Cecile Martel Latour, Cecile Martel Latour, 93, formerly of School St., Albion, died Tuesday December 2nd at the Holiday Nursing and Retirement Center, Manville.
She was the wife of the late Rene H. Martel and the late Laurent Latour.
Born in Albion, a daughter of the late Francois and Zanaid (Descoteau) Forest.
She had been employed by the former Berkshire Hathaway of Albion and the Automatic Chain Company of Providence.
She is survived by a son, Rene E. Martel and his wife Doris of Cumberland, 3 sisters, Antoinette Maloney of Pawtucket, Clemence Bolduc of Albion, and Muriel of Blackstone, MA. A brother, Arthur Forest of Woonsocket, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Roland, Rosario, and Adrienne Forest, Irene Leveille, Rita Breault, Theresa Lanctot, and Aurore Metivier.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:30am from the Keefe Funeral Home, five Higginson Ave., Lincoln with a mass of Christian burial in St. Ambrose Church,School St, Albion at 10am. Relatives and friends invited, calling hours Thursday 4-7pm.
Antoinette (Varieur) Tierney

Antoinette (Varieur) Tierney, 96, of One Mendon Rd. Cumberland, passed peacefully Tuesday December 2nd at the Steere House in Providence, with her loving family by her side.
Antoinette was the wife of the late Stephen J. Tierney Sr.
Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Wilfred and Mary V. (Larance) Varieur.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Cecile Lapham and her husband Donald of N. Attleboro, MA, Mary Kulick and her husband John, of Fort Meyers, FL,.A son, Stephen J. Tierney and his wife Karen of Cumberland. 9 grandchildren, Debra Pereira, Rachel Oakley, Susan Lapham, Cecile Xavier, Stephen J. Tierney III, Shawn Tierney, Kevin Tierney, Sabrina Chiang, and Shane Kulick, 16 great-grandchildren, a great-great granddaughter and many nieces, nephews and their families.
Antoinette was the sister of the late Wilfred Varieur, Blanche Savaria, Beatrice Lawrence, Florence Donovan, and Rosalda Lemieux. She was grandmother of the late Jodie Lynn Kulick and great-grandmother of the late Dylan P. Lapham.
Her funeral will be held Saturday December 6th at 8:15am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Jude Church, Front St, Lincoln at 9:30am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends invited. Calling hours Friday 5-8pm. Richard P. Morin

Richard P. Morin, 54, of Cushing St Cumberland, died Tuesday at the Memorial Hospital, Pawtucket. He was the husband of Lorraine (Chevalier) Morin.
Born in Central Falls, a son of Theresa (Maio) Morin of Central Falls and the late Edward Morin.
He had been employed by Merchant Tire then Broadway Tire both of Pawtucket before retiring due to illness.
Richard was an avid fisherman and enjoyed playing cards, a member of the former Franco-American War Veterans.
Besides his mother and wife he is survived by a daughter, Melissa Howard of Cumberland and two grandchildren, Courtney and William Howard, two brothers, Ronald Morin of Pawtucket and Albert Morin of Burriville and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Saturday from 7-9pm from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln followed by a service at 9pm.
Flowers are respectfully omitted.
Franz Korfhage

Franz Korfhage, 76, of Kenmore St, Pawtucket passed Monday December 1st at the Philip Hulitar Center, Providence. He was the husband of Marilyn (Ainsworth) Korfhage.
Born in Wuppertal, Germany, Franz was an avid musician and enjoyed oil painting.
Besides his wife he is survived by four step-children, nine step grandchildren and three great step-children.
Calling hours will be held Saturday December 6th from 2-4pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will private.

