Verna G. Madison, age 85, of Juniper Road, Hellertown PA, died Wednesday, April 9, 2003 at the St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. She was the Widow of the late Eugene A. Madison, 1998.
Born in Bethlehem PA, she was the Daughter of the late Harvey and Addie (Weaver) Gerhab. She was a Homemaker. She was a Member of Christ Lutheran Church, Hellertown PA. She was a Member of the Muhlenberg Hospital Ladies Auxiliary and a Volunteer at the Muhlenberg Thrift Shop, Bethlehem PA.
She is survived by her Step Daughter, Loretta, wife of Larry Miller of Midlothian VA; 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren; and Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2003 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA. Family and Friends may call 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Funeral Home. The Reverend Philip C. Spohn officiating. Interment in Union Cemetery of Hellertown.

Anthony Norman Natale
Anthony Norman Natale, age 67, of 2009 Wells Court, Allentown PA, died Tuesday, September 26, 2000 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Salisbury Twp. PA. He was the husband of Nancy P. (Holley) Natale. The couple celebrated their 20th Anniversary last November.
Born May 15, 1933 in Berwyn PA, he was the son of the late Cesare and Mary (Esposito) Natale. He was Owner/Operator of Quality Painting Company and worked as a Building Contractor for 39 years. He was a United States Marine Corp veteran, having served during the
Korean War.
He is survived by his Wife; sons , Mark A. at home, Michael A. at home, Cesare B. at home and Anthony "Tony" of Allentown PA, sisters , Edie Kirkner of Avalon NJ and Claire Brenemen of Las Vegas NV and 2 Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 29, 2000 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA. Calling Hour 10-11:00 a.m. Friday at the Funeral Home. Interment at Union Cemetery, Hellertown PA.

Dolores L. (Seifert) Nelson
Dolores L. (Seifert) Nelson, age 79, of 317 East Saucon Street, Hellertown PA, died Sunday, August 6, 2000 at the St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. She was the widow of the late Carl R. Nelson who died in 1978.
Born February 27, 1921 in Bethlehem PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry E. and Nora E. (Blackwell) Seifert. She was a Cashier at the Saucon Valley High School for 24 years until retiring in 1986. She was a member of First United Church of Christ, Hellertown PA, where she was a member of the Altar Guild, Kitchen Committee and Soup Kitchen Committee, and a member of the Hellertown Historical Society.
She is survived by her Daughter, Carlann N. Broglie of Hellertown PA; Son Terence D. Nelson of East Greenville PA; 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 9, 2000 at the First United Church of Christ, 501 Northampton Street, Hellertown PA. Calling Hour will be 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Church. Interment will be in Union Cemetery of Hellertown PA. Ruth G. (Slater) O'Connor
Ruth G. (Slater) O'Connor, age 88, of 1619 Burkhardt Street, Hellertown PA, died Tuesday, December 26th, 2000 at the St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. She was the Wife of D. Lawrence O'Connor. The couple celebrated their 61st Anniversary this past August.
Born September 28, 1912 in Sheffield, Warren County PA, she was the Daughter of the late Augustus A. and Mary B. (McLaughlin) Slater. She was Captain of the Basketball Team of the Sheffield High School during the State Championship in 1930; RN at Prospect Heights in Brooklyn NY where she trained and also worked Post Graduate School at the University of Penn in Philadelphia. She was a Member of the Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, Hellertown PA, where she was Past President of the St. Theresa's Guild and very active in all church activities. She was also a Recipient of the Volunteer of the Year Award for her volunteerism at the Cerebral Palsy, Bethlehem.
She is survived by her Husband; Son, Lawrence T. O'Connor of White hall PA; daughters , Maureen R. Greipp of Rochester MN and Patricia M. Altier of Langhorne PA; Sister, Helen C. Slater of Bethlehem PA and 8 Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 9:00 a.m. Friday, December 28th, 2000 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown, followed by a Mass at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, 1408 Easton Road, Hellertown PA. Calling Hours 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Funeral Home. Interment in Union Cemetery of Hellertown.

