David L. Andrews, 67, of Hanover Township, died Monday at the Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre.
Born Dec. 14, 1932, he was the son of the late John and Elizabeth (Edwards) Andrews. He was a graduate of Hanover High School.
He was preceded in death by his brothers , John and William; and sister, Rita Vonsavage.
Surviving are his sister, Betty Dwyer, Dallas; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 12:45 p.m. Thursday from the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth. The Rev. Ronald Gottstein, pastor of Franklin Street Primitive Methodist Church, Plymouth, will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call from noon until the time of the funeral, Thursday.
ANGIELSKI, DAVID

David A. Angielski, 57, of Charles Street in Pittston, died Monday at his home.
Born April 7, 1942, in Plymouth, he was a son of the late Stanley W. and Kathryn (Stosek) Angielski. He resided in Plymouth for many years and was a graduate of Plymouth High School.
He was employed as a ticket agent for Pan American Airlines for more than 30 years. After his retirement from Pan American, he became an independent travel agent.
He was a member of a Moose Lodge in Florida.
Surviving are his sister, Sylvia Reynolds, White Haven; brother, Walter, East Brunswick, N.J.; nieces, nephews and a godson.
There will be a funeral Liturgy at 9 a.m. Friday in St. Mary's Nativity Church in Plymouth.
Arrangements are by the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth.
Michael Antolik

Michael B. Antolik, 64, of Ashley, died Thursday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born May 3, 1934, in Ashley, he was son of the late John and Elizabeth Yackulich Antolik.
He was a 1952 graduate of Ashley High School and a 1956 graduate of King's College, Wilkes-Barre.
He was a member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, Wilkes-Barre Township, and a member of Holy Rosary Church in Ashley.
Before his retirement in 1994, he was employed as a claims investigator for the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare.
He was a member of the Ashley American Legion Post 673, the Catholic War Veterans Post 274 in Ashley, the Slovak League of America, the North End Slovak Citizens Club, St. Conrads Young Men's Society, the St. David's Society, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Poetry Society, the German-Austrian Club, the Tatra of Luzerne County and many other social organizations.
Surviving are brothers , Andrew J. Antolik., Blackwood, N.J.; Dr. John T. Antolik, Voorhees, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. George (Ann) Kotch, Larksville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday from the Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, Park Avenue and South Street, Wilkes-Barre, with a funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, Ashley.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. A Christian Vigil Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. John F. Samson, pastor of Holy Rosary Church, officiating. Parastas services will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. John Balog, pastor of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, officiating.

AREGOOD, KATHLEEN

Kathleen L. Aregood, 55, of Claymont Avenue in Hanover Township, died Thursday at Mercy Hospital in Wilkes-Barre.
Born Aug. 13, 1944, in Hanover Township, she was a daughter of Anna E. Finnegan Aregood, a resident at Wesley Village in Jenkins Township, and the late William A. Aregood.
She was a 1962 graduate of Hanover Township Memorial High School, and she attended Wilkes-Barre Business College.
She was formerly employed as a bookkeeper at Mercy Hospital in Wilkes-Barre.
She was a member of St. Aloysius Church in Wilkes-Barre, and served on the Advisory Board of Allied Services in Scranton. She also served with the Social Services of the United Way and the Wyoming Valley Chapter of Helping Hands, and was a committee member of Dial-A-Driver.
She was preceded in death by her brother, William G. Aregood.
Surviving, in addition to her mother , are her sisters , Mary Brogan, Jenkintown; Rita Garrison, Hanover Township; and Anne Marie Pellaton, Mishawaka, Ind.; brother, Attorney Patrick J. Aregood, Hanover Township; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday from the Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, Park Avenue and South Street in Wilkes-Barre, with a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Aloysius Church. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township.
Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Jennie M. Artmont, 77, of East Oak Street in Pittston, died Saturday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township.

Gladys Aten

Gladys A. Aten, 80, of Bonnie Burn Circle, Winter Haven, Fla., died March 26 at the Florida State Hospital in Apopka, Fla.
Born Feb. 16, 1918, in Laceyville, she was daughter of the late Frank and Vergie Harris Salsman.
She was a 1934 graduate of Laceyville High School and a 1935 graduate of the Lackawanna Business College, Scranton.
She was employed by the Gay Murray Store in Tunkhannock and the Tyler Memorial Hospital in Meshoppen as a bookkeeper. After moving to Florida, she became a real estate saleswoman for several years.
She enjoyed bowling and bowled with the Orlando Women's Bowling Association for 35 years. She attended bowling tournaments across the country.
She was preceded in death by brothers , Ralph Salsman, in 1971; Kenneth Salsman, in 1996; and Clifford Salsman, in 1998.
Surviving are a daughter, Sherilyn Solanick, Gettysburg; brothers , Dale Salsman, Sugar Run; Leon Salsman, South Montrose; Carl Salsman, Laceyville; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday from the Sheldon Funeral Home, Main Street, Laceyville, with the Rev. Charles Bishop of the Transue Community Church officiating.
Interment will be in Lacey Street Cemetery, Laceyville.
AUGUSTINE, BERNARD

Bernard Augustine, 68, of Oak Grove Road in Baltimore, died Wednesday at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Baltimore.
Born in Nanticoke, he was a son of Cecelia (Orlowski) Augustine and the late Stanley Augustine.
He served with the U.S. Army Rangers during the
Korean War.
He was a member of St. Mary's Church in Nanticoke.
Surviving, in addition to his mother , are his sons , Raymond and Edward, both of Baltimore; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Edward, and sister, Marie Mera, both of Nanticoke.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Saturday from the Earl W. Lohman Funeral Home, 14 W. Green St., Nanticoke, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in St. Mary's Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in Nanticoke.
