Thomasina T. Casterline, 86, of Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort, formerly of Wyoming, died Friday at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, Feb. 29, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Rocco Sabatino and Maria Brocca.
She was employed by General Cigar Co., West Pittston, for more than 25 years.
She was a member of St. Anthony Church, Exeter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry J. Casterline, in 1962; sisters Mary Perillo, Columbia Berkise, Rose Sabatina, Carmela Sabatina and Florence Sabatino; brother, Patrick.
Surviving are her daughters Judith Esclusa, Caracas, Venezuela; Patricia Andreoni, Huntsville, Ala.; son, Thomas Casterline, Rome, Italy; brother, Anthony Sabatino, Wilkes-Barre; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday from the James M. Desiderio Funeral Home Inc., 2 Academy Road, Marion Terrace, Hanover Township, with a funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Church, 28 Memorial St., Exeter.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.

Casey, Patricia

Patricia A. Casey, 57, of Cooney Park, Ashley, died Monday at Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre.
Born Feb. 10, 1943, in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of Elizabeth (Corbett) Gallagher, a resident of Little Flower Manor, Wilkes-Barre and the late James Gallagher. She was a 1961 graduate of Coughlin High School. She worked at Techneglas, Inc., Pittston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James; and daughter, Kathleen.
Surviving are her son, Patrick J., Wilkes-Barre; daughter, Eileen, Hanover Township; four grandchildren; brothers , John and James Gallagher, both of Wilkes-Barre; sisters , Catherine Grablewski, Audubon; and Grace Zulkoski, Wilkes-Barre; nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Chapel of Little Flower Manor, South Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre, with the Rev. Joseph C. Streit officiating. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, Park Avenue and South Street, Wilkes-Barre, and 9 a.m. Thursday at the Little Flower Manor. Helen Casper

Helen M. Casper, 88, of Hunlock Creek, died Sunday at Riverstreet Manor, Wilkes-Barre.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, March 26, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Anna Morgis.
She attended Wilkes-Barre schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Casper, in 1987; sister, Mary Morgis.
Surviving are her son, Anthony, Telford; daughters Catherine Rollman, Shavertown; Geri Williams, Dallas; Theresa Hutchins, Hunlock Creek; ten grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday from the Harold C. Snowdon Funeral Home, 140 N. Main St., Shavertown, with the Rev. Joseph C. Streit officiating.
Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Armand Casterline

Armand Casterline, of Susquehanna Avenue, Wyoming, died Saturday at Highland Nursing Home where he was a guest for a week.
Born Feb. 15, 1912, he was son of the late Giuseppe and Guditha Stella Castellani, Wyoming.
He graduated from Girard College and Penn State University.
Before retiring, he was a member of the staff of Wyoming Area School District.
He was a member of Holy mother of Sorrows Church, West Wyoming.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion, in 1982; brothers Leander, Louis, Peter and Harry; sisters Sabina Pega, Corine Leoni and Linda Vinso.
Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. William (Judith) Roberts, West Wyoming; and two grandsons.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family Tuesday.
Friends may call from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Adonizio Funeral Home Inc., 251 William St., Pittston.

Cawley, Helen

Helen Cawley, formerly of Watres Drive in Scranton died Tuesday at the Taylor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Scranton, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Minnie (McFadden) Tuffy. She was a graduate of North Scranton High School.
Before her retirement, she was employed at the former Powers Department Store in Scranton.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church in Scranton.
Surviving are three nephews, one niece, eight great nephews and four great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by her brother, James C.; and sister, Vivian Tuffy.
Funeral services will be at 9:45 a.m. Thursday from the Louis V. Ciuccio Funeral Home, 145 Moosic Road, Old Forge, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:15 a.m. in St. Mary's Church on West Grace Street in Old Forge. Interment will be in Cathedral Cemetery in Scranton.

John Cecere

John E. Cecere Sr. of Lehigh Street, Wilkes-Barre, died Wednesday at Mercy Special Care Hospital, Nanticoke.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Anthony and Adeline Fino Cecere.
He was a 1938 graduate of GAR Memorial High School, Wilkes-Barre.
He was a member of Holy Rosary Church, Park Avenue, Wilkes-Barre.
Before he retired, he owned and operated Cecere's Market, Lehigh Street, Wilkes-Barre, for 36 years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in Europe.
He was past president of the St. Pauline Social Club, Wilkes-Barre.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony; sisters , Mary and Margaret.
Surviving are his wife, the former Marie Pantaloni; a son, John Jr., Wilkes-Barre; brothers , Michael, Parlin, N.J.; Vincent, Endicott, N.Y.; sisters , Doris Cecere and Helen Cecere, both of Wilkes-Barre; one grandson; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday from the Recupero Funeral Home, 141 Park Ave., Wilkes-Barre, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.

Joseph M. Chama, 52, of Clarks Summit, died Monday at Community Medical Center, Scranton.
Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Piechota) Chama. He worded for J&R Amusements for the past 25 years. He was a graduate of Taylor-Moosic High School and attended Johnson School of Technology. He was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Church, South State Street, Clark Summit; and an active member of the J&R Amusement Dart League.
Surviving are his daughter, Melissa Krzan, Clarks Summit; a sister, JoAnne Zielinski, Moosic; aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be Thursday from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Snows Church. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Interment will be in the Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.

Jennie Charnetski, of Riverview Drive, Plains Township, died Monday at the Heritage House Hospice Unit of the VNA.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late John and Antoinette (Sawaca) Scznack. She attended Wilkes-Barre Area schools and worked for the Consolidated Cigar Co. She was a member of Saint Peter and Paul Church, Plains Township.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo.
Surviving are her son, Joseph, Horsham; sisters , Leona Hanahan, Jenkintown; Stella Zakrzeski, Linden, N.J.; Helen Solinski, Hazleton; and Eleanor Petrick, Wilkes-Barre; two grandchildren; brothers , Leo Scznack, Wilkes-Barre; and Edward Scznack, Hershey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday from the Michael J. Mikelski Funeral Home, 293 S. River St., Plains Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter and Paul Church. Interment will be in the parish Cemetery, Plains Township. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday.

Chickeletti, Raymond

Raymond J. Chickeletti, of West Grove Street, Taylor, died Wednesday at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, after a liver transplant operation.
Born in Duryea, he was a son of Caroline (Bodzon) Chickeletti and the late Nazareth Chickeletti. He was a graduate of Pittston Area High School. He earned a culinary arts degree from Luzerne County Community College. He catered food for the last 25 years. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
Surviving are his fiance, Louise A. Howath, with whom he resided; stepson, Anthony Fonfara, at home; stepdaughter, Tara Fonfara, at home; brothers , Robert, Old Forge; Gerald, Duryea; sisters , Caroline Ceneviva and Barbara Policare, both of Lansdale; nieces and nephews.
