Walter P. Wroclawski, 85, of Stroudsburg, died Sunday, March 1, at Brookmont Health Care Center. He was the son of the late Stefan and Rosalia (Spiewa) Wroclawski, and Ludwika Wroclawski. His wife, Stephanie (Romanowski) Wroclawski, preceded him in death.
Before retiring, he was employed as a took and dye maker for 41 years at Western Electric in Kearney, N.J.
He is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Impellizzeri of Stroudsburg; two sisters , Helen McBride and Josephine Pagano, both of Toms River, N.J.; and two grandchildren, Cheryl Ann of Norristown, and Craig W. Impellizzeri of New Milford, Conn.
In addition to his wife, a brother, Joseph, and a sister, Paula Kearns preceded him in death.
Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday at Bolock Funeral Home, Corner of , Father Alfred Vito will conduct a Mass at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at St. Bernadette's Church in Canadensis. Interment and graveside services will take place at 2:30 p.m. at St. Joseph's Cemetery, 509 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, N.J.

Graydon "Cy" A. Henry, 64, of East Stroudsburg, died Monday, in Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg.
Born in Stroudsburg, he was the son of the late Raymond L. and Jenny (Deiter) Henry. He was a life long resident of Monroe County.
He made deliveries for Tri State News of East Stroudsburg for 5 years before retiring in 1996. Prior to that he was employed by Patterson-Kelley Co. of East Stroudsburg for 17 years. He was a U.S. Naval Veteran.
He is survived by 2 daughters , Sandy Szumanski of Cresco, and Rose Henry of East Stroudsburg; a son, Michael Henry of Montrose, Calif.; a companion Reba Lee of East Stroudsburg; 2 sisters , Mary Frailey and Veneto VanHorn, both of East Stroudsburg; 2 brothers , Vincent Henry of Stroudsburg and Thomas Henry of Bangor; and 1 grandson.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. in the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg, with Rev. Lynn Lesoine officiating. Interment will take place on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in Stroudsburg Cemetery.
A visitation will take place on Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service in the funeral home. A cremation will take place at the H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.

Estella Jennings, 95, of Delaware Water Gap, died Tuesday in Pleasant Valley Manor, Hamilton Township. She was the wife of the late John Jennings, Sr.
Born on November 17, 1902, in Delaware Water Gap, she was the daughter of the late Ora and Ida (Felker) Lambert and had lived in Delaware Water Gap all of her life. She was a member of the former Delaware Water Gap United Methodist Church and the United Methodist's Women of the church.
She is survived by four sons , Carl Jennings of Alexandria, Va., Graydon Jennings of East Stroudsburg, Fred Jennings of Stroudsburg and James Jennings of Delaware Water Gap; four daughters , Norma Snow and Shirley Durick, both of Delaware Water Gap, Janet Gearhart of Gilbert, and Joanne Bartholomew of Stroudsburg; two sisters , Clara Hoff of Phillipsburg, N.J. and Louise Traub of Catasauqua; twenty-six grandchildren, many great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg, with Rev. Raymond Poortstra officiating. Burial will follow in the Delaware Water Gap Cemetery.
There will be a viewing on Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

John W. Wisler, 79, of Quakertown, died Sunday, March 1, 1998, in his home. He was the husband of Verna (Keck) Wisler. They were married 41 years last June.
He was a production supervisor at Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. in Pottstown before retiring in June of 1979.
Born in Trumbauersville, he was the son of the late William Huber, Sr. and Ida Jane (Schantz) Wisler.
He was a member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in Trumbauersville where he was a former council member.
He was a retired Major from the U.S. Air Force serving in World War II. He was also a member of the East Greenville Legion Post #194 and the National Retired Officers Association.
He was a member of the Quakertown Balloon Adventures Chase Crew and credited with over 100 balloon rides. He also was a member of the PA Voters Hall of Fame voting in every election for over 50 years.
He was also a volunteer driver for the Red Cross, a member of the Grundsow Lodge of Bucks County and a member of the Firestone Retirees Club.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, John "Jack" Wisler of Stroudsburg; a daughter, Anne wife of Martin Straume of Charlottesville, Va.; a brother, Wilbert of Southfield, Mich.; and 3 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1 Luther Lane, Trumbauersville. Call Friday evening, 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the C.R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 821 W. Broad Street, Quakertown.