Thomas G. Owens
Thomas G. Owens, age 76, of Slatington PA, died Tuesday, February 10, 2004 in his home. He was the Husband of Ruby A. (Billman) Owens. The couple celebrated their 43rd Wedding Anniversary last February.
Born in Palmerton PA, he was the son of the late Wilbur and Olive M. (Kistler) Owens. He was an Electrician for the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 41 years, retiring in 1992. He was a Member of the Lehighton Wesleyan Church, Lehighton PA. He was a Former Member of the Nazareth Chrysanthemum Club and the Parkland Garden Club. Mr. Owens was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his Wife; sons , Jerry T. Owens of Tioga PA and David Owens of Lehighton PA; daughters , Jody M. Beck of Bowmanstown PA, Beverly Hayhurst of Florida and Nancy Ketchledge of Jim Thorpe PA; Sister, Gladys Owens of Palmerton PA; 11 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.

Dr. Edward J. Ormanoski
Dr. Edward J. Ormanoski, age 69, of Breinigsville PA, formerly of Lehigh Parkway, Allentown PA, died Thursday, August 08, 2002 in his home. He was the Husband of Marie L. (Sznyter) Ormanoski. The couple celebrated their 39th Wedding Anniversary last October.
Born in Wilkes-Barre PA, he was the son of the late Edward and Anna (Dzugan) Ormanoski. Dr. Ormanoski was a private practice dentist in Allentown for 36 years before retiring in 1996. He received his pre-dental training at Kings College in Wilkes-Barre from 1951- 1953. He received his dental degree from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1957. He was a Member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1040 Flexer Ave., Allentown PA.
He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, having served during peacetime for 3 years as a Dental Officer assigned to the Strategic Air Command based in Morocco, having attained the rank of Captain. He was a Member of the Lehigh Valley Dental Society; Member of the Pennsylvania & American Dental Societies; and a 32 year member of the Lehigh Country Club, Allentown PA. He served as President of the Allentown Dental Society in 1970-1971. While a senior at Hanover Township High School in 1956, he was a Violinist with the Wilkes-Barre Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Ormanoski was an inventor who held two U.S. Patents.
He is survived by his Wife; and daughters , Joan M., wife of Richard G. Perose of Allentown PA and Lisa M., wife of David W. Helmer of Macungie PA.

Theodore C. 'Ted' Rothrock, Jr., age 44, of Slatedale PA, died Wednesday, July 23, 2003 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township PA.
Born in Allentown PA, he was the son of Theodore C. Sr. and Gouldie M. (Schultz) Rothrock of Schnecksville PA. He Owned and Operated TR's Auto Body & Collision, Inc., New Tripoli PA since 1998; Northwest Centre & Northwest Children's Centre, New Tripoli PA since 1996; and Slatedale Apartments since 1987.
He was a former Coach for Slatedale Youth Baseball; former Cub Scout Volunteer, Pack # 66 Slatington PA; past Officer of the Slatedale Fire Company. He was a Member of the Goodwill Fire Co. #1, Germansville, PA and the Lehigh Valley Flying Club.
He is survived by his Parents; Fiancée, Nancy J. Bachman, with whom he resided; sons , Christopher L. Rothrock of Alexandria VA and Corey T. Rothrock of Alexandria VA; brothers , Jeffrey A. Rothrock of Neffs PA and Douglas Rothrock of Slatedale PA; sisters , Jane L. Wolfe of Germansville PA and Kelly A. Stubits of Slatington PA; and Nieces and Nephews.

Arlene E. (Grammes) Schmick, age 94, of Germansville PA, died Thursday, April 24, 2003 in the Inpatient Hospice Unit of the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown PA. She was the Widow of the late Floyd H. Schmick.
Born in Neffs PA, she was the daughter of the late Cawley E. and Sarah J. (Schellhammer) Grammes. She was a Clerk for the former H. Leh & Co. in Allentown for 10 years, retiring in 1969. She was a Member of the Lutheran Congregation of Heidelberg Union Church, Slatington PA.
She was also a Member of the National Rural Letter Carrier's Association and it's Auxiliary; Life Member and Kitchen Volunteer for the Goodwill Fire Company #1, Germansville PA; Member of the Community Fire Company, New Tripoli PA; Life Member of the Northwestern Ambulance Corp; and 50 Year Member of the Central Grange # 1650, Germansville PA.
She is survived by her daughters , Marlene B. Hoffman of Slatington PA and Jean A. Snyder of Germansville PA; 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
