Robert L. Goode

Robert L. Goode, 80, of Power Rd, passed Monday at the Miriam Hospital. He was the husband of Ann (Salvatore) Goode. They had been married for 55 years.
Born in Houston, MO, a son of the late John C. and Gladys (Watson) Goode.
He was an 8 year Navy Veteran.
Besides his wife he is survived by a son, Ronald Goode, a daughter, Donna Goode-DaCunha and her husband Manuel all of Pawtucket, four sisters, Velma Thomas of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bonnie James of Scottsdale, Arizona, Judy Kennedy of Woodlawn, Tennessee and Linda Thompson of Cabool, Missouri, a granddaughter, Adrianna Goode of North Providence, a grandson, Daniel J. DaCunha and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Mary Ross, Hazel Lathrom and Roy C. Goode.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 am in St. Maria Goretti Church, Power Rd, Pawtucket. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
Kenneth Joseph Iaciofano Jr.

Kenneth Joseph Iaciofano Jr., 22, "Ice," passed on Saturday.
Ken is the first-born son of Robin Tanguay (Iaciofano) of Cumberland and Kenneth Iaciofano Sr. of Woonsocket, beloved brother of Amy and Nicholas Iaciofano of Cumberland, grandson of Kathleen (Gardner/Tanguay) Smith of Woonsocket and Robert N. Tanguay of Cumberland, and the late Gisele and Domenic Iaciofano.
As member of the Army, Ken served his country as an infantryman in Iraq, stationed at Ft. Lewis, WA. He then became a member of the RI National Guard. Ken's passing leaves a void in the lives of those who knew him. ("Beautiful Ken, man of the people")
Funeral service: Friday at 10:00 am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln followed by burial with Military Honors in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours: Thursday 5-8pm.
Donna Clifford-Normandin

Donna Clifford-Normandin, 51, of Clay St, passed Nov. 15th at the Miriam Hospital; She was the wife of John Normandin.
Born in Attleboro, a daughter of the late Clinton and Dorothy (Shaw) Everton.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two brothers, Joseph E. Everton of Pawtucket and Paul E. Everton of Cumberland, a sister, Deborah L. Hall of Central Falls, and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Clinton C. Everton Jr. and Christine L. Everton.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 5-8pm from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
Paul R. Paon

Paul R. Paon, PAWTUCKET: Paon, Paul R., 55, passed peacefully at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence surrounded by his loving family and friends on November 16, 2009. He is the husband of Sandy (Dubuc) Paon, married for 26 years. Born in Providence, he is the loving son of Theresa N. (Casault) Paon and the late Paul J. Paon. Paul grew up in Central Falls and was a 1973 graduate of Central Falls High School.
After graduating from New England Institute of Technology, he worked as an electrical engineer for Walco Electric, Transcom, and Eastern Bearings. In 2001, he found his true calling as an Aflac Insurance Agent. A year later, his wife joined him in the business and most recently, his daughter. He enjoyed playing the guitar, bowling, fishing, and was an avid Red Sox fan.
He is survived by his son Paul M. of Norwood and his daughter Kristy M. Paon of Pawtucket, his sister Linda (Paon) Douglas of Woonsocket, his brothers James E. Paon with his wife Marie C. of Rehoboth and John A. Paon with his wife Kelley of Cumberland, as well as several nieces, nephews, along with dear friends and colleagues.
Paul will be remembered by his humor, compassion and concern for others, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
His funeral will be held on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Avenue, Lincoln, RI followed by a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Teresa Church of the Child Jesus, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket, RI at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Newell Burying Ground, Attleboro, MA. Edna Newton

Edna Newton, 83, of Cumberland, and formerly of Pawtucket passed away Monday December 28, 2009 at the Phillip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence.
She was the wife of the late James K. Newton. Born in Attleboro, MA she was the daughter of the late Frances and Elizabeth (Mack) Mc Govern. She is survived by a daughter Joan F. Newton of Cumberland; and two granddaughters.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, 11:45 am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln followed by a graveside service at 1 PM in St. Stephen Roman Catholic Cemetery, 683 South main Street, Attleboro, MA.
Catherine Childs

Catherine Childs, 80, passed away on December 22nd at the Orchard View Manor, East Providence. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Haley) Childs. Catherine was a lifelong resident of Laurel Street until recently.
She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church where she was very active in the Ladies Guild, Choir, and food bank.
Catherine was a strong supporter of the RI Democratic Party and supported many local elections as well as being a large part of the Pawtucket St. Patrick's Day Parade. She had been employed by Collyer Wire for over 40 years in the Accounting Department.
She is survived by her step sister, Frances Lynch of Blackstone Falls, RI and her loving caregiver Eugene Demeule.
A memorial service will be held Saturday from 6 to 8 pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private in Mt St Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 245 Waterman St, Ste 306, Providence RI 02906.
Miguel Lopes

Miguel Lopes, 89, of Foss Ave, passed peacefully December 20th with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Leonor Lopes. They have been married for 65 years.
He had been employed by Providence Metalizing before becoming ill.
Miguel was a communicant of St. Anthony Church.
He is survived by three sons, Danglares Lopes of Central Falls, Valdemar Lopes of Portugal, Carlos Lopes of Canada, four daughters, Olga Gaudencio of Somerset, MA, Isaura Andrade of North Providence, Dilia Mello of Pawtucket and Regina Araujo of Cumberland, 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 8am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony Church, Lawn Ave, Pawtucket at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.

Gerard Paradis, 57, of Amie St, passed at home.
He was companion of Theresa Smith.
Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Anita (Branconier.)
Gerard was a music collector and self employed record distributor.
He is survived by a son, Billy Lee Paradis with whom he resided.
A brother, Philip Branconier, and dear friends, Michael, Joanne and April Kowal, Cliff Lapan, George, Paige and Patti Chicoine.
