Margaret G. Morgans, 88, a former resident of Plymouth, died Saturday at the Foot Hill Acres Nursing Home, Neshanic, N.J.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Dobransky Ihnat.
She resided in Plymouth most of her life.
She attended Meyers High School in Wilkes-Barre and was a member of St.Mary's/St. Stephen's Parish Community Church of Plymouth.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; and brothers , Francis and John Ihnat.
Surviving are a daughter, Lois Evans, Somerville, N.J.; and grandchildren, Randi, Bridgewater, N.J.; and Scott, Somerville, N.J.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday form the Piszczek Funeral Home, 70 E. Main St., Plymouth, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in St. Mary's Nativity Church, Willow Street., Plymouth.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.
Friends may call from 8 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday.
Hazel Morrissey

Hazel Morrissey, 95, of Kirmar Avenue, Wanamie section of Newport Township, died Friday at the Mercy Health Care Center, Sheatown, Newport Township, where she was a guest for the last six years.
Born on July 14, 1902, in Wanamie, she was the daughter of the late John and Emma Baker Rhinehammer.
She attended the Newport Township public schools and was a member of the Alden United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John "Jack" Morrissey, in 1956, and eight brothers and sisters .
Surviving are a sister, Alice Arnold, Alden; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday from the Stanley S. Stegura Funeral Home, 614 S. Hanover St., Nanticoke, with the Rev. Barbara Saxe, pastor of the Alden United Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Slocum Cemetery, Slocum Township.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to the time of the services on Monday.
Dolores Mosko

Dolores M. Mosko, 68, of the Parsons section of Wilkes-Barre, died Saturday at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born in the Rolling Mill Hill section of Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Julia Zugarek Lucarino.
She graduated from GAR Memorial High School and was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Port Griffith.
She and her husband, John Mosko, celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary in September, 1997.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Alfred Jr., Arthur (Smitty), Harold, Lawrence (Sonny) and Chester Lucarino.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her daughter, Joy Maciolek, Pittston; sons John Jr., Darrell and Jeff Mosko, all of Wilkes-Barre; four grandchildren; sisters Anna Klienfelter, Marie Gibbon, Florence (Tootsie) Bly, Arlene Bly, all of Wilkes-Barre; Shirley Savage, Plains; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday from the Corcoran Funeral Home, 20 South Main St., Plains, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, Port Griffith.
Interment will be in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.

Mowrer, D. Elizabeth

Elizabeth Mowrer, 82, formerly of South Main Street, Ashley, died Tuesday at the Hospice Community Care in-patient unit at Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. She was a guest at Smith Health Care, Ltd., Wright Township.
Born Nov. 10, 1917, in Ashley, she was a daughter of the late Emil and Emma (Tinner) Munson. She resided in Sugar Notch and attended Hanover Area Schools, returning to Ashley in 1944. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hiram G.; sister, Florence Munson; and brothers , Earl and Russell.
Surviving are her sister, Emma Finley, Cayuga, N.Y.; brother, Herbert, Ashley; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday from the McCune Funeral Home, 90 S. Mountain Blvd., Mountaintop. The Rev. Harriet Santos, of Centenary United Methodist Church, will officiate. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Internment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Township.
Moyer, John

John H. Moyer Jr., 76, of Rice Township, died Tuesday at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Nursing Home, Wilkes-Barre.
Born Sept. 12, 1923, in Dauberville, Berks County, he was a son of the late Evelyn Ruth Moyer and John H. Moyer Sr. He was a graduate of Wilson High School and Drexel University with a bachelor's of science degree in chemical engineering. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and received the Purple Heart. He lived in Mountaintop since 1961 and attended St. Martin in the Fields Episcopal Church, Nuangola. He worked for the former RCA Co. at Crestwood Industrial Park before retiring. He was a member of American Legion Post 781, Mountaintop.
Surviving are his wife of 53 years, the former Marjorie Allen; daughters , Candy, Wilkes-Barre; and Kathie, North Carolina; son, John Allen, at home; and three grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be at the convenience of the family, with interment in Weidman Cemetery, Sinking Spring. The Rev. Frank Sefchick, of St. Martin in the Fields Episcopal Church, will officiate. There will be no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to St. Martin in the Fields Episcopal Church, Mountaintop. Arrangements are by the McCune Funeral Home, Mountaintop.

Walter Joseph Mulhern, 68, of Westerly, R.I., formerly of Wilkes-Barre, died Monday at Westerly Hospital.
Born Jan. 30, 1931, in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Walter and Maude (Millnamow) Mulhern.
He was a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Wilkes-Barre, and attended Pennsylvania State University. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
He was employed for several years by Standard Press Steel in Jenkintown. Before his retirement, he was employed by General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division, in Groton, Conn.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Grace Stone.
Surviving are his sons , Howard P., North Stonington, Conn.; Steven C., Uncasville, Conn.; and John J., Westerly, R.I.; seven grandchildren; sister, Marie Mulhern Mulligan, Levittown; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday from McLaughlin Funeral Service, 142 S. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre, with a funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Church of the Immaculate Conception, 136 S. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township.

Mullen, John

John F. Mullen Sr., of North Scranton, died Thursday at Mercy Hospital, Scranton.
Born May 4, 1918, in Akron, Ohio, he was a son of the late Michael and Mary (Holleran) Mullen. He was a graduate of Holy Rosary High School, Scranton. He was a bus driver for many years for the Scranton Transit Authority. Before retiring, he was a dispatcher for the County of Lackawanna Transit System. He was a member of Holy Rosary Church, Scranton. He was a Eucharistic minister at the church and at Allied Skilled Nursing.
Surviving are his wife, the former Lydia Morgan, with whom he would have celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary April 28; sons , the Rev. Paul M., pastor of St. Jude's Church, Mountaintop; and John F., Jr., Elmhurst; daughter, Judy Kowalski, Bethlehem; five grandchildren; sister, Mary Gallagher, Scranton; brother, Paul, Brick, N.J.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers , Charles and Robert.
Funeral services will be at Monday from the Edward Knight O'Donnell Funeral Home, Scranton, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, to be celebrated by his son, the Rev. Paul M. Mullen. Interment will be in Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Jane L. Murray, 83, of Walled Lake, Mich., formerly of Sugar Notch, died Saturday.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert "Red" Murray.
Surviving are her daughter, Jan Piagentini; three grandchildren; sister, Mary Clark; and brother, Rhys Lewis.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, White Lake, Mich.
NARDONE, ANNA

Anna U. Nardone, 78, of Carey Avenue in Wilkes-Barre, died Tuesday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born Nov. 19, 1921, in Plains Township, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Helen (Meldazes) Rusavage.
She was a graduate of Plains Memorial High School in Plains Township.
She was involved in the operation of the family business, C. Nardone & sons , of Wilkes-Barre, for 50 years.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Church in Wilkes-Barre, the parish Altar & Rosary Society, St. Theresa Church Senior Citizens and Onawanda Campers Association.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Abigail.
Surviving are her husband, Lucas, with whom she celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary in July; son, Robert, Bear, Del.; daughters , Mary Ann Ostrowski, Mountaintop; Nancy Shea, Wilkes-Barre; Joanne, Harrisburg; and Kathy Dwyer, Wilkes-Barre; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and brother, Thomas, San Antonio.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday from the James M. Desiderio Funeral Home, Inc., 2 Academy Road, Marion Terrace, Hanover Township, with a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Aloysius Church on Barney Street in Wilkes-Barre.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
