. Lee of North Dighton, Mass. two grandchildren and three great-grand children.