Howard A. Gurry, 72, of Gilbert, died Monday, at St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill. He was the husband of Ruth (Van Kampen). They had been married 51 years.
Born in Jersey City, N.J., he was the son of the late George and Lena (Lederer) Gurry.
He was employed at Standard Brands, Inc., in Hoboken, N.J. for 30 years retiring in 1979.
He was of the Catholic faith. He was a World War II Merchant Marine Veteran having served in the Atlantic and Pacific Theaters. He was a member of the American Legion Post 927 in Gilbert. He was a former Boy Scout Leader of Troop #481 in Jersey City, N.J.
In addition to his wife, Ruth, he is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Gurry of Parsippany, N.J.; 4 sons , George Gurry of Jersey City, N.J., Paul and Brian Gurry, both of Montague, N.J., and Mark Gurry of Gilbert; 2 brothers , Donald Gurry of Palmerton and Louis Gurry of Dansbury, Conn.; and 8 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Donald N. Gower Funeral Home, Inc., Route 209, Gilbert, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Gilbert, with the Rev. Father William P. McCawley celebrant. Viewing will be held 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Funeral Home.

Willis "Cotton" H. Robinson, 70, of Stroudsburg formerly of Dade City, Fla., died Monday in the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg.
He was the widower of Margaret Robinson.
Born in Fort Towson, Okla., he was the son of the late Jack and Ida (Coker) Robinson. He was residing in Stroudsburg for the past few months with his daughter, Cheryl Parks. He lived in the Dade City, Fla., area for 25 years and prior to that he lived in the New Jersey and Michigan areas.
He was employed as a supervisor with the Gifford Hill Co. of Florida and New Jersey for many years retiring in 1990. He was of the Methodist faith and was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by two daughters , Cheryl Parks of Stroudsburg and Linda Glaubman of Sparta, N.J; and 8 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, , with the Rev. Thomas Richards officiating. Cremation will take place at the H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.

Velma Place, 74, of Troy, Pa., died on Monday at the Martha Lloyd Community Services in Troy.
She was born in East Stroudsburg, a daughter of the late George and Sarah Place. She had been a resident of Troy for the past several years.
She is survived by several cousins.
Graveside funeral services and burial will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the Sand Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Raymond Poortstra officiating. There will be no viewing.

Hazel M. Edinger, 91, Stroudsburg, died on Sunday evening at Laurel Manor. She was the wife of the late Paul L. Edinger, Sr., who died in 1990.
Born in Tannersville, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Lydia Hay. She was a member of the Stroudsburg United Methodist Church.
She was one of five seniors who graduated in the Class of 1925 from Pocono High School.
She is survived by a daughter, Charlotte Driebe, Stroudsburg; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a sister, Idella Parker, Tannersville; a brother, Wilbur Hay, Tannersville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Paul L. Edinger, Jr., who died in 1997.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in the Laurelwood Cemetery, Stroudsburg.
There will be no viewing.

Joseph Koren, 85, of Henryville, died Tuesday in his home. He was the husband of Mary (Hrab), at home.
Born on October 22, 1912 in New York City, N.Y., he was a son of the late John and Suzanah Koren and had lived in Henryville for the past 18 years moving here from Dumont, N.J.
He had worked as a route salesman for Coca-Cola in New York City and was a member of the Holy Trinity Eastern Orthodox Church, Stroudsburg.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters , Andrea Lynch of Oakton, Va., and Stephanie Lewis of Centreville, Va.; a granddaughter, Aubrey Lynch of Oakton, Va.; a sister, Manya Ortlieb of Bronx, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, from the Holy Trinity Eastern Orthodox Church, Chipperfield Drive and Trinity Court, Stroudsburg, with the Very Reverend Neal J. Carrigan officiating. Burial will follow in the George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, N.J.
There will be a viewing on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg. A Parastas Service will be held at 7:15 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home.