Robert Choquette

Robert Choquette, 74, of Winter Haven, FL, Retired Police Chief from Central Falls, passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 19, 2008 of heart disease at Osceola Regional Medical Center, his loving and devoted wife and family members at his side.
Born October 28, 1934 in Pawtucket, R.I., to the late Ernest and Victoria (Mutty) Choquette. He was a retired Chief of Police with the City of Central Falls, R.I. where he proudly served for more than thirty years. He began his service with the Police Department on July 20, 1960 when he was appointed Patrolman. During his distinguished career he was promoted through the ranks beginning with his assignment to the Detectives Division on June 18, 1968 and culminated with his promotion to Chief of Police on April 18, 1986 where he served until his retirement.
He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Law Enforcement from Salve Regina College, Newport R.I. He was a member of the R.I. Fraternal Order of Police and served as President for 12 years and State Trustee for 8 years. He also served as President of the Central Falls Police Relief Association and President of the R.I. Police Chief's Association. He was awarded the 'Man of the Year' citation by the U.S. Veterans of Foreign Wars on June 26, 1970, one of thirteen awarded nationally.
He dedicated his time and energy to the youth of Central Falls as coach and umpire of the Little League and Babe Ruth baseball league.
After his retirement, he moved to Winter Haven with his wife in October, 1997. Being an avid golfer, he introduced his wife to the game of golf and they settled at the Four Lakes Golf Club where they spent their days among friends golfing almost daily. He was recently elected and briefly served as V.P. of the Four Lakes Homeowner's Association.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Beatrice Goudreau Choquette; children, Stephen Choquette, Pascoag RI, Sharon Rivard, Pawtucket, RI, Robert W. Choquette, Miami, FL, Gary Choquette, Spring Hill, FL, Clay Choquette, Chepachet, RI, Brenda Jaros, Embden Maine and Scott Choquette, Richmond, VA; brothers, Merrill Choquette of Pawtucket, RI, and Ronald Choquette of Bellingham, MA; sisters, Janice Forand and Barbara Nagy of Central Falls, RI: eighteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Francis Choquette of Lincoln, RI and Neil Choquette of Reno, NV, and sister, Audrey McMahon of Pawtucket, RI.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, November 28th at the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI. Viewing will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, November 29th in St. Matthew Church, Dexter St, Central Falls at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
Mary Margaret Brennan

Mary Margaret Brennan, 74, of 567 Smithfield Road, North Providence, passed Friday October 9th, after a long illness. She was the former wife of Matthew E. Eannarino. Mary was the daughter of the late Edmund L. and Mary J. (Fay) Brennan.
Born and raised in Providence, she then moved with her children to the Scranton, PA area for a decade in the 1970's, returning to the Providence area where she lived for the remainder of her life.
She is survived by three sons, Matthew E., Anthony, and Michael J. Eannarino; one daughter, Maureen (Eannarino) Stephen; four sisters, Mrs. Louise Michaud, Mrs. Jane Marandola, Mrs. Barbara Ross, and Mrs. Genevieve Costa; and five grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, Oct 17th, from 6-8PM, from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Avenue, Lincoln, RI.

Paul E. Dumont Sr., 98, of Salvas Court passed peacefully October 6th 2009, in the home he shared with his daughter-in-law Margie and son Richard. He was the husband of the late Courana R. (Pichette) Dumont.
Born in Three Rivers Quebec on May 30th, 1911. A son of the late Joseph H. and Maria (Baril) Dumont. Mr. Dumont was self-employed in The Bakery Service Industry until his retirement in 1970. He was a member of Jacques Cartier Circle 8 and a communicant of St. Aidan Church for the past 31 years.
He leaves two daughters, Pauline Pyne of Attleboro, MA., Anne Marie Frerraro of Altamonte Springs FL, Six sons, Normand Dumont of Central Falls, George Dumont of Seekonk, Raymond Dumont of Central Falls, Roland Dumont of Pawtucket, Paul Dumont Jr. of Seekonk, and Richard Dumont of Cumberland. 22 Grandchildren, 42 Great-Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren. He was the grandfather of the late Chad Dumont, Three sisters Lucille Paquette of Exeter N.H., Therese Girouard, and Jeanne Dumont both of Lincoln. He was the brother of the late Lucien and Edward Dumont, Rose Girouard, Lillian Tetreault, and Yvette Plante.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 9am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Aidan Church, Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland at 10:30am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends invited, calling hours Friday 5-8pm.
