AURORE TREPANIER - Fall River
AURORE TREPANIER, 89, of 119 Windsor St., formerly of Raymond Street, died Tuesday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Romeo Trepanier.
A lifelong Fall River resident, she was the daughter of the late Edmond and Elmina (Labonte) Fontaine.
Mrs. Trepanier was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of Notre Dame Church.
She leaves three daughters, Aurore R. "Ora" Trepanier, Mariette Durette and Yvette King Kiley, all of Fall River; two sisters, Cecile Levesque of Fall River, and Rose Richard of Tacoma Park, Maryland; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Odule Fontaine, Joseph Fontaine, Delvina Dumont and Elmire Blanchette.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 8 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St., with a funeral Mass at 9 in Notre Dame Church, Eastern Avenue. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.

EDMUNDO BATISTA - Fall River
EDMUNDO BATISTA, 72, of 95 Healy St., a laborer for many years with local area construction firms until retiring in 1983, died yesterday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Maria (Pereira) Batista.
Born in Ponta Delgada, St. Michael, Azores, son of the late Fransisco and Maria Do Carmo (Sousa) Batista, he had been a Fall River resident for the past 30 years.
Mr. Batista was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church. He was also a self-employed auto body repairman.
He had been a famous soccer player in the Azores where he was a member of the Micalense Futebol Clube.
Besides his wife, he leaves one son, Edmund Batista of Fall River; one daughter, Maria Pilar Batista of Fall River; two brothers, Norberto Batista and Fransisco Batista, both of St. Michael, Azores; two sisters, Carminda Amaral and Fernanda Cabral, both of St. Michael, Azores; and two granddaughters. He was also the brother of the late Luisa Garcia.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 8 a.m. from the Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford St., with a funeral Mass at 9 in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Bedford Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.

GEORGE RAMAGE - Lincoln
GEORGE RAMAGE, 81, of Grand View Avenue, died Tuesday at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of Grace (Robertson) Ramage.
Born in Govan, Glasgow, Scotland, he was a son of the late George Sr., and Janet (Maguire) Ramage.
Mr. Ramage moved to Los Angeles, Calif., in 1954 and held quality assurance positions within the aerospace industry. He returned to Rhode Island in 1967 and worked for the former Nicholson File Co. He retired from the Hydraulics/Research Division of Textron in 1981.
After retiring Mr. Ramage worked for several years for the athletic department at Brown University.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion Post 33 of Saylesville.
Besides his wife, he leaves a daughter, Janet H. Krolicki of Warren; two sons, Robert G. Ramage of Los Angeles, Calif., and David K. Ramage of Montclair, Calif. He was the brother of the late William and Alec Ramage.
The funeral will be private.

CHRISTOPHER M. KILROY - North Attleboro
CHRISTOPHER M. KILROY, 20, of 221 Park St., died Monday after being involved in a motor vehicle accident in Taunton.
Born in Boston, he was a son of Robert J. and Kathryn E. (Timmins) Kilroy of North Attleboro.
Mr. Kilroy was a member of Local 103 Electrical Union, Boston, and was in their apprenticeship school in Boston.
Besides his parents, he leaves two brothers, Robert Kilroy and Jeffrey Kilroy, both of North Attleboro; and his grandfathers, William Timmins of Dorchester and Joseph Kilroy of Dedham.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. from the John J. Diamond Funeral Home, 180 North Washington St., with a funeral Mass at 10 in St. Mary's Church, 14 Park St. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

HAROLD GRAHAM LEAHY - Middletown
HAROLD GRAHAM LEAHY, Capt., USN, Ret., 80, of 278 Green End Ave., died Tuesday at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. He was the husband of Nancy (Brown) Leahy.
Born in Washington, D.C., a son of the late William I. Leahy, RADM, USN, Ret., and Katharine (Appler) Leahy, he lived in Middletown since 1958.
Capt. Leahy had been an ensign at the time of the attack on Pearl Harbor. He retired as a captain in the Navy in 1968 after 28 years of service. He was a member of the Naval Academy Alumni Association and the Retired Officers Associaton.
He was a 1941 graduate of the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. He received a master's degree in engineering from Purdue University.
After retiring from the Navy he opened Restmere Realty in Middletown.
Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Timothy G. Leahy of Middletown; two daughters, Lynn Richardson and Susan Leahy, both of Middletown; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four step grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Hope, NETC, Newport. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va.

