Carmela DeSantis, wife of the late Francesco DeSantis, residence Betterson Avenue, passed away June 14, 2001, at the Westerly Health Center at the age of 87. She was born March 3, 1914, in Acri, Italy.

Earl "Lindy" Benjamin Bogue, 74, of 60 Kings Highway, Gales Ferry, died Thursday afternoon at Yale New Haven Hospital after a brief illness. He was born March 28, 1927, son of the late Robert and Nancy Bogue.