JAMES D'ANGELO - North Providence
JAMES D'ANGELO, 82, of Tanglewood Lane, a self-employed plasterer, died Monday at Miriam Hospital. He was the husband of the late Lena (Caporicci) D'Angelo.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Zattara) D'Angelo Sr., he lived in North Providence for 35 years.
Mr. D'Angelo also did maintenance work for the State of Rhode Island for ten years, retiring in 1982.
He leaves a daughter, Barbara Croce of North Providence; two brothers, Michael D'Angelo of Cranston, and Joseph D'Angelo Jr., of Pawtucket. He was the companion of Stasia Mutakas of North Providence. He was the brother of the late Domenic, Carmine and Ralph D'Angelo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 9 a.m. in St. Bartholomew Church, Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

MURIEL CROMER - North Providence
MURIEL CROMER, 92, of Mineral Spring Avenue, a counter worker for H.M. Stevens Catering Co. for 10years, retiring in 1972, died Tuesday at Roger Williams Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Howard F. Cromer.
Born in West Warwick, a daughter of the late Joseph and Helene (Berard) Valois, she lived in North Providence for 20 years.
She leaves a sister, Yvonne Behneke of Charlestown, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be private.

GEORGE MANUPPELLI SR. - North Providence
GEORGE MANUPPELLI SR., 68, of Link Street, a marshal for the State of Rhode Island for 33 years, retiring in 1989, died yesterday at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center. He was the husband of Rose R. (Giovine) Manuppelli.
Born in Johnston, a son of the late Fedele and Vincenza (DePetrillo) Manuppelli, he lived in North Providence for 27 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a past vice president and treasurer of the State Fraternal Order of Police and was a delegate to the National Fraternal Order of Police. He was twice a Republican candidate for the Sixth Ward Providence City Council seat. He was a former member of the Sixth Ward Republican City Committee in Providence.
Besides his wife he leaves a son, George Manuppelli Jr., of North Providence; four sisters, Sarah Messier of Warwick, Connie Aucone and Mary Anderson, both of Providence, and Rose Robinson of Santa Paula, Calif.; three brothers, Sam and Gene Manuppelli, both of Warwick, and Fred Manuppelli of Johnston.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 7:30 a.m. from the Mariani Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:30 in St. Augustine Church, Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.

BERNARD FREZZA SR. - North Providence
BERNARD FREZZA SR., 75, of J-4 Juniper Dr., Briny Breezes, Fla., formerly of North Providence, a sales manager for the Record and Tape Division of the American Broadcasting Co., retiring in 1978, died May 7 at the Veterans Administration Nursing Facility in Miami, Fla. He was the husband of Grace L. (DiRobbio) Frezza.
Born in North Providence, a son of the late George and Margaret (Frolio) Frezza, he had lived in Briny Breezes for the past 12 years, previously living on Ivan Street, North Providence for most of his life.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Mr. Frezza was a communicant of the Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Besides his wife he leaves two sons, Bernard Frezza Jr., of Johnston, Mark C. Frezza of Wellington, Fla.; a daughter, Sheila J. Goldacker of Perry Hall, Md.; a brother, Agostino Frezza of Wakefield; and five grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence.

DORILLA L. BEDARD - Pawtucket
DORILLA L. BEDARD, 95, formerly of High Street, died yesterday at the Heritage Hills Nursing Care Center in Smithfield. She was the wife of the late George T. Bedard.
Born in Marieville, province of Quebec, Canada, a daughter of the late Rock and Dorilla (Paquette) Fournier, she lived in the Blackstone Valley area for most of her life.
Mrs. Bedard served on the board of the Union St. Jean Batist, Conseuil Notre Dame for 55 years, 34 of which she served as president. She was a member of the Dames de Ste. Anne of Notre Dame Parish, and a member of the Notre Dame Senior Club. She was the last surviving charter member of the Eugene T. Lefebvre Post 1271 VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
She leaves a sister, Louise Pelletier of Marieville, Canada; a cousin, Madeleine Maynard with whom she lived; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, 1521 Cross St., Central Falls, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in Notre Dame Church, Broad Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
